China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide information for future development of pharmaceutical industry.METHODS:The pay output rates of pharmaceutical industry were compared between China and America as well as Japan.RESULTS:The present situation and relative position of pay output in Chinese pharmaceutical industry were made clear.CONCLUSION:According to the pay comparative analysis result,we should raise technology structure, product structure and industry structure. On the basis of that,we can get long-term advantage.

Objective To explore the pressure of hospitalized patients and protrudent problem of mental stress. Methods Choosing 150 non-psychiatric patients in random for investigation using mental status scale in non-psychiatric patients. At last, data were analyzed to find out the stressors they were bear-ing in hospital. Results There existed mental pressures in hospitalized patients in some degree."to ex-pect to recover health early" was the highest score (7.21±3.17), and "to worry about their position de-creased after disease" got the lowest score, (2.56±2.15).The mental stress of hospitalized patients was cor-related with age, sex, education degree, income and marital status. Conclusions There existed mental pressures in hospitalized patients in some degree.Different mental stressor shows different psychological re-action, we should take different measures to improve the life and nursing quality of hospitalized patients.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss about the reasonable drug price management model in China METHODS:The current drug price management model and its defects were analysed in detail RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The implication of the reasonable model is that drug price should be mainly determined by the market By way of enlarging the power of market in regulating price, improving the scientificalness and transparency in setting price and carrying out whole range of reforms in manufacture, circulation and medical insurance, drug price problem will be solved to a certain degree

Objective To evaluate the capability of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region sequencing analysis to identify clinical isolates of filamentous fungi. Methods A total of 267 filamentous fungi isolates collected from clinical specimens were analyzed by ITS region sequencing analysis.Alignment of acquired sequences with known sequences in GenBank and MycoBank was conducted to identify the species of those isolates. Results ITS sequences of the 267 isolates were amplified successfully.Among these isolates, 53.9% (144/267) were identified to species level and 44.2% (118/267) to genus level.Only five isolates were failed to be identified at genus level as they shared >95% homology in ITS sequence with multiple genera. Conclusion ITS region sequencing analysis is preferred for identification of clinical isolates of filamentous fungi at genus level for its high universality and great capability. When species-level identification is required, some informative DNA markers besides ITS region should be included accordingly.

Objective To explore the relationship between predictable ocular motor control and cognitive function in Parkinson's disease(PD). Methods Videonystagmography was used to examine 24 patients with idiopathic PD(PD group) and 24 healthy controls(control group) on predictable ocular motor control. The accuracies of saccade were compared between two groups. The correlation among accuracy for predictive saccade(latency

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2010;29(6):672-674
Objective To investigate the autonomic nervous system function of hyperthyroidism and hyperthyroidism by analyzing the heart rate variability of patients with the diseases. Methods 12-synchronous dynamic 24-hour monitoring and man-machine dialogue were used in 36 patients with hyperthyroidism, 30 patients with hypothyroidism and 26 cases of healthy volunteers(controls), and 24-hour electrocardiogram was analyzed.Heart rate variability indicators observed included 24 h consecutive sinus standard deviation of R-R interval (SDNN), standard deviation of sequential five-minute R-R interval (SDANN), percentage of differences between adjacent NN intervals that > 50 ms(PNN50), root mean square standard deviation from adjacent R-R interval (rMSSD), low-frequency power (LF), high frequency power (HF), low frequency power/high frequency power (LF/HF). Results In hyperthyroidism group, SDNN[(80.48 ± 11.95)ms], PNN50[(18.56 ± 3.50)%], rMSSD [ ( 13.56 ± 3.45)ms] were significantly lower than those of the control group[ ( 128.06 ± 12.8)ms, (32.84 ± 7.21)%,(30.84 ± 6.12)ms, all P < 0.05 ], and LF/HF(3.78 ± 1.63) were significantly higher than that of the control group (2.34 ± 1.06, P < 0.05). In hypothyroidism group, SDNN[(65.65 ± 15.55)ms], SDAN[ (80.2 ± 15.72)ms],PNN50[ (16.34 ± 3.56)%], rMSSD [ (15.77 ± 3.58)ms ], LF[ (279.03 ± 91.49)ms2/Hz ] were also significantly lower than those of the control group[ (128.06 ± 12.87)ms, (132.40 ± 21.95 )ms, (32.84 ± 7.21 )%, (30.84 ± 6.12)ms, (525.60 ± 84.11)ms2/Hz, all P < 0.05], but LF/HF (1.08 ± 0.73) was lower than that of the control group, however, the difference was not significant(P > 0.05). Conclusions The heart rate in patients with abnormal thyroid function is lower in the overall performance, but in patients with hyperthyroidism sympathetic activity is dominate, while in patients with hypothyroidism, vagal nerve activity is dominate.
