1.The expression of N-cadherin and vimentin in rectum adenocarcinoma and their clinical value
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(8):935-936,940
Objective To observe the expression of neuronal cadherin (N-cadherin) and vimentin in primary rectum adenocarci-noma tissues and their clinical value .Methods 58 cases of primary rectum adenocarcinoma tissues after surgical resection and con-firmed by pathology ,and normal rectum tissues that at lest 5 cm away from the tumor were selected .The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of N-cadherin and vimentin and analyzed their correlation .Results In rectum adenocarci-noma tissues ,the positive expression rate of N-cadherin and vimentin[53 .4% (31/58) ,46 .6% (27/58)]were significantly higher than those of in normal rectum mucosa tissues[3 .4% (2/58) ,1 .7% (1/58)] ,(P<0 .01) .The expressions of N-cadherin and vimen-tin were positively correlated with the depth of cancer invasion ,lymph node metastasis ,distant metastasis and tumor-node-metasta-sis(TNM) stage(P<0 .05) ,but without correlated with the tumor cell differentiation(P>0 .05) .Conclusion N-cadherin and vim-entin have close relationships with metastasis of rectum adenocarcinoma ,to detect the expressions of N-cadherin and vimentin is of a effective method to judge the metastasis and prognosis of rectum adenocarcinoma .
2.Determination of ?~9-tetrahydrocannabinol Content in Hemp by GC-MS
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of ?9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in hemp by GC-MS. METHODS: HP-5 quartz capillary column was used. The temperature programming was as follows: the initial temperature was kept at 200 ℃ for 1 min, then raised to 270 ℃ at the rate of 3 ℃?min-1 and kept for 10 min; the injector temperature was 280 ℃and the detector temperature was 290 ℃. RESULTS: The good linearity between peak area and concentration was obtained over the range of 5.0 ~45.0 ?g?mL-1 (r=0.998 7). The lowest detectable limit was 1.0 ?g?mL-1(S/N=5).The average recovery rate was 81.1% (RSD=3.8%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The procedure is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of hemp preparation.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(11):1342-1345
ObjectiveThis paper aims to probe into the effect of working and studying combined teaching reform of chnical medicine major.MethodsTwo classes containing 46 students respectively were selected at random as observation group and control group, from the six classes of Grade Two majoring in clinical medicine. The two groups of students were trained by adopting working and studying combined teaching model and traditional teaching model respectively, after which they were evaluated in terms of clinical theory, practical skills and operations, and exercitation achievement.ResultsThe observation group does better in practical skills and exercitation achievement than the control group, while they have no difference in clinical theory.ConclusionWorking and studying combined teaching model can improve students' clinical analytical ability, strengthen their awareness of medical morals, and help them achieve more in exercitation.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2015;33(2):158-160
OBJECTIVEThe purpose of this study is to analyze the incidence and the type of the bifid mandibular canal (BMC) by using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images.
METHODSA total of 216 patients (104 female and 112 male) who underwent CBCT were included in this study. The CBCT images were evaluated for the incidence and the type of the BMC.
RESULTSBMC was observed in 39 (18.06%) of 216 patients and 50 (11.57%) of 432 sides, female 18 (17.31 %) and male 21 (18.75%). BMC were classified into four types: type I 17 sides (3.94%), type II 11 sides (2.55%), type III 20 sides (4.63%), and type IV 2 sides (0.46%).
CONCLUSIONBMC is detected at a high rate by using CBCT. When doctors perform surgical procedures in the mandible, they should pay attention to the anatomical variations of BMC of the mandibular canals.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2009;18(4):308-310
Objective To evaluate myocardial coronary flow reserve of syndrom X by real-time myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE). Methods Ten patients with syndrome X and seven normal subjects were involved in the study. Real-time MCE was performed with acoustic contrast SonoVue,and the peak video density (A), and re-turgor velocity of microvessel (β), and the product of A ×β of quiescent condition and after adenosin loading were detected, and also the coronary flow reserve (CFR, the ratio of A xβ circa-adenosin loading). Results There was no significant difference of A between syndrom X and contrast group in quiescent condition, the β and product of A x β of patients with syndrome X were lower than those of contrast group, the CFR of syndrome X was obviously less than that of contrast group. Conclusions Myocardial microvessel function is abnormal in syndrome X, real-time MCE is useful for evaluate myocardial coronary flow reserve.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(02):-
The plysical and chemical characteristics of recombinant human GM - CSF (rhGM - CSF) were studied separatly. rhGM - CSF was treated by GdHCl, reduced by DTT, and the disulfide bond was blocked by idoacetamide. The results showed that the samples aren' t homogeneous in UV absorption spectrum and RP-HPLC analysis after treatment by DTT. There was no remarkable differences in the results of the analysis of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and western blot between treated and untreated rhGM - CSF samples. The effect of GdHCl on GM-CSF was reversible in all above tests; In peptide mapping analysis, the digestion of the samples with blocked disulfide bond by CNBr and protease is more complete than that without any treatment.
