Objective:To evaluate the clinical sensitivity and specificity of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) for oral cancer. Methods:By searching Medline,CENTRAL,EMBSE,CBM,CNKI,WANFANG,etc,an studies about SLNB for the patients with oral cancer array for lymph node metastasis were retrieved. The quality of included studies was evaluated by QUADAS items. The data were analyzed by statistic software Meta-DiSc 1.4.Results:25 studies including 934 subjects were analyzed in the current systematic review. The pooled values of sensitivity, specificity were 91% (95% CI 88%-94%) and 100% (95 % CI 99%-100%) respectively. The area under summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve (AUC) of SLNB for cervical lymph node metastasis was 0.99.Conclusion:SLNB procedure has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis,it can be used as an useful method for cervical lymph node metastasis screening in patients with oral cancer.

OBJECTIVETo investigate clinical effects of arthroscopy in the treatment of medial meniscal cyst.
METHODSFrom June 2011 to January 2013, 7 patients with medial meniscal cyst were treated with arthroscopy. There were 3 males and 4 females, ranging in age from 27 to 63 years old, with a mean age of (43.93±2.10) years old. The cysts have been discovered for 3 to 30 months, with a mean time of (10.6±1.3) months. All the patients complained of knee pain, especially in the medial joint gap. The Pisani sign, Caklin sign and medial McMurray sign were all positive. Preoperative MRI examination confirmed the diagnosis. Lysholm score changes and clinical efficacy were observed through a six-month follow-up.
RESULTSThe postoperative Lysholm scores were all significantly higher than the preoperative scores. According to Sarimo standard, 6 patients got an excellent result, and 1 good.
CONCLUSIONArthroscopic treatment of medial meniscal cyst has replaced the traditional method, which could retain the normal meniscus as much as possible and repair the meniscus injury simultaneously, as well as get a good curative effect and a good recovery of knee function. This method is worthy of clinical application.

Seven guaiane-type sesquiterpenoids, a new compound 6-formyl-5-isopropyl-3-hydroxymethyl-7-methyl-1H-indene (1), a new natural product 5-isopropyl-3, 7-dimethyl-1H-indene-1-one (2), along with five known compounds: guaiazulene (3), 4-formyl-7-isopropyl-10-methylazulene (4), sesquiterpene ketolactone (5), alismoxide (6) and guaia-1 (5), 6-diene (7), were isolated from gorgonian Muriceides collaris collected in South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis [MS, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR (DEPT), HMQC, HMBC, NOESY] and by comparison of the spectral data with those of the literatures.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the effect of partial sleep deprivation (PSD) on cardiac electric activity and function of vascular endothelium. Methods Eighteen Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups (9 each):PSD group and control group. PSD lasted 10 days,20 hours each day. Body weight and surface electrocardiogram (S-ECG) were examined and recorded 1d before PSD,and 1d,4d,7d and 10d after PSD. Serum concentrations of glucose, total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),creatin kinase (CK),creatin kinase-MB (CK-MB),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),nitric oxide (NO),von Willebrand factor (vWf),endothelin-1 (ET-1) and E-selectin were determined the next day after 10d of PSD. Results Compared to that 1d before PSD,body weight in PSD groups decreased significantly, while increased obviously in control group. Compared to that in control group, the body weight of rats decreased significantly (P

ObjectiveTo analyze literature on acupuncture-related adverse events published in periodicals in Science Citation Index (SCI) and Medllars Online(Medline).MethodsWe searched the Web of Science database and the Medline database to identify articles about the safety of acupuncture therapy.Case reports, case series, surveys and other observational studies were included if they reported factual data, but review articles, translations and clinical trials were excluded.ResultsFindings:The inclusion criteria were met by 232 articles that in total reported on 389 cases of adverse events after acupuncture. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy is relatively safe, most acupuncture-related adverse events can be avoided by standardized clinical practice.Establishment of acupuncture medical safety standard system is extremely urgent.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2017;34(6):431-434
Objective To explore major risk factors for postoperative biliary tract infection associated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERC), and to evaluate endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD) for intervening the infection. Methods A total of 512 patients who underwent ERC at the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2010 to June 2016 were enrolled and divided into group A and B randomly.Group A underwent ENBD after ERC while group B without. The incidence rates of biliary tract infection in different causes and lesions were compared between the two groups. Results Among the 512 patients, there were 276 cases in group A and 236 cases in group B.The overall postoperative biliary infection rate was 4.30%(22/512).Patients in group A showed a smaller chance of developing postoperative biliary tract infection than that in group B [1.09%(3/276) VS 8.05%(19/236), χ2=15.00, P=0.000].Malignant biliary obstruction was the most common cause (13.46%, 14/104) and the most common site was hepatic portal (13.43%, 9/67).Conclusion ENBD can ensure smooth drainage of bile duct therefore effectively prevent biliary tract infection after ERC, especially for patients with malignant biliary obstruction and hepatic portal lesion.

Objective To investigate the expressions of CXC chemokine 10(CXCL10) in chronic non-atrophy gastritis(CNAG) , precancerous lesions(PL)and gastric cancer(GC) ,primitively understanding of CXCL10 expression levels in three gastric types ,ex-ploring their clinical significances .Methods The expressions of CXCL10 in 20 cases of CNAG ,60 cases of PL ,60 cases of GC tis-sues were examined with immunohistochemistry method ,the expression level of CXCL10 was analyzed by computer-assisted image analysis system ,and then analyzed statistically .Results CXCL10 expression were positive in parts of CNAG ,PL and GC the posi-tive rates were 10 .00% ,26 .67% ,71 .67% respectively) .Expression levels of CXCL10 in the GC tissue specimens were significant-ly higher than in CNAG and PL(P<0 .01) .Expression levels of CXCL10 in the PL and CNAG tissue specimens have no significant difference(P>0 .05) .Expression levels of CXCL10 in CAG with IM ,CAG with Dys had no significant difference(P>0 .05) ,and in CAG with Severe Dys and Light-Moderate Dys had no significant difference(P>0 .05) .The expression levels of CXCL10 were rele-vant to the differentiation degree of GC (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The expression levels of CXCL10 were gradually rose from CNAG , PL to GC ,and had significant correlation with each other in CNAG ,PL and GC ,indicating that CXCL10 have a key role in the pro-duce and development of GC .
