ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin used on patients with HAP. Methods134 cases of patients with HAP as studied object were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group were given therapy of levofloxacin, and control group were given therapy of azithromycin. ResultsThe efficiency cases, effective cases, vain cases in observation group were 51,13 and 3,the efficiency rate and total effective rate were 75.0% and 93.3%, the data in control group were 38,17,12,51.7 % and 81.7 %. The efficiency rate ( x2 =4. 818, P < 0.05 )and total effective rate( x2 =4. 804 ,P < 0.05 ) of observation group was significantly better than that of control group. ConclusionLevofloxacin used on patients with HAP, could acquire good clinical effect, and the side-reactions were light.

Objective To determine the feasibility, safety and techniques of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic liver cyst fenestration. Methods From November 2009 to June 2010, four cases of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic liver cyst fenestration were completed through three adjacent 5 mm trocars around the umbilicus. Normal 5 mm laparoscopic instruments and a 5 mm 30° laparoscope were utilized, and the procedures were similar to conventional multi-port laparoscopic liver cyst fenestration. Results All operations were completed successfully, with no conversion to laparotomy or the multi-port laparoscopic procedure. The mean operation time was 38 minutes (25-70 minutes). All patients were discharged at postoperative days 1-3, and no complications or cyst recurrence occurred during hospitalization and follow-up. Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic liver cyst fenestration is safe and feasible. It has the advantages of less pain, cosmetic incision and quick recovery, but is technique-demanding.

Chemokines and chemokine receptors involve in biological activity and pathological process widely. It has been reported that many tumor cells overexpress functional chemokines. In lung cancer,chemo-kines involve in its proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis.Chemokines and chemokine receptor over-expressed in lung cancer can be used as specific target for pertinent anti-tumor treatment.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the application of 3D printing and digital technology in preoperative assessment and planning of internal fixation surgery for complex tibial plateau fracture.
METHODSComplex tibial plateau fractures and commonly used plates for tibial plateau were imaged using computed tomography (CT) to reconstruct the 3D fracture and plate models. The 3D models were used to perform virtual reduction and preoperative planning of internal fixation surgery with the most appropriate plates assisted by the 3D library of plates. According to the optimal plan, the 3D physical models of tibial plateau fractures and plates were 3D printed to simulate internal fixation operation. The effects of internal fixation were compared between the virtual surgery and the simulated surgery based on the 3D models.
RESULTSThe effects of internal fixation in the simulated surgery based on the 3D models were consistent with those of the virtual surgery. No significant difference was found in the screw length between the two surgeries.
CONCLUSIONThe combination of 3D printing and digital design can improve the effects of internal fixation for complex tibial plateau fractures.
