1.The relationship of emotional resilience, stress and school adjustment of junior high school students

Objective To explore the relationship among emotional resilience,stress and school adjustment.Methods Adolescent life events check-list,adolescent emotional resilience scale and school adjustment scale of middle school students were conducted among 394 junior high school students.Results (1)The emotional resilience score and emotion recovery score of male junior high school students(46.07±8.56,24.43±5.80) were higher than that of female ones(44.39±8.39,23.27±5.37),and the differences were statistically significant(t=1.97,2.05,P<0.05).The total score of emotional resilience(45.46±8.50,44.83±8.56) was not statistically related with whether they were the only children(t=0.68,P=0.50).The emotional resilience score and positive emotion score of rural junior high school students(44.04±8.53,20.63±5.35)were lower than that of urban ones (46.46± 8.34,22.15 ±4.72),and the differences were statistically significant(t=-2.86,-2.99,P<0.01).The total score of emotional resilience (47.23±7.82,44.63±8.45,43.00±8.97) in different grades was statistically significant (F=8.86,P=0.00),and the first grade students were higher than the second and third year students.(2)Psychological stress was negatively related with emotional resilience and school adjustment(r=-0.23~-0.35,P<0.01),and emotional resilience was positively correlated with school adjustment(r=0.12 ~ 0.29,P<0.01).The relationship between stress and school adjustment were mediated by positive emotion and emotional recovery (the mediating effect were 11.11%,21.15%).Conclusion Frotional resilience plays a mediating role between psychological stress and school adjustment.
2.Ovarian protection with goserelin during adjuvant chemotherapy for pre-menopausal women with breast ;cancer

Objective To observe the protective effect of goserelin on ovarian function of premenopausal patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy. Methods Forty patients with breast cancer under 40 received adjuvant chemotherapy were randomly divided intotest group(20 cases) and control group (20 cases). Compared the recovery rate and time of menstruation between two groups. Results All the 40 patients finished the treatment. Recovery ratio of normal ovarian function in test group and control group was 75% and 50% (P =0.013) respectively, and the median menstrual recovery time in two groups was 4.65 months and 6.65 months (P = 0.046) respectively. Statistically significant differences were found between two groups. Conclusion Goserelin can effectively protect ovarian function during chemotherapy , increase the ratio of normal ovarian function, shorten menstrual recovery time, and shows good tolerance.
3.Application of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring in cervical intraspinal tumor surgery

Objective To investigate the efficiency of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring in cervical spinal tumor surgery.Methods Retrospective case-control study comparing 23 cervical spinal tumor patients received surgery under neurophysiological monitoring (case) and 23 cases without neurophysiological monitoring (control).Results All of 46 cases,there were no significant differences of age,gender and preoperative neurological function.Duration of operation and estimated blood loss in the IONM cohort was less than the control group with significant difference.The preoperative JOA score of IONM group and control group were 12.0±2.4 and 12.7±2.1,with no significant difference.The postoperative JOA score of each group were 15.0±1.5 and 15.2±1.7,with no significant difference.The rate of cervical cord neurological improvement of IONM group was higher than control group,but there was no significant difference.In the IONM cohort,abnormal signal appeared in 8 cases,with 1 case developed new postoperative deficit,and the sensitivity and specificity of SEP were 100% and 77.3%,the sensitivity and specificity of MEP were 100% and 86.4%.Compared with preoperative SEP,4 cases showed major improvement (baseline increase > 40%),2 cases showed moderate improvement (baseline increase:15%-40%).The coincidence rate of the SEP improvement and the AISA grade was 66.7%.Conclusion IONM could reduce the duration of operation and intraoperative blood loss.Changes of IONM were correlated with postoperative neurological function improvement.
4.Cultural elements for sustainable disciplines development of county hospitals in China

County hospitals function as comerstones in China's health system,as their sustainable development plays a key role for the ongoing health reform.Disciplines are the most primary functional units of a hospital,and their disciplinary culture characteristic of the county hospital' s disciplines and fitting their current development status are definitely the most important and fundamental factor for sustainable development of the discipline.Based on extensive research,authors identified no less than eight cultural elements,namely values of life,self-confidence,a comprehensive model of talent development,safety first,teamwork,communication,scientific pursuit and health management.This study aimed at providing thoughts for the current county hospital development.
5.Role of C-terminal Src kinase in angiotensin Ⅱ-induced cytoskeletal rearrangement in glomerular podocytes

Objective To investigate the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) on the expression of C-terminal Src kinase (Csk) in Ang Ⅱ-infused rat model and cultured podocytes,and to explore the role of Csk in Ang Ⅱ-induced cytoskeletal rearrangement of podocytes.Methods Twenty-four Wista rats were randomly subjected to normal saline infusion,or Ang Ⅱ infusion at 400 ng · kg1 · min-1 (via subcutaneous osmotic minipumps) for 2 or 4 weeks.Renal histomorphology was evaluated through electron microscopy.The expression of glomerular Csk was analyzed by immunofluorescence and Western blotting.In vitro,conditionally immortalized mouse podocytes were cultured and treated with Ang Ⅱ doses ranging from 10-9 mol/L to 10-5 mol/L and for different hours.The expression of podocytes Csk was assessed by Western blotting.After transfection to podocytes with Csk siRNA,FITC-conjugated phalloidin was used to stain F-actin,to investigate the role of Csk in Ang Ⅱ-induced or cytochalasin D-induced cytoskeletal rearrangement.Results (1) Examination of Ang Ⅱ infusion rats glomerular and podocyte ultrastructure by electron microscopy revealed foot process effacement and fusion; (2) In Ang Ⅱ infusion rats,the expression of glomerular Csk was increased (P < 0.05); (3) In vitro,Ang Ⅱ-stimuli up-regulated the expression of Csk (P < 0.05),and the effects of Ang Ⅱ were on dose-dependent and time-dependent manner; (4) Ang Ⅱ-induced disruption of F-actin was alleviated by Csk siRNA transfection in cultured podocytes; furthermore,cytochalasin D depolymerized the F-actin cytoskeleton,while Csk siRNA stabilized the actin filaments.Conclusion The enhanced expression of Csk may be involved in Ang II-induced podocytes cytoskeletal rearrangement and foot process fusion.
6.Tacrolimus protects podocytes by up-regulating autophagy in type 2 diabetic model rats

Objective To assess the effects of tacrolimus (FKS06) on podocyte in type 2 diabetic model rats and to explore the potential mechanism.Methods The model rats were fed with high fat and high sugar food and combining with a low-dose of streptozotocin (STZ).They were then randomly divided into a diabetic mellitus group (DM group) and a FK506 group.A normal control group (NC group) was also set.The rats in FK506 group were given with 0.5 mg· kg-1· d-1 FK506 for 8 weeks.The biochemical parameters were measured.The changes of renal pathology and ultrastructure of podocyte were observed by the light and electron microscopy.The expression of nephrin and LC3-Ⅱ was determined by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.Results (1) Compared with those in NC group,KW/BW,systolic blood pressure (SBP),fasting blood glucose (FBG),triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),urinary albumin excretion rate (UAE) and creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) in DM group were significantly increased (all P < 0.05).And the KW/BW,UAE and Ccr were decreased in FK506 group compared to those in DM group (all P < 0.05),while other parameters had no significant difference (all P > 0.05).(2) Compared with those in NC group,the glomerular volume,mesangial cell proliferation and accumulation of mesangial matrix were increased,and the foot process became disorder and fusion in DM group,while these changes were significantly reduced in FK506 group.(3) Compared with that in NC group,the expression of nephrin and LC3-Ⅱ was decreased in DM group (all P < 0.05),and both of parameters were higher in FK506 group than those in DM group (all P < 0.05).Conclusion FK506 may enhance podocyte autophagy in type 2 diabetic model rats and attenuate podocyte injury.
7.A rapid PCR method to determine the types of cyp2d6~*10 alleles

Aim To establish a new simple, easy and economical PCR method for determining cyp2d6~*10 allele and studying its distributive frequencies in Chinese population. Methods The new PCR are established and compared with the classical PCR-RFLP. The 224 samples have been determined with the new PCR.Results the results of the two methods go on the way. The allele distribution frequencies of cyp2d6~*10 resembles the reports. Conclusion the new method is proved to be accurate and convenient. It provides a genetics basis for the drug therapy with individuals in clinics.
8.Effects of patient controlled epidural analgesia on postoperative changes of circulatory and pulmonary function in elderly with hypertension

Objective To evaluate the effects of patient controlled analgesia(PCEA)on the perioperative changes of circulatory and pulmonary function of elderly with hypertensions after abdominal surgery.Methods Twenty-eight patients of ASAⅡ-Ⅲ aged more than 60 years undergoing uratomy were randomly divided into two groups:control group and PCEA group.Preoperative and postoperative circulatory and pulmonary functions were measured with noninvasion circulatory monitor and pocket lung function meter respectively.Results In control group,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,and heart rate increased by 19%,17% and 19%,respectively,as compared with preoperation.The percentage of forced vital capacity(FVC%),percentage of forced expiratory volume in first second to forced vital capacity(FEV1%) and percentage of maximal ventilatory volume(MVV%) of postoperation in control group were significantly decreased compared with preoperation(P
9.The relationship between infiltration of lymphocytes in renal tissues and podocytes injury in patients with lupus nephritis

Objective To investigate the relationship between the infiltration of lymphocytes in renal tissues and podocytes injury in patients with lupus nephritis (LN),and provide the evidence of mechanism of podocytes injury in LN.Methods Thirty cases of biopsy proven LN patients were enrolled into the study,10 cases were selected as a the controls.The clinical and pathological data and renal tissues were collected.The infiltration of T lymphocytes (CD4+,CD8+ cells) and B lymphocytes (CD20+ cells) in renal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.The nephrin expression was detected by immunofluorescence.The relationship between CD4+,CD8+,CD20+ cells in renal tissues and 24 h UP,nephrin expression were analyzed by Pearson's correlation analysis,respectively.Results ① Compared with the control group,the 24 h UP was increased [2.86±1.37 vs 0.10±0.22 (g/24 h)];the infiltrations of inflammatory cells were increased significantly,the podocytes injury could be observed,combined with effacement of podocytes foot processes or disappeared in the LN group.Moreover,the increase of 24 h UP of active LN group was more evident than that in the inactive group [3.91 ±1.45 vs 1.77±0.69 (g/24 h),F=24.15,P<0.05],and the infiltration of inflammatory cellsand effacement of podocytes foot processes were more severe in the active LN group.②Compared with the control group,the nephrin expression decreased and the infiltration of CD4+,CD8+ and CD20+ cells in the renal tissues increased significantly,which was mainly aggregated in renal interstitial tissue.And In addition,CD4+ [98±13 vs 40±12 (cells/glomerulus),F=240.18,P<0.05],CD8+[109.0±16.4 vs 53.3±12.1(cells/glomerulus),F=210.40,P<0.05] and CD20+ [149.4±1.4 vs 82.6±13.3 (cells/glomerulus),F=544.30,P<0.05] cells of the active LN group were more remarkable than that in the inactive group.③ The Pearson correlation analysis showed that CD4+,CD8+ and CD20+ cells in renal tissues were positively correlated with 24 h UP (r=0.688,0.748,0.702;P<0.01),and were negatively correlated with nephrin expression (r=-0.623,-0.793,-0.693;P<0.01).Conclusion The infiltrations of CD4+,CD8+ and CD20+cells in renal tissues are very closely related with podocytes injury in patients with LN,and the infiltration of lymphocytes may be an important mechanism for podocytes injury in LN patients.
10.Effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on liver cirrhosis of decompensated stage

Objective To compare the curative effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and compound ammonium glycyrrhetate in patients with liver cirrhosis of decompensated.Methods Eighty-six patients with liver cirrhosis of decompensated were enrolled into the study and randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n=43) were given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate once a day in addition to routine treatment;the control group(n=43) were given compound ammonium glycyrrhetate once a day in addition to routine treatment.The clinical manifestation,including symptoms,signs and hepatic function were observed.The clinical lab data,including blood routine examination,urine routine test and kidney function of all patients from two groups were collected before and after the treatments.The adverse drug reactions were monitored throughout the whole therapy.Results ALT and AST turned to normal in 97.7%(42/43) and 90.7%(39/43) of patients respectively in the treatment group,which were significantly higher than those of 72.1%(31/43) and 74.4%(32/43) respectively in the control group( x2=9.86 and 4.73,respectively,Ps<0.05). Time to turning to normal in ALT and AST were(21.6±9.1)d and(23.1±10.6)d in the treatment group,which were significantly lower than those of(37.5±17.8)d,and(46.7±19.4)d respectively in the control group(t=5.23 and 7.01,respectively,Ps<0.01).Conclusion The results suggested that magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate had better effect on alleviating symptoms and decreasing enzyme in treatment of liver cirrhosis of decompensated stage.
