1.Content Determination of Preservative Ethylparaben in Hospital Preparation
China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of preservative ethylparaben content in hospital preparation.METHODS: The determination was carried out on Spherisorb C18 column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(50∶50,V/V) at a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The column temperature was set at 35 ℃;the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the sample size was 20 ?L.RESULTS: The linear range of ethylparaben was 1.812 5~18.125 0 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery rate of 99.92%.The intra-day RSD was less than 2.10% and inter-day RSD was less than 4.89%.CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and applicable for the determination of ethylparaben content in hospital preparation.

Objective To assess the effect of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) on preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma and depth of myometrial invasion. Methods Fifty-six patients with endometrial carcinoma were underwent conventional and contrast-enhanced MR scan. The results of pathology , MRI examinations of preoperative staging and depth of myometrial invasion were assessed and compared. Results The accurate rate of MRI diagnosis in preoperative staging diagnosis was 82.1% (46/56) and the consistency check as Kappa was 0.771 (P < 0.001). Conclusions MRI may be a good diagnostic tool with high sensitivity and specificity for assessing myometrial invasion and detecting tumour extension and should be considered as a routine part of the preoperative assessment in all patients with endometrial carcinoma.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE: To study the formulation and technology of dexamethasone solid lipid nanoparticles(DXM-SLN) lyophilized injection and evalnate it's quality. METHODS: The formulation of the supporting agent was optimized and the preparation technology of lyophilized injection was established to prepare the lyophilised injection. The content of DXM in the sample was determined and its quality was investigated as well. RESULTS: 30% mannitol was supporting agent, the particle size of DXM-SLN was 340 nm, with zeta potential at -25.2 mV, entrapment ratio at 92.10% and drug-loading at 7.10%. It was stable within 3 months' at 2~8 ℃storing. CONCLUSION: The preparation technique of this preparation is simple and feasible and its quality is stable and controllable.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(10):1556-1560
Objective:
To explore the relationship between physical activity, screen time, sleep duration and physical health of middle school students, to provide reference for physical health intervention in middle school students.
Methods:
A total of 1 614 students from 12 middle schools in Tianjin were investigated by stratified random cluster sampling. According to the "Canadian 24 Hour Movement Guidelines for Children and Youth", participants were divided into 4 groups: "full qualified group", "2 item qualified group", "1 item qualified group" and "unqualified group". Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to predict physical health risk.
Results:
Only 5.2% boys and 4.2% girls met the standard in all three behaviors, and 16.4% boys and 16.3% girls failed to meet the standard in all three behaviors. The excellent and good rates were 77.7% and 71.8% in the 2 item qualified group and the full qualified group, respectively. The physical health risk of middle school students with insufficient physical activity was 1.76 times higher than that of those who achieved the standard, and the physical health risk of students with too much screen time was 1.34 times higher than that of those who achieved the standard. Physical health risk of middle school students with insufficient sleep duration was 2.86 times higher than that of those who achieved the standard, and the risk of overweight and obesity was 1.49 times higher than that of those who achieved the standard ( P <0.05). Compared with the middle school students who achieved all the standards, physical health risk of unqualified group was 3.63 times, and that of the 1 item qualified group was 2.10 times ( P < 0.01 ).
Conclusion
Middle school students meet two or more recommendations in physical activity, screen time and sleep duration are more likely to have better physical health and lower risk of overweight and obesity. The findings suggest that students should engage in active sports to increase the high intensity of physical activity, reduce screen time, maintain a healthy sleep habits, in order to obtain better health level.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(2):215-220
Objective:
To explore the improvement influence of three combined exercise programs on sleep quality among college students with sleep disorders, so as to provide reference for the construction of exercise intervention programs for sleep disorder.
Methods:
A total of 35 college students with sleep disorders were randomly divided into AR group ( n =10), AM group ( n =8), RM group ( n =9) and CG group ( n =8). The three exercise groups were provided with exercise intervention for 8 weeks, 3 times/week , 60 min/time, and the CG group maintained previous lifestyle. Before and after the intervention, evaluation of subjective sleep quality and reduction rate of sleep disorder by PSQI, and Actigraph GT3X+ was used to monitor the changes in the objective sleep quality.
Results:
After the intervention, the total score of PSQI ( t =3.49, 2.31, 2.73), sleep quality score ( t =2.71, 3.00 , 5.29),sleep duration of AR group ( t =2.74), daytime dysfunction of AM group ( t =2.64) and sleep duration of RM group ( t = 2.29) significantly decreased ( P <0.05); The scores of sleep duration in AM group were significantly lower than those in AR group, and the scores of PSQI,sleep quality and daytime dysfunction in AM group were significantly lower than those in CG group (P<0.05). After intervention,TST ( t =-4.41, -8.37, -6.79) and SE ( t =-4.40, -5.86, -4.91) of AR group, AM group and RM group significantly increased( P <0.05), SOL ( t =4.18, 9.93), WASO ( t =2.91, 3.46) and NA ( t =4.80, 3.37) of AM group and RM group significantly decreased ( P <0.05). The changes of TST,SE and WASO in RM group were significantly higher than those in CG group, and SOL was significantly lower than those in CG group ( P <0.05).
Conclusion
The three kinds of combined exercise programs can improve the subjective and objective sleep quality of college students with sleep disorders, and reduce the incidence of sleep disorders; different combined exercise programs have different influence on the improvement of sleep quality of college students with sleep disorders, aerobic combined meditative movement exercise program has a prominent influence on the improvement of subjective sleep quality, and resistance combined meditative movement exercise program has a prominent influence on the improvement of objective sleep quality.
