Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2010;19(11):1188-1192
Objective To investigate the clinical features and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL)therapy of postinfectious bronchiolitis obliterans (BO) in children. Method Ten children, who had post-infectious BO from February 2009 to February 2010, received BAL therapy, and were retrospectively analyzed. The data included pathology, chnical feature, chest HRCT scan, BALF cellular, levels of blood T cell subtypes and outcome of BAL therapy. Results Adenoviruses or mycoplasma pneumoniae were the most common etiologic agents (4/10, respectively). All patients presented persistent or recurrent dyspneic respirations and wheezing since the initial lung infection. The findings of HRCT included mosaic pattern of perfusion (6/10), accompanied by gas retention, bronchiectasis, atelectasis and bronchial wall thickening. The percentage of neutrophils in BALF was significantly increased in all cases (10/10). There were predominance of CD8+ T cell subtype (9/10) and lower ratio of CD4 +/CD8+ ( 10/10)in blood. Reduced symptoms and shortened hospital stay of BO in 9 of all 10 cases were observed after BAL therapy. Conclusions Severe adenovirus or mycoplasma pneunoniae bronchiolitis and/or pneumonia has higher risk for developing BO in children. Increased percentage of neutrophils in BALF and predominance of CD8 +T cell subtype may play an important role in the mechanism of BO. BAL therepy can reduce the respiratory symptoms of BO in children.

Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery 2018;34(2):123-127
Objective:
To investigate the method of repairing facial and neck defects.
Methods:
From Sept. 2012 to June 2015, 18 cases of facial and neck scars were first implanted with 400-800 ml rectangular expanderin the thoracic triangle region; after 2-5 months expansion, liquidvolumereached 400-1 000 ml.After resection of facial and neck scar, defects were covered by the expanded deltopectoral thin flap; 7-10 days afterwards, flap pedicles were severed to cover the residual wound.
Results:
A total of 19 expanders were implanted. All flaps survived after flap transfer and pedicle severance. The flap color and texture were close to the normal site. The skin was well recovered. After 2 years to 3 years follow up, all the affected areas achieved good outcome.
Conclusions
Ultra thin expanded deltopectoral flap is a good method for facial and neck defects reconstruction.

Objective:To build a training and promotion model for traditional Chinese medicine nursing tourism project in Zhejiang Province, promoting homogeneous management and standardized promotion of traditional Chinese medicine nursing tourism project. Methods:From July 2022 to June 2023, purposive sampling was used to select 20 experts from ClassⅢ traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Zhejiang Province for Delphi expert consultation. Two rounds of consultation were conducted via email to construct a training and promotion model for traditional Chinese medicine nursing tourism project in Zhejiang Province. Results:In the two rounds of expert consultation, the effective response rate of the questionnaire was 100% (20/20), the familiarity coefficient of the experts was 0.89, the judgment coefficient was 0.94, and the authority coefficient of the experts was 0.92. The Kendall harmony coefficients for two rounds of consultation were 0.268 and 0.105, respectively, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.001). The training and promotion model for traditional Chinese medicine nursing tourism project in Zhejiang Province included six first-level indicators, 22 second-level indicators, 74 third-level indicators, and 28 fourth-level indicators. Conclusions:The construction process of the training and promotion model for traditional Chinese medicine nursing tourism project in Zhejiang Province is rigorous and standardized, providing reference for training and helping to promote innovation and sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.

Objective:To construct a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing training system for nurses with medium-grade professional title in TCM hospitals based on Kirkpatrick model, so as to provide a reference for the training of nurses with medium-grade professional title in TCM hospitals. Methods:Based on the Kirkpatrick model, combined with the results of literature review, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews, the first draft of the training system was formulated and the expert consultation questionnaire was prepared. A total of 21 experts from Zhejiang Province were selected for 2 rounds of expert correspondence. Results:The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.89 and 0.91, and the Kendall's W were 0.239 and 0.176 ( P<0.001) . The final training system included 3 first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators, 37 third-level indicators and 145 fourth-level indicators. Conclusions:The construction method of the TCM nursing training system for nurses with medium-grade professional title is scientific and the content is reasonable and comprehensive, which can provide a scientific reference for the training of nurses with medium-grade professional title in TCM hospitals.

Chinese Journal of Hepatology 2022;30(6):637-643
Objective:The investigation and research on the application status of Hepatic Venous Pressure Gradient (HVPG) is very important to understand the real situation and future development of this technology in China. Methods:This study comprehensively investigated the basic situation of HVPG technology in China, including hospital distribution, hospital level, annual number of cases, catheters used, average cost, indications and existing problems. Results:According to the survey, there were 70 hospitals in China carrying out HVPG technology in 2021, distributed in 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central Government). A total of 4 398 cases of HVPG were performed in all the surveyed hospitals in 2021, of which 2 291 cases (52.1%) were tested by HVPG alone. The average cost of HVPG detection was (5 617.2±2 079.4) yuan. 96.3% of the teams completed HVPG detection with balloon method, and most of the teams used thrombectomy balloon catheter (80.3%).Conclusion:Through this investigation, the status of domestic clinical application of HVPG has been clarified, and it has been confirmed that many domestic medical institutions have mastered this technology, but it still needs to continue to promote and popularize HVPG technology in the future.
