Objective To assess the risk of malnutrition in elder home-care patients through mini nutritional assessment (MNA) and study the correlations between total MNA score and 18 individual questions in this patient group. Methods In May 2011,62 elder home-care patients from our center answered the MNA questionnaire. And the results were used to analyze the correlations between total MNA score and individual questions and the correlations among MNA classifications and body mass index(BMI),mid-arm muscle circumference (MAMC) and calf circunference (CC).Results According to MNA,18% were malnourished ( 11/62 ),47% at risk of malnutrition ( 29/62 ) and 35% well-nourished ( 22/62 ) ; BMI,independence, mobility, neuropsychological problems, ingesting method,MAMC,CC and selfperceived nutritional status,self-perceived health status showed strong correlations with total MNA score (0.601,0.600,0.666,0.611,0.627,0.618,0.726,0.612,0.672,P <0.05).And weight loss within a month, number of daily meals and intake of drinks showed weak correlations with total MNA score (0.35,0.319,0.288,P < 0.05 ).Positive correlations existed among MNA classifications and BMI,MAMC,CC (15.45,19.85,31.89,P<0.05).Conclusions The elder home-care patients have a high risk for malnutrition.Half of 18 individual questions are strongly correlated with total MNA score in this patient group.

Continuing medical education refers to the completion of basic medical education for inservice education, which is to guarantee the sustainable development of physicians in clinical and scientific research ability, and is the essential means to safeguard and improve the level of medical treatment.Traditional continuing medical education is given priority to the form of regularly organize workshops,so it has some limitations to oral and maxillofacial surgery.MOOC teaching is a kind of large-scale open new online teaching mode. This study provides an overview of the MOOC development, characteristics and development situation in the medical teaching. The necessity and feasibility of MOOC based teaching protocol in oral and maxillofacial surgery continuing medical education has been discussed. And curriculum transformation, construction of education model and possible challenges have also been analyzed and discussed in this paper.
4.An assumption of community type 2 diabetes health intervention based on the pattern of PRECEDE-PROCEED
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2016;22(4):479-482
The assurance and continuous improvement of the effect of health intervention on type 2 diabetes mellitus depends on the scientific guidance. The health intervention model of PRECEDE-PROCEED provides a new perspective for effective intervention of diabetes mellitus because of its comprehensive and systematic, dynamic, scientific and effective characteristics. This article aimed to imagine the model of community type 2 diabetes health intervention so as to provide references for the further research of diabetes community health interventions in community by combining with the situation and problems of present interventions and on the basis of systematic analysis of PRECEDE-PROCEED model.

Objective:To implement PRECEDE-PROCEED based intervention in community patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and explore its effects on patients' diabetes knowledge and self-efficacy.Methods:Totally 86 T2DM patients treated in a community health service center in Hangzhou between May and October 2014 were selected using convenient sampling and divided into intervention group ( n=43) and control group ( n=43) . Patients in the intervention group received 6-month intervention based on PRECEDE-PROCEED, while patients in the control group received a regular community health education course once during the same period. The diabetes knowledge and self-efficacy scores were evaluated between the two groups before and 3 and 6 months after intervention. At last, a total of 40 patients in the intervention group and 42 patients in the control group completed the study. Results:Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there were time-dependent, between-group and combined effects in diabetes knowledge and self-efficacy scores in the two groups ( P<0.05) . Pairwise comparison between the two groups revealed that there was no statistically significant difference in diabetes knowledge and self-efficacy scores between the two groups before intervention ( P>0.05) , but there were statistically significant differences in diabetes knowledge and self-efficacy scores between the two groups 3 and 6 months after intervention ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The PRECEDE-PROCEED based intervention can effectively improve the diabetes knowledge and self-efficacy of T2DM patients, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.

In this paper, the domestic and international demand and development trend of clinical diagnostic radionuclides are analyzed, and the medium and high-energy cyclotrons, adequate and systematic facilities, and preparation techniques required for the production of medical radionuclides based on solid targets are introduced. This paper focuses on the research and development carried out by some important medical institutions and scientific research institutes in China over the years in the aspects of medium and high-energy cyclotrons, beam transmission lines, high-power irradiation target stations and new medical isotope production processes etc. It also looks forward to some new directions for the development of medical radionuclides in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
