International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Computed tomography perfusion imaging can accurately and promptly provide hemodynamic parameters of brain tissues after stroke, and it has a good correlation with the accepted hemodynamic measurement, the parameters got from xenon-computed tomography, functional magnetic resonance imaging and positron emission tomography. Therefore,CTP has been widely used in predicting the studies of ischemic penumbra after stroke.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
The prognosis and outcome in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage are closely correlated with perihernatoma tissue injury and recovery. The pathophysiological mechanisms after intracerebral hemorrhage are extremely complicated. There are regional blood flow changes in perihematoma tissues, but whether there is a similar“penumbra”as in cerebral ischemia remains uncertain. At present, studies in this field have mainly focused on the imaging detection of regional cerebral blood flow and metabolism. The study methods frequently used include single photon emission computed tomography, functional magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance spectroscopy, positron emission tomography and CT perfusion imaging, etc. The application of these imaging techniques have provided some valuable methods for identifying whether perihematoma penumbra is present or not,but further studies are needed to confirm it.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2012;24(5):324-327
Objective To explore the relationship between CD146(MCAM),microvessel density(MVD)in renal cell carcinoma(RCC) and its clinic-pathology,and to explore their correlation with clinic-pathologic parameter of RCC. Methods Immunohistochemisty was employed to determine the expression of CD146 and MVD in 43 RCC tissues and 20 normal control renal tissues. Results The positive expression of CD146 in RCC(90.7 %,39/43) was remarkably higher than that in normal renal tissue(30.0 %,6/20)(x2=27.77,P<0.05).The expression of CD146 was not correlated with the category of RCC (x2=1.37,all P >0.05),but had a significant correlation to(the tumor volume x2=7.57)clinical stage(r=0.62) and metastasis of RCC(x2=19.99,P<0.05). The MVD of RCC [(78.00±23.10)/200HP]was significantly higher than that of normal renal tissue [(23.05±7.93)/200HP].The MVD of CD146 was not correlated with the tumor volume and category of RCC (t=1.33,t=1.46,au P> 0.05),but had a significant correlation to clinical stage and metastasis of RCC (t=2.37,t=2.10,P< 0.05). There was a positive correlation between expression of CD146 and MVD in RCC(r=0.74,P<0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of CD146 in RCC has a significant relation with tumor angiogenesis. The expression of CD146 and angiogenesis might serve as an important indicator of the development, progress and metastasis of RCC.
6. Selection of Guanxin Suhe Pill reference preparation by internal standard quantified fingerprints method
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2014;45(5):642-647
Objective: To establish the Guanxin Suhe Pill (GXSHP)-HPLC internal standard quantified fingerprints method (ISQFM) for selecting the reference preparation of GXSHP by ISQFM and providing the quality control method of reference preparation. Methods: Agilent Poroshell 120 SB C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 2.7 μm), 0.2% ethylic acid-water, and 0.2% ethylic acid-methanol were used as the mobile phases that were eluted with liner program. The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min, the UV absorbance was monitored at 275 nm by injecting 5 μL of the sample solution each time, and the column temperature was maintained at (25.00 ± 0.15)°C. The ISQFM was used to identify the quality and select the reference preparation. Results: The 36 common peaks were marked by choosing IS as the referential peaks and the quality of 12 batches of GXSHPs was identified by the ISQFM. The identification results were that the quality of five batches (S3, S5-S7, and S9) were best, four batches (S4, S8, S10, and S11) were better, two batches (S1 and S2) were good, and one batch (S12) was lower than good, according to the results of this method, S3, S5-S7, and S9 could be used as the reference preparation of GXSHPs. Conclusion: This method could reduce the use of reference substances and improve the accuracy of the measured results. The reference preparation of GXSHPs, which is selected by this method, could be used for the quality control of large quantities of GXSHPs with the great significance in practical production.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2016;32(6):808-811
Objective:To identify enolase,47 kD allergen, from Litopenaeus vannamei by Mass spectrometry. Methods: The proteins were extracted from Litopenaeus vannamei tissue with acetone precipitation method. The protein components were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. By using Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization time of flight mass spectrometry ( MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS) ,the 47 kD allergen from Litopenaeus vannamei was identified as enolase. Results:By SDS-PAGE,we proved that the native protein components from Litopenaeus vannamei were completely. According to the Western blot result more than 14 components could react with the positive serum. MALDI-TOF/TOF analysis results showed that the suspected proteins were enolase. A sensitization frequency was 55%. Conclusion:Enolase was identified as a new allergen of Litopenaeus vannamei.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 1996;0(06):-
Objective To explore the feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of combined trans- gastric and transcolonic routes for NOTES.Methods A female swine was used in this study.Transgastric entrance was the first, followed by transeolonie entrance.A dual-channel endoscope was inserted through the porcine mouth into the gastric cavity and penetrated into the peritoneal cavity through the puncture and bal- loon dilatation of the gastric wall. Then under direct visualization through the transgastric approach, the other endoseope was advanced into the peritoneum.Using the two endoscopes inside the peritoneal cavity,collabo- rative peritoneoseopy was performed by the two endoscopists. After the examination the incisions in the stom- ach and the colon wall were closed with Endoclips. The animal was sacrificed for post-mortem examination with particular attention to the entrance sites and presence of any complications related to the access or to ma- nipulations inside the peritoneal cavity. Results No hemorrhage oecurred during the puneture and balloon dilatation or bow-knife cutting of the gastric wall or the eolonic wall. The liver was damaged while a needle knife penetrated the gastric wall.On the contrary,no organs were damaged during the needle knife penetra- ted the eolonic wall under direet visualization through the transgastric approach. It was difficult to find the gallbladder or the oviduct with a"single arm",but it was easy to see them with the double routes. It was easier to close the colonic incision than to close the gastrie wall with Endoclips. Conclusion Combined transgastric and transcolonic route for NOTES is feasible and it seems to be easier to show a target compared with a single route.
