Objective TO study the effect of trimetazidine on patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods The pa-tients with unstable anglna pectoris with routine treatment were divided randomly into trimetazidine group(T) and nitro-glycerin group(N). They were given such treatment two weeks. Results There is decreased incidence of angina pectorisand less amount of nitroglycerin consumption in both groups. compared with before. There was no significant difference be-tween the two groups. Conclusion There are no signficantly. Trimetazidine has a definite effect in treating unstable angi-na pectoris, and it is similar to nitroglycerin in effects.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2001;0(03):-
Objective The differentially expressed genes in the progress of cellular senescence were studied. Methods Suppression subtractive hybridization was used to young and senescent human diploid fibroblast 2BS cells, then screening and analyzing the subtractive libraries. Results Two kinds of subtraction libraries were obtained, respectively representing the differential genes with higher expression in young cells or senescent cells. Screened by dot blot, thirty of genes with differential ratio larger than 2 were sequenced, showing changes in much of cell functions. Some of them also had expression change between blood samples from newborn or old people. Conclusions The differential expression of RBM4?FBXO7?TOM1 is reported during 2BS cell senescence for the first time. There are the similarities during the senescence of culture cell and organism.

Objective:3D hydrogel cell model was established, and cyclic compressive loading on MC3T3-E1 cell with different intensities, frequencies and durations was applied,in order to research the suitable solution about promoting the osteoblast differentiation with cyclic compression. Methods:Cyclic compressive loading on MC3T3-E1 cell was applied with different intensity, frequency and time. After compressive loading finished, the total RNA extraction from cell-gel constructs were performed and quantified ATF4,ALP,Runx2,Osteocalcin,RANKL and RANK mRNA.Results:RANKL and RANK mRNA expression significantly with different frequencies cyclic compressive loading (P < 0.05),and ALP mRNA (P < 0.05) and Runx2 mRNA (P < 0.01) expression significantly with different intensities and frequencies cyclic compressive loading (P < 0.05).Meanwhile,Runx2 mRNA expression with 4h significant higher than 12h (P < 0.05),and RANKL mRNA expression with 4h significant lower than 12h (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Determine the stress intensity and frequency,1% intensity, frequency of 0.5 Hz,4 h of cyclic compression intervention could promote the growth of osteoblasts-like cells in the 3D hydrogel model.

The process of exercise regulating bone metabolism is complicated, which involves a number of signaling pathways. A large number of studies in vitro have indicated that mechanical stress regulates bone metabolism by Wnt, bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), and osteoprotegerin (OPG)/receptor activator of NF-κB ligand (RANKL)/receptor activator of NF-κB (RANK) signaling pathways. Both the in-tensity and frequency of mechanical stress have varing impact on bone tissue and cells. Plenty of studies in vivo also have shown that exer-cise regulates bone metabolism by key factors in bone metabolism signaling pathways. This paper reviewed the effects of exercise on bone metabolism pathways and their mechanisms.

Objective To understand the influencing factors of the post competency of health technical personnel in township hospitals in a prov-ince,so as to provide scientific reference for improving health professionals'post competency. Methods Using stratified cluster random sam-pling,1242 health professionals from township health centers and village clinics of 14 cities were extracted and then surveyed with questionnaire. Results The average score of the respondents'post competency was 3.43,which meant they could afford most of the work. Multiple linear re-gression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of the professionals'post competency included gender, age, specialty, and training. The female, senior, nursing and health-care professionals with training exhibited a better post competency. Conclusion To realize the further develop-ment of professionals'post competency, medical students should not only be early clinical and more clinical, but also actively participate in the training and continue the education after entering the clinic. On the other hand ,the government should define the function orientation of the town-ship healthy centers and explore human resource management mode based on the post competency.

Objective To investigate the effects of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on post-stroke disfunction of cognition and memory by stimulating right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Methods 40 patients were randomized into the rTMS (n=19) and sham (n=21) groups. The function of cognition and memory were measured before treatment, after treatment and 2 months post-treatment with Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA) and Rivermead Behaviour Memory Test (RBMT). Results All scores improved in both groups after treatment and 2 months post-treatment (P< 0.001), and improved more in the rTMS group than in the sham group (P<0.01). Conclusion Low-frequency rTMS may improve the function of memory and cognition after stoke.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2017;26(2):184-187
Endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) has been the main treatment means for abdominal aortic aneurysm. It has become an expert consensus that in the case of abdominal aortic aneurysm that is complicated by iliac aneurysm, the preservation of internal iliac artery is necessary because it can prevent the occurrence of gluteal muscle ischemnia, sigmoid ischemia, male sexual dysfunction and other complications. In recent years, with the continuous updating of the endovascular devices it has become possible to retain the internal iliac artery in the performance of EVAR.At present, the reconstruction of internal iliac artery in EVAR includes a variety of techniques, including intraluminal iliac branched device (IBD) technique, sandwich technique, common iliac artery covered-stent bell-bottom (BBT) technique, external iliac artery-internal iliac artery intraluminal shunt technique (reverse chimney technique),and spring coil embolism technique. This article aims to make a summary of all the above mentioned techniques.

OBJECTIVETo study the imaging findings outcome of the percutaneous laser disc decompression (PLDD) and evaluate the middle-term safety and efficacy of PLDD.
METHODSThe imaging data of 22 cases suffered cervical spondylosis or lumbar spondylosis and treated by PLDD more than 3 years were retrospectively reviewed. To observe the intervertebral space of the invasive disc and the intervertebral disc hernia before and after the operation on the lateral projection of X-ray and the axial view of the MRI. To make a statistical analysis of the data.
RESULTSThere was no obvious change of disc height involving the anterior disc height, the intermediate disc height and the posterior disc height after the PLDD at the final follow-up (P > 0.05). At last time follow-up, the Sagittal Index (SI) are 0.10 - 0.54 and 0.06 - 0.39 before and after the PLDD in the treatment of cervical vertebra. The statistical difference were significant (P < 0.05). In lumbar vertebra, the SI is 0 - 0.71 and 0 - 0.48 disc before and after the PLDD. The statistical difference were very significant (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONSThe PLDD will not destroy the intervertebral space of the cervical and lumbar vertebra obviously; moreover, it can effectively reduce the disk hernia. The PLDD is a safe and effective Mini-invasive surgery for cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra diseases.
