Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(07):-
Objective:To observe the effects of Jianweiyuyang(JWYY) pills on expressions of spasmolytic Polypeptide(SP)and intestinal trefoil factors(ITF) and analyze its potential mechanism. Methods:A Total of 76 gastric ulcer patients(final diagnosis by gastroscope),were randomly divided into two groups,JWYY treatment group,(36 cases, treatment group) and Ranitidine control group(36 samples, control group).Among them 50 Hp-positive PU patients were confirmed by gastroscope, histological inspection, and urease test, and showed the differentiation of symptoms and signs of the traditional Chinese medicine is the stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen type for these 50 patients. There were 12 case in Normal groups.Detection on Biospy Specimens of gastric mucosa was done. The change of SP expression was detected by immunohischemicity,ITF by Western blotting and the contents of aninohexose and phosphatide in ulcerated gastric mucosa were measured. Results:The contents of aninohexose and phosphatide of PU patients increased in JWYY group and there was significant difference between JWYY group and Ranitidine group(P

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive technique by retroperitoneal approach in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with peripancreatic necrosis. Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with severe acute pancreatitis combined with peripancreatic necrosis who underwent retroperitoneal drainage by aspirating and placing tube under B ultrasound guidance on the basis of routine therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January 2016 to September 2016 were analyzed. Results All of the 10 patients successfully underwent puncture.Drainage was good after puncture and tube placement in 7 patients. The amylase activity was normal within 3 ~ 7 days, and the symptoms of abdominal pain and bloating were alleviated in 2 ~ 4 days.Among them,3 cases had poor drainage after catheterization due to a large necrotic area, and the percutaneous nephroscope was performed to remove the necrotic tissue of the pancreas.Bacteria was detected in the drainage fluid of 7 patients. The complications of pneumothorax, hemothorax and organ injury were not found in all the patients. The average hospitalization time was 19.4 days (10 ~ 34 days). Conclusions Minimally invasive retroperitoneal approach is safe and effective in curing severe acute pancreatitis with peripancreatic necrosis with good efficacy, which is worth for clinical recommendation and application.

Objective To discovery the attributes of Chinese geoherbs and find it’s study strategy. Method Literature analysis and theory model structure. Results Both natural science and literae humaniores are attributes of Geoherbs. Conclusions Natural science combined with literae humaniores is the necessary way to study Geoberbs. The conception of Geographical Indications was favorable to discovery the literae humaniores properties. The theory about continuous variation was the key to found the scientific properties of Chinese Geoherbs.

【Objective】To observe the therapeutic effect of Shen'ankang Granules(SG)for chronic renal failure(CRF)and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.【Methods】 Seventy-two CRF patients were equally randomized into groups A and B.The two groups were given oral use of Medicinal Charcoal Tablets and routine supportive and symptomatic treatment, and group A was given SG(mainly composed of Radix Astragali,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Herba Epimedii,Radix Notoginseng and Rhizoma Curcumae)additionally. The treatment lasted 8 weeks. The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared after treatment.Meanwhile, the changes of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatine(SCr),endogenous creatine clearance rate(Ccr),urinary ?_2 microglobulin(?_2-M)and ?-N-acetyglucosamidase(NAG),as well as changes of serum fibrosis-associated proteins of type Ⅳ collagen(C-Ⅳ),type Ⅲ precollagen(PC-Ⅲ)and laminin(LN)levels were detected.【Results】The total therapeutic effect was 86.11% in group A,higher than 61.11% in group B(P0.05).The differences of serum C-Ⅳ,PC-Ⅲ and LN levels were significant between groups A and B(P

Objective To evaluate the level situation of clinical doctors graduating from mil-itary medical university within a certain period, understand their career development, and explore and analyze the problems and deficiencies in doctoral education and training to provide reference for deep-ening the reform of clinical disciplines doctoral education. Methods Stratified random samples of 9 Hospitals were selected and the established evaluation index system of clinical discipline quality tracking and investigation questionnaire was used to evaluate doctoral quality. Evaluation was surveyed by self rating and other rating combination. Quality evaluation system contains 4 first level indicators such as the military and political quality, clinical, teaching and research level, the development po-tential as well as 15 second-level indexes. The scores of self-assessment and other evaluation were compared by Pearson rank correlation analysis. The corresponding indicator scores of different doctorate types were compared using the test of variance and the subject research and published papers were analyzed by χ2 inspection. Results The comprehensive score of graduated doctors is excellent, with self-evaluation score (92.72±7.06) and other evaluation score (93.61±8.05). Correlation coefficient is 0.33(P=0.04); The academic doctors have done better in publishing papers(χ2=5.97, P=0.01) and undertaking subject research(χ2=6.08, P=0.00), but poorer in clinical work compared with the doctors of professional degree. The assessed groups are inadequate in publishing high level papers and in un-dertaking research projects and doctors of different degree types have different cognition of the ele-ments of improving the quality. Conclusions Cultivating the doctors' clinical ability and innovation ability are the cores of deepening the reform of clinical doctoral education. We should focus on inno-vation ability , value the cultivation of the clinical professional doctoral degree and explore various joint evaluation systems to attain the goal of enhancing the education quality of doctors.

AIM:To investigate the therapeutical effect of Geranium sibirium extract on the patients with low rectal carcinoma, reserving anus reducing complication and increasing survival rate. METHODS:The treatments included extrasomatic radiotherapy near to tumor, intracavity and extracavity microwave diathermy as well as oral administration of Geranium sibirium extract. All the 30 patients were treated. RESULTS:The four-year follow -up showed that except 4 cases had local recurrence and 5 cases had distant metastasis,four-year survival rate and tumor -free survival rate were 86.7%(26/30) and 83%(25/30),respectively. CONCLUSION:With general treatment and low dose radiotherapy ,the therapeutics of reserving anus in low rectal carcinoma may increase survival quality ,reduce complication and recurrence rate.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To discuss the clinical value of Mutislice CT angiography (MSCTA)in cervical vascular diseases. Methods 60 patients highly suspected suffering cervical vascular diseases, were implemented 16-slices spiral CT angiography of cervical vascular, and blood vessel reconstruction and analysis were done subsequently. Results 43 cases with cervical vascular abnormality were presented in the 60 patients, who were implemented MSCTA. Positive ratio was 71.7%. 171 pieces vessel stenosis were detected among 240 pieces carotid artery and vertebra artery, and 4 cases carotid artery aneurysm and 1 case AVM were found also. Conclusion MSCTA is a convenient and shortcut modality to inspect cervical vascular diseases, and the blood vessel can be observed 3-dimensionally and in any direction in high quality reconstruction images.
