Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of cerebral angio spasm after aneurysm rupture subarachmoid hemorrhage by Fasudil, Methods The clinical data of cerebral angio spasm after aneurysm rupture subarachnoid hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed, which was divided into detection group and control group. Results The GCS score of detection group was better than control group;the average blood flow rate of arteria cerebri media after curing in detection group the difference had statistical significance( all P <0. 05 ). The mutilation rate、rate of death of detection group were lower than control goup, the difference had statistical significance ( P < 0. 05 ).Conclusion The clinical curative effect was good of cerebral angio spasm after aneurysm rupture subarachnoid hemorrhage by Fasudil, and prognosis was good.

Objective:To isolate genes related to benflumetol resistance in the rodent malaria P.berghei K173 strain. Methods:The mRNA differential display technique was used to identify differentially expressed genes between drug-sensitive P.berghei K173 strain and benflumetol-resistant strain selected under benflumetol pressure.Northern blot was performed in order to determine the genes actually derived from maternal strains. Results:PCR reactions were prepared respectively with twenty-four pairs of primers in each of the strains.Thirty-three differentially displayed genes fragments were cloned and eight of them were sequenced. The eight sequences were novel ESTs and were submitted to GenBank. Homology searching revealed that clone CB52 was slightly homologous to P.falciparum cyclophilin gene. Hybridization confirmed that the gene fragment CB52 was upregulated in the benflumetol-resistant parasite strain, while downregulated in the chloroquine-resistant strain.Conclusions:CB52 fragment was involved in the benflumetol resistance in P.berghei and the genetic mechanisms of drug-resistance to benflumetol and chloroquine were different.

Objective To investigate the current situation of nursing staffs in second-class and tertiary hospitals of Nanchang City and influencing factors in order to provide a basis for the management and research of patients safety. Methods The convenience cluster sampling method was adopted to extract the whole nursing staffs from 7 hospitals(4 second-class hospitals and 3 tertiary hospitals)in Nanchang City as the research subjects. Then the multiple regression method was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of patients safety culture in the second-class and tertiary hospitals of Nanchang City. Results The advantage fields of cognition of the nursing staffs in the second-class hospitals on the patients safety culture were the intra-department teamwork, expectation actions of managers for promoting safety, organizational learning and continuous improvement, feedback and communication of mistakes, while the fields needing to be improved were the communication openness, personnel allocation,non-penalty reactions on mistakes;the advantage fields in the tertiary hospitals were same to those in the second-class hospitals, and the fields needing to be improved included the inter-department cooperation, personnel allocation,non-penalty reactions on mistakes. Conclusion The cognition of nursing staffs in 7 hospitals of Nanchang City on the patients safety culture is in a higher level, but insufficiency still exists, partial fields need to be continuously improved.

Objective:To compare the effect of age and gender on mastication efficiency between healthy volunteers and dysphagic stroke survivors and to document any correlation of mastication efficiency with mandible movements.Methods:Thirty-two stroke survivors with dysphagia and 84 healthy volunteers were asked to chew two-color gum. Their chewing efficiency was indicated by the degree of color mixing after chewing (SDHue). The SDHue value was evaluated using ViewGum software. The healthy volunteers were further divided into an age 20-40 years group, a 41-60 years group and an over-60 group. The SDHue values were compared among the 3 groups. The SDHue values were correlated with clinical mandibule movement scores. Results:Among the healthy volunteers, those older than 60 years had significantly higher SDHue values on average than those between 20 and 40 years. However, no significant gender difference was observed. The dysphagic stroke survivors had, on average, significantly higher SDHue results than the healthy volunteers, and those results were positively correlated with their mandible movement scores. Conclusions:Mastication efficiency tends to be age-related but not gender-related. Among those with post-stroke dysphagia mandible movement is positively correlated with mastication efficiency.
