China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of gentamycin sulfate C component in medicinal albumin gel. METHODS: Samples was separated on Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 at a column temperature of 26℃. The mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water (70∶5∶25, added with 0.02mol?L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate solution) for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 330nm. RESULTS: Baseline separation of gentamycin sulfate C component in medicinal albumin gel was achieved. The linear range of gentamycin sulfate C component was 0.26?g~6.50?g and its average recovery rate was 90.0%, RSD=0.43%, the lowest limit of detection was 0.368ng. CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple, accurate and reliable, and suitable for the content determination of gentamycin sulfate C component in related preparations.

Objective To manifest the angiogenic effect and heart function improvement of transplantation therapy through the experiments of porcines. Methods The coronary arteries of porcines were ligated to create myocardial infarction and then the bone marrow mononuclear cells were injected into the coronary artery. Three weeks after transplantation the heart function was measured by echocardiography and left ventricular angiography. The myocardial blood perfusion was measured by single photon emission computerized tomography. The number of microvessels was also counted. Results After the injection of bone marrow mononuclear cells, left ventricular angiography showed the increasing of dP/dt. The myocardial blood perfusion measured by single photon emission computerized tomography increased. Collateral vessels occurred, and the number of vessels was higher than that of the control (56.6?11.7/mm2 vs. 37.2?8.4/mm2,P

Objective:To explore the effect of bilingual teaching applied to the classes of histology and embryology. Methods The bilingual teaching was tentatively preformed in a part of the undergraduates in our school during their classes of histology and embryology. Results The effect of bilingual teaching was obviously superior to the traditional one.The theory examination scores and the ability of reading and using professional English were higher in the class which employed the bilingual teaching than in the control ones. Some students thought that the bilingual teaching could mobilize their activities. Conclusion The application of bilingual teaching in Histology and Embryology has a positive significance to improve the quality of teaching.

OBJECTIVE: To faciliate the implementation of the new Prescription Administrative Policy in ward area pharmacy. METHODS: Based on our practical working experience, the Prescription Administrative Policy was studied from perspective of quality of personnel, sense of responsibility and drug standards etc. And the difficulty encountered in the implementation of the prescription administrative policy was explained. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Solving such problems as including medical orders in prescription management, clarifying the responsibility of irrational medication without sticking to instrcutions of drug package inserts, the demanding requirements on pharmacists’s quality and the enforcement of precription evaluation contributes to the implementation of the new Prescription Administrative Policy in ward area pharmacy.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
Objective To study the influence of colon hydrotherapy on premature infants with jaundice. Methods Based on intravenously infusing yinzhihuang and albumin and enzyme inducer, the warmed normal saline was poured into colon by 10 mL/kg per 8 hours in 40 preterm infants, and compared with 44 cases of control group.Serum bilirubin of all patients were measured at 24,72,120,168,216 hours, respectively. The days of meconiumbeing eliminated completely were recorded. Results The bilirubinemia level in trial group were lower in trial group than that in control group at every time and the rate of hyperbilirubinemia of the test group was lower(?~2=4.073 P

Objective To know the blood level and the influencing factors for the children living in the area near highway in the mountain region. Methods From December,2006 to April,2007,one hundred and eighteen children aged 8-12 years (exposed group) living in the area near highway in the mountain region and fifty-one children aged 8-12 years (control group) living in the area far away from the highway were selected by random cluster sampling. Lead level of the soil and crops on the highway-sides (pollution area)and the area far away from the highway (control area) was determined. The basic situation was investigated by the questionnaire, the blood lead level was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The influence of lead on children's intelligence, physical growth and the influencing factors for blood lead level were analyzed. Results The average lead level of the soil [(96.89?15.05) mg/kg] and crops [(0.86?0.29) mg/kg] in the polluted area was significantly higher compared with the control [soil lead: (29.83?1.41)mg/kg,crops lead:(0.17?0.03) mg/kg], and revealed statistical significance respectively (P

Objective To study the effect of Buyang Huanwutang in inhibiting the astroglial reactivity induced by injury in vitro. Methods After cultured the spinal astroglia from newborn Wistar rats for fifteen days, cells were divided into two groups, Buyang Huanwutang group and control group without Chinese herb. Nicked the bottom of cultivated cells and a injured strip of astroglia cells of 1 mm width 15 mm length was made. Immunocytochemistry method was used to demonstrate the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP). Results From 2 to 48 hours after the nick, GFAP expression and the astroglial reactivity were apparently inhibited by Buyang Huanwutang. Conclusion Buyang Huanwutang can inhibit the astroglial reactive proliferation induced by injury in vitro.
