Objective To probe into the methods of postoperative nursing care for the patient undergoing domino liver transplantation.Methods The key of postoperative care included:monitoring of vital signs,the condition of cruor and the state of drainage rigorously; keeping the balance of intake and output; taking the immunosuppressive drugs correctly; proper diet; prevention of complication;giving psychological nursing.Results The patients passed the perioperative period successfully and were all cured.Conclusions To aim at the characteristic of this operation,implement holistic nursing care,is an important link to assure the patients of domino liver transplantation to recover smoothly after the operation.

Analysis of metabolic activities of cytochrome P450 isoenzyme is a crucial index to study drug/toxicant metabolism, drug-drug interaction, polymorphism and et al. Due to this practice, it is important to use the proper probe substrate and to conduct the experiment under optimal conditions. The validation information in literatures on the most common and newest in vitro probe substrates have been reviewed.

Objective: To investigate the effect of GLP1 on the blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats,and its protective effects on the islet B cells.Methods: Thirty rats were divided into three groups: spontaneous type 2 diabetes animal model OLETF rats,GLP-1 [from the twelfth week 56 ?g/(kg?d),sc] therapy group and LETO rats as control.In the 14th and 20th weeks,standard OGTT including fast and 2 h-plasma glucose were measured respectively.In the 14th weeks,3 rats from each group were killed randomly,and the rest of the rats were killed until the 20th week.Immunostaining with the marker of PCNA,TUNEL,and insulin assessed metabolic changes in the islet. AIM: To establish the technique of precision-cut fibrotic liver slice (PCLS) and grope the optimal cultural conditions for researching the liver xenobiotic metabolism in vitro and the drug interaction. METHODS: Complex factors (higher fat diet, alcohol and CCl 4) were used to make the animal model of liver fibrosis. Fibrotic liver slices were prepared and cultivation system was established. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage, glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity and 3[4,5-Dimethythiazole-2-yl]-2,5- diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) reduction were chosen as indexes to assess the viability of the slice in different thickness, medium pH and cultural time. RESULTS: Rats were in earlier hepatic fibrosis after administration for 3 weeks. When the thickness of slices was 300 ?m and medium pH was 7.0, the LDH leakage, GST activity and MTT reduction could maintain on a steady level in 6 h. CONCLUSION: A 300 ?m of thickness, 7.0 of medium pH and 6 h of cultural time are the optimal slicing and culturing conditions for fibrotic liver slice.

Objective To study the efficacy and adverse reactions of the treatment on different types of infantile hemangiomas (IH) with different doses of propranolol .Methods One hundred and fifty cases of IH without contraindications were randomly treated with different doses of propranolol (low dose group:1 mg?kg -1 ?d-1 ;high dose group:2 mg?kg -1 ?d-1 ) under ECG monitoring inferior half an hour to breastfeeding taking ,and stay in hospital for observation for 6 to 24 hours after the treatment . The patients returned to the hospital for review every month(ECG and blood RT ;lung function in necessary) .Results The curative effect is better on strawberry IH than that on flat IH ,also better on deeply IH than that on superficial IH .The adverse reactions oc‐curred relatively slight in the low dose group and there was no significantly statistical differences on the treatment effects between the both groups(P>0 .05) .Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat IH with propranolol .

Objective To evaluate the accuracy,practical value and methods of Doppler tissue imaging(DTI) in localizing the ventricular emergence site of accessory atrioventricular pathways.Methods Forty patients with pre-excitation syndrome were examined by DTI before intracardiac electrophysiologic studies(EP) and radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA).The pre-excitation zone was determined as a zone of maximum acceleration with “DTI acceleration mode” at the time of the delta wave or before the onset of the QRS complex.At the same time,the contraction velocity was measured from subendocardium of corresponding myocardial segment by “pulsed wave Doppler imaging”.Results Assuming the results of EP and RFCA as a gold standard,the correct localization by DTI was 80% but was only 47.5% and 52.5% by eletrocardiographic algorithms( P

Objective In order to evaluate the efficacy of esophageal varices ligation( EVL) , ultrasonic microprobe (UMP) was used to observe the esophageal varices and their collaterals before and after EVL. Methods Sixty patients merely with esophageal varices underwent ultrosonography via UMP before and 4,8,12 weeks after EVL and were divided into three groups:( Ⅰ )esophageal varices(EV) ( Ⅱ )esophageal and paraesophageal vein(PEV) varices( Ⅲ ) esophageal, para esophageal and perforating vein( PV) varices. Results In the following-up, the effective rate of type Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ were 75% , 25% , 0% ; The recurrence rate 16% , 75% , and 100% respectively. PEV occurred in 12 out of 24 cases of group Ⅰ and broadened in all of the cases of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ; PV occurred in 11 out of 20 cases of group Ⅱ and all cases in groups M , and broadened in all cases of group Ⅲ. Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasonography can be served as guidance in selecting therapeutic measure in treating EV. EVL is merely suitable in treating EV; in EV patients with PEV and/or PV measures other than EVL should he selected.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nitric oxide(NO) in preventing postoperative adhesion formation in rats .MethodsForty rats were randomly assigned to 2 different treatment groups.All animal models of postoperative adhesion formation were made in a standard manner. 0.9% NaCl and L-arginine were administered into intraperitoneal cavity before closure and during 3 consecutive days after surgery. Objective To investigate the effects of extractum trametes robiniphila murr combinated with hydroxyurea on proliferation and apoptosis of K562 cells and whether the 2 drugs have synergistic effects,and to detect the antiproliferation and apoptosis ratio of cells in diffe-rent groups were detected.Methods K562 cells were cultured in vitro,and logarithmic phase cells were used for study.MTT-inhibitory test and cell morphological analysis were employed to examine the effects of extractum trametes robiniphila murr alone or in combination with hydroxyurea on proliferation of K562 cells.The effects of extractum trametes robiniphila murr alone or in combinated with hydroxyurea on apoptosis of K562 cells were examined by flow cytometry.The expressions of bcr-abl,bax and bcl-xl mRNA levels were detected by way of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results Extractum trametes robiniphila murr could inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of K562 cells,and extractum trametes robiniphila murr combinated with hydroxyurea had a synergistic effects on cell prolife-ration and apoptosis.The RT-PCR displayed that either extractum trametes robiniphila murr alone or in combinated with hydroxyurea could down-regulate the expression of bcl-xl mRNA and up-regulate the expression of bax mRNA and the effect of the 2 drugs had a synergistic effect on bcl-xl and bax mRNA expressions.Extractum trametes robiniphila murr alone could also down-regulate the expression of bcr-abl mRNA,but hydroxyurea alone did not show any effect on the expression of bcr-abl mRNA and the 2 drugs had no synergistic effect.Conclusions The effect of extractum trametes robiniphila murr combinated with hydroxyurea on the proliferation and apoptosis of K562 cells has a synergistic effect.The mechanism of antiproliferation and inducing apoptosis of extractum trametes robiniphila murr is probably related to down-regulating the expression of bcl-xl and bcr-abl mRNA and up-regulating the expression of bax mRNA.The synergistic effect of antiproliferation and inducing apoptosis of extractum trametes robiniphila murr combinated with hydroxyurea on K562 cells is probably related to down-regulating the expression of bcl-xl mRNA and up-regulating the expression of bax mRNA.
