Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(2):184-186
Gastric cancer is a kind of disease with high incidence and mortality rate, most gastric cancer cases are diagnosed in an advanced, and chemotherapy is the main treatment.Drug resistance is one of the most important causes of therapy failure in gastric cancer patients. It has revealed that the mechanism of tumor resistance mainly involves alterations in cell cycle and proliferation, enhanced DNA repair capacity, defective apoptosis, damaged host immune, altered metabolism of drugs and so on.In recent years,an important molecule-microRNA(miRNA)that regulates the biological behavior of cell has attracted more and more attention.Studies have confirmed that numerous miRNAs can regulate the drug resistance of gastric cancer cells via BCL-2 signaling pathway,PTEN/PI3K/AKT pathway,ABCB1(MDR1/P-gp),autophagy,cell cycle and so on.

China Pharmacist 2015;18(10):1638-1642
Objective:To explore novel compounds with anti-EV71 activity. Methods: A series of oligopeptides were designed based on the active groove of the EV71 3C protease using molecular simulation technology. Furthermore, some oligopeptides were syn-thesized and tested for the inhibition ability against EV71 in vitro. Results:Pentapeptides had higher binding affinity to the EV71 3C protease than the other oligopeptides, such as compounds 25 and 16. Therefore, compounds 25 and 16 were synthesized and tested in vitro for the anti-EV71 activity, and compound 25 exhibited potent anti-EV71 activity(EC50 =1. 36 μmol·L-1, CC50 =211. 94 μmol ·L-1, SI=155. 84), while compound 16 had no evident effect on EV71. Conclusion: It is worthy of further investigation on com-pound 25 as a novel scaffold of anti-EV71inhibitor.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2007;27(1):111-3
A new, convenient, and rapid method for kinetic measurement of human fibrinolysis was established. The alteration of absorbance (A) in the process of blood coagulation and lyses was automatically scanned and recorded using a UV2000 spectrophotometer connected to a computer. The parameters of human fibrinolysis kinetics were established. Urokinase at 20 U/mL was the optimal concentration used. There was significant difference in fibrinolysis kinetics and plasma plasminogen concentration between 22 normal subjects and 27 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia (P<0.05 and <0.01 respectively). The coefficience of variation was (5.24+/-1.51)%. This method could also be used to measure the plasma fibrinogen concentration at the same time. It was concluded that this method was stable and was capable of providing dynamic, direct experimental data and multiparemeters for clinicians. It was also valuable in evaluating the anti-and pro-fibrinolytic capcity of patients' plasmas, allowing for monitoring of therapy, choice of drugs and adjustment of drug concentrations.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2005;20(7):716-718
Objective To explore the personality characteristics of abused children in order to reduce the incidence of child abuse. Methods Two hundred and ninty five middle school students were investigated with general questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire of children. Eighty six students experiencing child abuse (CA) last year as study group and one hundred and ninety six non-abuse children as controls (NCA) were analyzed by means of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire of children. Results The score of neuroticism in CA group was significantly higher than that in the control group (55.62±10.60/52.65±10.98,t=-2.114 P=0.035). The score of lie in CA group was significantly lower than that in control group (42.21±9.87/46.04±9.20,t=3.184 P=0.002). On the impact of different sex, the psychoticism score of male was significantly higher than that in the control group(52.37±11.49/48.04±9.97,t=-2.227 P=0.028), and the lie score was significantly lower than that in control group(41.03±9.18/46.18±8.79,t=3.125 P=0.002).The scores of those in the female were not significant. Conclusions There is a close association between the unstable emotion and child abuse in children, so training emotional self-control and emotional expression of children might be a intervention strategy in the future. In addition, the frequency of lie in children is probably one of factors that determine whether children are abused or not.
