Objective Systematic evaluation of cerebrolysin in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Computer search Cochrane Library, EMBase, PubMed, Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Wanfang Database ( each database retrieval time from its creation to May 2016 ) About cerebrolysin Randomized controlled clinical trial of neonatal hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature, the methodological quality of the included research was evaluated and the data were extracted.Metadata was analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 41 RCT patients were enrolled, with a total of 3695 patients, the experimental group was 1932 cases, the control group was 1763 cases.Meta analysis showed, the efficacy of cerebrolysin in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy was significantly higher than that in the control group [OR=3.85, 95% CI (3.15,4.70), P<0.000001], for the impact of clinical symptoms, the number of primitive reflexes of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group [MD=-1.22, 95% CI ( -2.06,-0.38), P=0.004], muscle tension recovery days[MD=-1.69, 95% CI ( -1.80,-1.58), P<0.00001], conscious state recovery days[MD=-1.32, 95% CI ( -2.25,-0.40), P=0.005], seizure recovery days [MD=-2.36, 95% CI ( -3.70, -1.03), P =0.0005], and other indicators were shorter than the control group, the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant.Conclusion Cerebrolysin havean effective in treating HIE.

Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatograph ( HPLC ) fingerprint of liqi xiaoying tablets,and to provide reference for quality control of the herbal medication. Methods The chromatography conditions consisted of Aichrom Bond-AQ C18(250 mmí4. 6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid ( gradient elution) , column temperature of 30 ℃, flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 , injection volume of 20 μL, and UV detection wavelength of 226 nm. Results HPLC fingerprint was established with 13 common peaks,4 of which were identified. The similarity of the HPLC fingerprints of liqi xiaoying tablets from 10 batches was greater than 0. 95. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, and can reflect complete information for the quality of liqi xiaoying tablets.

Objective To explore clinical the characteristics and countermeasures of osteoporotic vertebral fractures treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods From March 2005 to March 2008,64 patients (totally 86 vertebra) with osteoporotic vertebral fractures undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty were retrospectively analyzed. The level of fracture was between T5 to L5. The symptomatic fractured vertebrae were determined with combination of regional pain, X-rays and MR images. The postoperative effect were evaluated by the visual analog score (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI). Results All the patients were followed up 12 - 23 ( 13.40 ± 1.03 ) months. The VAS decreased from (8.3 ± 1.2) scores to bdfore surgery (2.3 ± 1.4) scores after surgery and to (2.5 ± 1.1 ) scores at the last follow-up time(P ＜ 0.01 ). The ODI decreased from (62.0 ± 2.3 ) scores before surgery to (23.1 ± 2.5 ) scores after surgery and to ( 26.3 ±2.4) scores at the last follow-up time (P ＜0.01). The back pain of all patients were relieved to different degrees postoperatively. No severe complications including pulmonary embolism occurred. Conclusions The key point is to find the symptomatic fractured vertebrae not only based on preoperative X-rays but also the MR images, especially fat-compressing MR images. Only when the fractured vertebrae demonstrate low intensity on T1WI MR image and high intensity on T2WI or fat-compressing MR image can be considered new fractures. The injection should reach the new fractured part and if necessary the bilateral approaches should be considered and the injection can be separated for several steps in multi-segments fracture. PMMA should be injected after the bone cements are solid enough so as not to develop complications such as pulmonary embolism.

s:Objective To study the effect of Cichorii Extract(CE)N2 on quail with hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia.Methods Quail models were established by feeding of yeast.Effect of CE N2 on biochemical parameters such as serum uric acid,triglyceride,nitric oxide(NO),xanthine oxidase(XOD),etc.were observed dynamically.Results As compared with the control group,CE N2 in three different dosages decreased serum uric acid,triglyceride and NO;CE N2 in high and low dosage could also lower the serum activity of XOD.Conclusion CE N2 can lower serum uric acid and triglycercide levels in quails with hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia.

This paper discussed the current status of hearing aids fitting practitioners in China and proposed some proposals on how to cultivate qualified practitioners.The proposals includes setting up short-term training program,launching hearing aids fitting major in occupational schools and cultivating the hearing aids fitting practitioners from the would-be audiologists or otologists in an aim to meet the urgent hearing aids fitting need of Chinese deafness.

Objective To investigate the effects of leukotriene in children with respiratory syncytial (RSV)viral bronchiolitis.Methods The blood and sputum levels of Ieukotriene were detected in 33 cases diagnosed RSV bronchiolitis and 12 cases which were diagnosed pneumonia without RSV infection.Thirty-three cases of bronchiolitis were devided into mild-moderate group(n =22)and severe group(n =11)according to the lowell score.Results The blood and sputum levels of leukotriene in mild-moderate group,severe group,and pneumonia group were(76.96 ± 28.19)pg/ml,(103.53 ± 16.85)pg/ml,(18.14.± 7.49)pg/ml;(31.83 ± 19.14)pg/ml,(67.11 ± 15.11)pg/ml,(6.81 ± 2.90)pg/ml in acute period,and(36.04 ±16.38)pg/ml,(52.27 ± 17.03)pg/m l,(18.14 ± 7.49)pg/ml of serum in recovery period.There were significant differences among three groups(F =48.09,P ＜ 0.001 ; F =15.50,P ＜ 0.001 ; F =44.43,P ＜0.001).After treatment,the blood levels of leukotriene were significantly decreased,but were still higher than that of pneumonia group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The blood and sputum levels of leukotriene increase in children with RSV bronchiolitis,which is related with the severity of bronchiolitis.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the location, clinical symptom, image features, treatment and prognosis of the congenital middle ear cholesteatoma. METHOD: Retrospective review of 9 patients treated at Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, the affiliated Hospital of the first Strasbourg University, France. RESULT: The mean age was 6.1 years. Including 7 boys and 2 girls with hearing loss, and 7 of them suffered conductive hearing loss. Typical cholesteatomas were found behind posterior tympanic membrane according the otoscopic examinations in 6 cases. CT were completed in 8 of 9 cases, spheroid or ovoid masses were found in the tympanic cavities, most of them located in the posterior region. All of the patients underwent the surgical treatment, 5 of 9 cases had the ossicular erosion. Four of 9 cases had the residual diseases. All of the cases were followed-up at the mean period of 5.3 years, the preoperative hearing threshold is 28 dB compared with 26 dB of postoperative hearing threshold. CONCLUSION Congenital middle ear cholesteatoma is a rare and hiding lesion. The symptoms are more typical in children than that in adults, which is unilateral conductive hearing loss. Likewise,the preoperative CT scanning is important. The rate of residual lesions and prognosis of congenital cholesteatoma is mainly depended on the extension and the methods of the surgery, revision surgery as well.

Objective Increasing evidence supports the involvement of autophagy in the etiopathology of autoimmune diseases.Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a potentially fatal autoimmune disease characterized by production of multiple autoantibodies through poorly understood mechanism.In order to explore the role of autophagy in the development of SLE,the expression of autophagy related gene microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 (MAPLC3) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) was measured in patients with SLE.Methods The mRNA levels of LC3 in PBMCs from 56 SLE patients and 45 healthy individuals were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technique.Autophagy in PBMCs was also determined by flow cytometry (FACs) in 20 SLE patients and 15 healthy controls.The correlation between LC3 mRNA expression and disease activity of SLE (SLEDAI) was then analyzed.Results The mRNA level of LC3 (RQ) in SLE patients was obviously downregulated compared with that in healthy population (1.30 ± 0.10 vs 1.35 ± 0.09; P =0.029),paralleled with the decreased autophagy rate detected by flow cytometry in PBMCs of SLE patients [(2.21 ± 1.07) ％ vs (9.91 ±4.01) ％ ;P =0.047].Moreover,LC3 mRNA expression level was negatively correlated with SLEDAI (r =-0.337,P =0.023).However,when the clinical features of 27 SLE patients with decreased LC3 mRNA expression (RQ ＜ 1.351) were compared with those of other 29 SLE patients with normal or high LC3 mRNA expression (RQ ＞ 1.351),increasing rates of arthritis,serositis,hematological abnormalities were noted in patients with decreased LC3 mRNA expression yet without statistically significance.However,there was a significant difference between two groups in the incidence of renal involvement (P =0.028).Conclusion The impaired autophagy due to dowrnregulated LC3 mRNA level in SLE patients indicates that autophagy plays a role in mediating the occurrence and development of SLE.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the nerve growth factor ( NGF ) induced hippocampal neuroregeneration and homeobox gene Lhx 8.Methods Seventy-two SD rats were divided into control group , transected group, NGF group, transected combined with NGF group after right fimbria-fornix transection and NGF intracerebroventricular injection . Real-time PCR and Western blotting were applied to detect the gene and protein expression of Lhx8 in each group.The choline acetyltransferase ( ChAT)/Lhx8 double labeled cells in subgranular zone ( SGZ) of hippocampus in each group were detected by immunofluorescence .Results The expression of Lhx8 gene and protein in the transected , NGF group and especially in the transected combined with NGF group was obviously higher than in the control group .The number of ChAT/Lhx8 double labeled cells in the NGF group and the transected combined with NGF group was obviously more than in the control group and transected group . Conclusion The hippocampal neuroregeneration which induced by NGF intracerebroventricular injection was associated with the higher expression of Lhx8.

Objective To study the effective surgical methods for the sequela of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremity . Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with the sequela of DVT of lower extremity in 36 limbs treated by surgery since 1992 were analysed retrospectively. Results Diagnosis accuracy rate of angiography in sequela of DVT was 100%. There were type I in 5 limbs, type IIA in 4, type IIB in 12,and type III in 15. External constriction valvuloplasty of superficial fomoral vein(SFV) was performed on 16 limbs,valvuloplaasly of SFV on 3 limbs,great saphenous vein popliteal vein anastomosis in situ in 6 limbs,muscular loop plasty on popliteal vein in 4 limbs,common iliac vein SFV anastomosis with artificial vessel interposition in 3 limbs,great saphenoas vien ansatomosed to opposite SFV in 4 limbs. After treatment,symptoms totally disappeared in 28 limbs ( 77.8% ), and improved in 8 limbs. Conclusions The vasography is diagnostic chrysindicatrix of the DVT sequela. Different operations based on the damage of valves should be chosen.
