Objective:To explore CCR7 expression in splenic dendritic cells and its role in migration and activity of splenic dendritic cells in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in mice. Methods:The MODS model of mice was reproduced by Zymosan injection into peritoneal cavity. The mice were randomly divided into groups of normal,3-6 hours,24-48 hours and 10-12 days post zymosan injection.CD11c and CD205 were analysed by immunohistochemistry; The expression of CD86 and CCR7 of DCs were studied by the flow cytometry analysis. Results:In normal mice, many DC were found at the margin between the red and white pulp.In the 3-6 h and 24-48 h groups,CD86 and CCR7 were strongly up-regulated in the DC,and they distributed in T cells areas. In the 10-12 d group,DC distributed at the margin by the immature form. Conclusion:The CCR7 expression level of DC has close correlations with the migration of DC,CCR7 can be used to evaluate the migration and functional activity of DC in MODS.
2.Therapeutic effects of finger pressing on Hegu acupoint on nausea in first-time complete denture wearers
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2022;29(7):985-988
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of finger pressing on Hegu acupoint on nausea and to find an optimal method to reduce nausea in first-time complete denture wearers. Methods:Forty-one first-time complete denture wearers who received treatment between June 2016 and December 2019 in Huxi Hospital Affiliated to Jining Medical University were included in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group ( n = 21) and control group ( n = 20). The observation group received finger pressing on Hegu acupoint for 3 minutes before complete denture wearing and before three meals. The control group received self-adaptive therapy. After 3, 7 and 14 days of wearing complete denture, the number of wearers without nausea, the number of wearers with normal swallowing function, and the number of wearers with masticatory efficiency were recorded in each group. Efficacy was compared between two groups. Results:After 3 and 7 days of wearing complete denture, the percentage of complete denture wearers without nausea was 85.71% (18/21) and 95.24% (20/21), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group [45.00% (9/20), 65.00% (13/20), χ2 = 5.58, 4.19, both P < 0.05 ]. After 14 days of wearing complete denture, there was no significant difference in number of wearers without nausea between observation and control groups ( P > 0.05). After 3 days of wearing complete denture, there was significant difference in percentage of wearers with normal swallowing function among total number of complete denture wearers between observation and control groups [57.14% (12/21) vs. 15.00% (3/20), χ2 = 8.16, P < 0.01). After 7 and 14 days of wearing complete denture, there was no significant difference in percentage of wearers with normal swallowing function among total number of complete denture wearers between observation and control groups (both P > 0.05). After 3 and 7 days of wearing complete denture, masticatory efficiency in the observation group was (42.03 ± 5.02)% and (50.34 ± 5.05)%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(37.00 ± 4.00)%, (47.13 ± 4.03)%, t = 3.51, 1.65, both P < 0.05]. After 14 days of wearing complete denture, there was no significant difference in masticatory efficiency between the two groups ( P > 0.05). Conclusion:Finger pressing on Hegu acupoint has good clinical effects on alleviating nausea in complete denture wearers and can shorten the adjustment time to first time wearing complete denture.

Objective To investigate the relationship between body composition and adequacy of dialysis, and analyze the related risk factors for inadequate delivery of hemodialysis. Methods In a prospective clinical trial, two different methods determining dialysis dose were simultaneously applied:Kt/Vdau (conventional method with Daugirdas' formula) and Kt/Vbem [online clearance monitoring (OCM) measurement with Ⅴ measured by body composition monitor (BCM)].Using the value of 1.27 as the boundary, the patients were divided into two groups:Kt/Vbcm < 1.27 group and Kt/Vbcm≥ 1.27 group.Clinical indices were compared between the two groups.Multiple linear regression was applied to analyze the potential impact factors of the difference between Kt/V values calculated by the two methods.Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve was applied to analyze meaningful factors. Results A total of 138 maintenance hemodialysis patients with age of (54.9±12.7) years old were enrolled, and 55.1% of them were males. There was no significant difference between Kt/Vdau and Kt/Vbcm [1.432(1.235,1.718) vs 1.434 (1.244,1.642),P=0.823].Kt/Vdau was incidentally prone to falsely high values due to operative errors, whereas in these cases OCM-based measurement Kt/Vbcm delivered realistic values. An excellent correlation was observed between Kt/Vdau and Kt/Vbcm;the mean difference was 0.07,95%CI (-0.66-0.79);the correlation coefficient was 0.842(0.821-0.862).The patients in Kt/Vbcm≥ 1.27 group had older age, lower body mass index (BMI),lower height and weight, lower total body water (TBW),lower extracellular water, lower intracellular water, and lower lean tissue index (LTI) compared to those in Kt/Vbcm < 1.27 group.Excellent correlations were observed between Kt/Vbcm and TBW or LTI (r=-0.834,P < 0.001;r=-0.721,P < 0.001).ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of predicting inadequate delivery of hemodialysis were 87.1% and 86.5%,with a threshold of 30 L for TBW.It also showed that the sensitivity and specificity of predicting inadequate delivery of hemodialysis were 60.4% and 94.6%,with a threshold of 11.05 kg/m2 for LTI.Conclusions BCM can give more accurate parameters of urea distribution volume, thus modifying the result of Kt/V.TBW and LTI are important risk influencing factors for inadequately dialysis, and special attention should be paid to patients with TBW > 30 L or LTI > 11.05 kg/m2.

Objective:
To investigate the efficacy and safety of magnesium aluminium carbonate, lansoprazole, amoxicillin and furazolidone in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related gastric ulcer.
Methods:
From March 2016 to December 2017, 120 patients with HP related gastric ulcer who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the digestive department of Linxi Hospital of Kailuan general hospital. They were divided into observation group and control group with random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given lansoprazole+ amoxicillin+ furazolidone triple therapy. On this basis, the observation group was added with magnesium aluminum carbonate. The clinical efficacy, clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori, the level of VEGF and EGF in gastric juice were compared between the two groups.
Results:
The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.0% (57/60), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.3%) (50/60). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.23,
