Combining with the characteristics of biological products and focusing on the compiling outline, Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition Vol. IE is science-based and improves the national biological standard system, strengthens the requirements for the whole process quality control, expands the scope of monographs, and highlights the scientific and advanced quality standards.
2.A PC-Based Pulse Oximetry Monitor for Four Patients
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2001;25(3):136-138,185
Pulse oximeters are used in many departments of a hospital. The pc-based pulse oximetry monitor for many patients has the features of simplicity, flexbility, large memory, powerful function, high ratio of performance to price, and it is easy to communicate with mul-timonitors. The principles of hardware system and the function of software block of the monitor are introduced too in this paper.

Arnebia euchroma is the main source for medicinal herb Zicao. and its most important component shikonin compounds have high medicinal and industrial value. This research is aimed to build overexpression vectors and RNAi vectors for key secondary metabolism genes of A. euchroma, and bulid platform for constructions of related transgenic lines using GATEWAY technology. To build genetic material based genetic research platform is to provide a great convenience for digging and functional verification of the genes on secondary metabolic pathway, and also to fill the gaps in transgenic research of A. euchroma. This study is also important for the cultivation of shikonin high-yielding strains of A. euchroma.

Organophosphate chemicals are widely used as agricultural pesticides and war reagents, their biodegradation is emphasized on the theoretical and practical aspects. Organophosphate hydrolases play important roles in the biodegradation of organophosphate chemicals. Great advancement was achieved recently in the determination of crystal structure and catalytic mechanisms of the hydrolase. This paper reviewed the research progresses in the enzymology, protein structure, catalytic mechanisms and application of the organophosphate hydrolase, and predicted the future research in this field.

AIM: To observe the surgical effects of the taumatic lens subluxation and cataract after manual fragmentation and emulsification of nucleus and foldable intraocular lens implantation.
METHODS: A 3. 0mm tunnel limbus incision was operated through the predicted bulbar conjunctiva and sclera on 26 cases ( 26 eyes ) with taumatic lens subluxation ( suspensory ligament rupture range less than 120 ) and cataract (Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ) . And after the manual fragmentation and emulsification of nucleus, foldable intraocular lens was implantated. Intraocular lens loop was imbedded in the middle of the lens zonular ligament breakup to reset the pouch. The surgical complications and postoperative vision changes were observed.
RESULTS:Three month after operation, 22 eyes had a intraocular lens centric position taking up 85% of the whole. Four eyes had a slightly eccentric position ( 1 ~2mm), taking up 15% of the whole. 21 eyes had their visual acuity 0. 5~0. 8, taking up 81% of the whole. Five eyes of visual acuity was 0. 2~0. 8. Within 24h intraocular pressure of 12 eyes (46%) after operation were elevated, and returned to normal after 2~7d. There was no severe complication during operation and postoperation.
CONCLUSION: The manual fragmentation and emulsification of nucleus and foldable intraocular lens implantation of the traumatic lens subluxation and the cataract through the 3. 0mm corneal sclera limbus tunnel incision is a simple and effective surgery.

Objective To investigate the effects of biatrial infusion on pulmonary artery pressure (PAP)after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in patients undergoing mitral valve replacement. Methods Twenty NYHA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients aged 22-53 yr weighing 34-57 kg undergoing mitral valve replacement complicated by pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary artery pressure (MPAP) > 50 mm Hg) were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n = 10 each): infusion via right atrium group (group R) and infusion via both atria group (group B). After induction of anesthesia, a three cavity floating Swan-Ganz catheter was placed via right internal jugular vein to monitor CVP,PAP, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP) and CO. The patients received infusion of prostaglandin E1 30-150 ng· kg- 1 · min - 1 and phenylephrine 0.2-0.6 μg· kg- 1 · min- 1 via central veins in group R and infusion of prostaglandin E1 30-150 ng·kg-1 ·min-1 via central veins and phenylephrine 0.2-0.6 μg·kg-1 ·min-1 via left atrium in group B. MAP, HR, MPAP, PCWP, CVP and CO were recorded 5 min before administration (T0), and 5,10, 30 and 60 min after administration (T1-4). Pulmonary vascular resistance index (PVRI), systemic vascular resistance index (SVRI) and CI were also calculated. Results D:\1111111111\MDB\zhmzxzz98201008.mdbCompared with the value at T0, MAP, MPAP, PCWP and PVRI were significantly decreased, while CI was increased at T1-4 in group R, and MAP, CI and SVRI were significantly increased, while HR, MPAP, PCWP, CVP and PVRI decreased at T1-4 in group B ( P < 0.05).MAP, CI and SVRI were significantly higher, while HR, MPAP, PCWP, PVRI and CVP lower in group B than in group R ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Biatrial infusion can effectively reduce PAP and pulmonary vascular resistance after CPB in patients undergoing mitral valve replacement.
