1.One case of postoperative nursing care for patient undergoing domino liver transplantation with two living donors
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(29):49-50
Objective To probe into the methods of postoperative nursing care for the patient undergoing domino liver transplantation. Methods The key of postoperative care included:monitoring of vital signs, the condition of cruor and the state of drainage rigorously; keeping the balance of intake and output; taking the immunosuppressive drugs correctly; proper diet; prevention of complication;giving psychological nursing. Results The patients passed the perioperative period successfully and were all cured. Conclusions To aim at the characteristic of this operation, implement holistic nursing care,is an important link to assure the patients of domino liver transplantation to recover smoothly after the operation.

Massage prescriptions for treating infantile anorexia in Chinese Academic Journal Full-Text Database (CNKI, 1979-2012), Chinese Scientific and Technological Journal Full-Text Database (VIP, 1989-2012) and Wanfang Database (1990-2012) were collected. By using Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform (Version 2.0) Software, 286 massage prescriptions for treatment of infantile anorexia were screened involved 76 acupoints, 20 commonly used acupoints, and 57 core acupoint combinations. Infantile Tuina specific points were used as main acupoints in massage therapy for infantile anorexia, and core acupoints covered Jizhu, Pi meridian, abdomen, Nei-Bagua, Zusanli (ST36), and Ban-men.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To explore MRI features of spinal canal enterogenous cysts. Methods The MRI features and differential diagnosis of 5 patients with spinal canal enterogenous cysts proved by surgery and pathology were reviewed retrospectively in combination with literature review. Results Of 5 cases, the cysts localized at cervical spine in 2,lumbar spine in 1,lumbosacral spine in 1 and the end of coccyx between rectum and cuticulum in 1.4 cysts were located at subdura, including anterior to the spinal cord in 3 and posterior to the spinal cord in 1.1 cyst located the end of coccyx between rectum and cuticulum was uncommunicated with spinal canal and 1 case associated with diastematomyelia. The spinal cords were compressed and displaced. The cysts were iso or slightly hyperintensity compared to CSF on T1WI,and similar intensity to CSF on T2WI.The cysts had no markedly enhancement on contrast-enhanced MR scan. Conclusion MRI has important value in diagnosing spinal enterogenous cysts.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the rapid identification of Sanjiu weitai granule and quantitative analysis of moisture. METHODS:Near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was adopted. 38 batches of Sanjiu weitai granule were collected,NIR spectrum was determined by integrating sphere diffuse-reflectance. Conformity test model was performed by comparing consistency index(CI)value and CI limit, and quantitative model of moisture was established using partial least squares(PLS)algorithm. RE-SULTS:When CI value was less than 6,the established model can accurately distinguish Sanjiu weitai granule, the model was proven feasible;the correlation coefficient (r2) of quantitative model was 97.44,the root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) was 0.453,the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.748. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and rapid without destroying, which can be applied to fast screening of Sanjiu weitai granule in site and fast determination of mois-ture content.
7.Changes of S-100B Protein in Umbilical Cord Blood of Asphyxial Neonates with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy and Its Clinical Significance
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(14):-
Objective To study clinical significance of S-100B protein in umbilical cord blood of asphyxial neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods Forty-three cases of healthy infants were regarded as control group(group 1).Sixty cases of asphyxial neonates were divided into two groups(44 cases without HIE as group 2;another 16 cases with HIE as group 3).S-100B protein levels in umbilical cord blood of three groups were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay retrospectively. Results Levels of S-100B protein in group 1,group 2 and group 3 were(1.055?0.356) ?g/L,(1.572?0.533) ?g/L and(2.394?(0.943) ?g/L,) respectively.S-100B protein levels in umbilical cord blood of group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than that of group 1(t=2.306,7.991 P

Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2006;0(10):-
Objective To study the therapeutical effect of glutathione(GL),a powerful antioxidant on the symptoms and ECG in patients with coronary heart disease and its mechanisms. Methods Eighty-five subjects with coronary heart disease were recruited(45 male and 40 female). The patients were randomized to receive GL (240 mg,ivgtt,qd,for 14 days,n=44)on the top of conventional treatment(aspirin+?-blocks+ACEI)or conven- tional treatement alone(control,n=41).The serum MDA,SOD,NO levels were determined.Electrocardio- graphy(ST stage,T wave)was examined. Results GL significantly improved clinical symptoms scores(2.0+0.5 vs control:1.5+0.5,P
