Conclusion Microlaryngoscopy radiofrequency in treatment of tongue base cysts have advantages of significant efficacy, safe and reliable, It's worthy of clinical promoting.
4.EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF REMIFENTANIL ON THE EXPRESSION OF ADHENSIVE FACTORS IN LUNG INJURY IN RATS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
To determine the effects of Remifentanil on the expression of adhesive factors during acute lung injury, we used immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technics to measure the expression levels of ICAM 1, and P Selectin in the lung in a rat model of hemorrhagic shock. We duplicated modified Wigger hemorrhagic shock model in healthy SD rats. The rats were divided into three groups: control group, resuscitation group, resuscitation and drug using group. The positive ratios of ICAM 1 and P Selectin in the lungs at different time points, namely preshock, shock, resuscitation 2 hours, and resuscitation 4 hours were determined. There were 6 rats in each group and each time point. The degree of pulmonary injury in the drug using group was less than that in other two groups. Resuscitation with lactated Ringer's solution led to most serious injury in the resuscitation group. In drug using group, the expression of ICAM 1 and P Selectin was far less than that in the other two groups ( P
5.STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF REMIFENTANIL ON THE EXPRESSION OF APOPTOSIS FACTORS IN LUNG IN RATS WITH HEMORRHAGIC SHOCK
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To determine the modulating effects of remifentanil on the expression of apoptosis factors during acute lung injury as a result of hemorrhagic shock, we observed the expression of C-Jun, Bax, Bcl-2 in lung with immunohistochemistry in rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods Hemorrhagic shock model was replicated with modified Wigger's method in healthy SD rats. Seventy-two rats were randomized into three groups: sham resuscitation, resuscitation with lactated Ringer′s solution, and fluid resuscitation with remifentanil. Positive rates of C-Jun, Bax, Bcl-2 were assayed in the lungs at different time points: preshock, shock, 2 hours after resuscitation, and 4 hours after resuscitation. Results ①The model of acute lung injury subsequent to hemorrhagic shock was reproduced in rats. ②The expression of Bcl-2 elevated slowly in three groups, while the expression of Bax elevated rapidly, and there were significant differences between the value of baseline and those of other time points (P
6.Role of compound traditional Chinese medicine Yiqiling in regulation of immune-related genes expression in SHR
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the role of compound traditional Chinese medicine Yiqilin in the regulation of immune-related genes expression in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).Methods Ten SHR were randomly divided into test group(fed with Yiqilin and ordinary food at the ratio of 1:9 for 6 months,n=5)and control group(fed with ordinary food for 6 months,n=5).Total RNA was extracted from myocardial tissues of SHR after 6 months, and gene chip hybridization technique was employed to analyse the expression of immune-regulated genes of myocardial tissues in two groups. The genes with differentiation expression were screened, and were verified by Real-time PCR.Results The expression of 32 immune-related genes were up-regulated in the test group, including interleukin(IL)6 receptor,IL-6 signal transduction factor, chemotatic factor, antigen presenting molecule, antibody receptor, heat shock protein(Hsp), etc.No immune-related gene was down-regulated in test group. The results of 2 immune-related genes(Hsp 105 and Hsp 90)detected by Real-time PCR were consistent with those by gene chip hybridization. Conclusion Part of the immune-related genes in myocardial tissues in SHR may be up-regulated by Yiqiling, which indicates that Yiqiling may play a role in the regulation of expression of immune-related genes in SHR.

Objective To explore the effects of using standardized patients(SP)to clinical practicing teaching in traumato-osteology. Methods The records of theory exam, case aggregate analysis ability and clinical technical skills of the SP teaching group (SP group) and traditional teaching group(T group) were compared. Results The records of theory exam of the two groups had no significant difference (86.5 ±9.5 VS 82.3 ± 11.7,P>0.05). However, the case aggregate analysis ability of SP group (78.3 ±9.7) was obviously higher than that in control group (65.3 ±7.7), and the records of clinical technical skills of SP group were not significantly higher than control group (85.6 ±9.4 VS72.4 ± 11.6,P>0.05) . More of the students were generally satisfied with SP teaching model. Conclusion The using of SP acted by teachers is helpful to enhancing the clinical skills and thinking and maybe a considerable assisting teaching method in traumato-osteology.
