Objective To observe the effect ofDanhuai-Yinxie condensed pill on the expression of VEGF and its receptors in the model rabbits with psoriasis.Methods Fourty-two healthy Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into the control group, the model group, the Acitretin group, and the low-, medium- and high-doses ofDanhuai-Yinxie condensed pill groups. The backs of rabbits’ ears were wiped with 5% propranolol for 4 weeks in the latter four groups, while with saline for the same period in the control group. The rabbits in the Acitretin group were intragastric administrated with 1% Acitretin one day since the models of psoriasis were successed, while the rabbits in the low-, medium- and high-doses ofDanhuai-Yinxie condensed pill groups were intragastric administrated withDanhuai-Yinxie suspension 20, 40, 80 mg/kg daily, respectively. The rabbits in the control and model groups were intragastric administrated with equal-volume saline daily. The expression of VEGF, its receptor 1 (FLT-1) and receptor 2 (KDR) were detected by ELISA method, and the expression of VEGF mRNA was detected by PCR method, dermal papillary vascular density (MVD) and the T lymphocytes proliferation from peripheral blood were detected.Results The expression of VEGF (114.43 ± 952 ng/ml, 109.65 ± 9.15 ng/mlvs. 179.90 ± 11.30 ng/ml), VEGF mRNA (0.83 ± 0.07, 0.80 ± 0.06vs. 2.74 ±  0.15), FLT-1 (4.54 ± 0.26 ng/ml, 4.16 ± 0.24 ng/mlvs. 6.92 ± 0.38 ng/ml), KDR (2.48 ± 0.16 ng/ml, 2.51 ± 0.19 ng/mlvs. 6.79 ± 0.27 ng/ml), MVD (10.12 ± 1.97, 9.83 ± 1.12vs. 16.45 ± 2.05) and T lymphocytes proliferation (87.35% ± 6.29%, 86.21% ± 6.42%vs. 123.74% ± 9.18%) in the medium- and the high-dose groups significant decreased than those in the model group (P<0.05).ConclusionDanhuai-Yinxiecondensed pill could reduce the expression of VEGF, block the binding of VEGF to its receptors, inhibit angiogenesis, inhibit the reconstruction of subcutaneous tissues, reduce the dysplasia of dermal microvessels, and inhibit the proliferation of T cells.

Objective To explore the personality characteristics of abused children in order to reduce the incidence of child abuse.Methods Two hundred and ninty five middle school students were investigated with general questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire of children. Eighty six students experiencing child abuse (CA) last year as study group and one hundred and ninety six non-abuse children as controls (NCA) were analyzed by means of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire of children.Results The score of neuroticism in CA group was significantly higher than that in the control group (55.62±10.60/52.65±10.98,t=-2.114 P=0.035). The score of lie in CA group was significantly lower than that in control group (42.21±9.87/46.04±9.20,t=3.184 P=0.002). On the impact of different sex, the psychoticism score of male was significantly higher than that in the control group(52.37±11.49/48.04±9.97,t=-2.227 P=0.028), and the lie score was significantly lower than that in control group(41.03±9.18/46.18±8.79,t=3.125 P=0.002).The scores of those in the female were not significant.Conclusions There is a close association between the unstable emotion and child abuse in children, so training emotional self-control and emotional expression of children might be a intervention strategy in the future. In addition, the frequency of lie in children is probably one of factors that determine whether children are abused or not.

Objective To explore the therapy measurement of iron deficiency anemia(IDA)associated helicobacter pylori(HP)infection among children.Methods Eight hundred and ninty nine cases entrusted children aged from 2 to 7 years old were measured hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular volume(MCV)mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)and serum ferri,serum fettin(SF),HP-IgG antibodies.Divided the HP-IgG positive cases into two groups for treatment,The treatment group adopted omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole to cure them for two weeks,then oral ferrous sulfate sugar liquid.The contrast group purely take the ferrous sulfate sugar liquid.After eight weeks re-examined the Hb and SF.Results Totally 279 cases were diagnosed as Hp-positive,620 as HP-negative and 99 children diagnosed as IDA,among the 99 cases IDA,58 cases with HP infection(20.8%) and 41 cases with non-HP infection(6.7%).That means the number of IDA cases with HP infection was higher than those with non-HP infection(?2=39.46 P

Objective To observe the efficacy of psychological intervention on treatment compliance rate, clinical effect and quality of life in patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods Using a sealed envelope method, 80 patients with advanced cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (EG) (40 cases) and the control group (CG) (40 cases).All patients were treated with standardized cancer pain treatment, and the patients of EG were treated with positive psychological intervention.The treatment compliance rate, clinical effect and quality of life after intervention by 14 days between two groups were compared.Results In EG and CG, the clinical efficiencies of cancer pain were 95.0 ％ (38/40) and 80.0 ％ (32/40), respectively (P ＜ 0.05).The treatment compliance rates were 87.5 ％ (35/40) and 62.5 ％ (25/40), respectively (P ＜ 0.01), and the improvement rates of quality of life were 80.0 ％ (32/40) and 57.5 ％ (23/40), respectively (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention is effective to improve the treatment compliance, clinical effect and quality of life for the patients with advanced cancer pain.

Objective To observe the effect of Dezocine in preventing the adverse reactions during the operation of cesarean delivery.Methods We selected 60 pregnant women in the ASA level Ⅰ who were going to undergo the operation of cesarean delivery.Then we divided them into two groups in random:group A (studying group) and group B (control group),each group had 30 patients.After the fetus were delivered,the patients in group A were given intravenous injection of 1mg of dezocine,and the patients in group B were only given 1 ml saline.Then we observe the heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure (SBP) and the degree of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) in seven time points,and analyzed the incidence of contraction pains,chills,nausea and vomiting during the operation in both groups.The time points were when patients entered the operation room (T0),the level of anesthesia was established (T1),5 minutes after fetus were delivered (T2),10 minutes after fetus were delivered (T3),15 minutes after fetus were delivered (T4),30 minutes after fetus were delivered (T5) and the end of operation (T6).Results Compared with group A,the SBP at T2,T3 and T4 were obviously higher than those in group B (P＜0.05).And the HR increased at T2 to T6 in control group (P＜0.05) as compared with group A.The incidence of contraction pains were milder in group A than group B (P＜0.05).In group A,the incidence of chills was13.3％,and in group B,the rate was 30％.Conclusion Dezocine can prevent the adverse reactions during the operation of cesarean delivery.

The perinatal risk factors of transient hypothyroxinemia(TH) in premature very-low-birth-weight infants (VLBWI) was investigated by longitudinally assessing thyroid hormones concentrations during their early life after birth and analyzing the relationship to perinatal factors. The serum TT4 concentration on day 7 was (61.03±24.19)nmol/L and the incidence of TH was 12. 05% (n= 10). Pulmonary surfactant support ( OR = 14.25, 95% CI2. 61-70. 07), ventilation support ( OR = 13. 76,95% CI 2. 55-68. 05) , dopamine support ( OR = 9.45, 95% CI 2. 26-39. 5 ) , and gestational age less than 30 weeks ( OR = 5. 78,95% CI 1. 36-24. 49) were perinatal risk factors for TH of premature VLBWI.

Objective To study cancer metastasis in mesorectum and ischiorectal loss in cases of ultra-low rectal cancer and evaluate the rationale of Miles procedure. Methods Whole-mount slice and tissue mieroarray technique were used to study the dissected specimen from 23 cases of uhra-low rectal cancer for metastatic lymph nodes. Result 415 lymph nodes were harvested in 23 mesorectum specimen, 169 and 59 lymph nodes were metastasic and micrometastasie respectively. 12 eases were diagnosed with metastasis, 4 cases were found to have micrometastasis. Metastatic lymph nodes in the lateral and anterior mesorectum were 29.0% (49/169) and 17.2% (29/169) respectively. There were 2 patients with metastasis and 1 with micrometsstssis in ischiorectal fossa lymph nodes, accounting for 13% patients. Conclusion Regional metastasis exists in ultra-low rectal cancer and its incidence varies in different location of mesorectum and ischiorectal fessa. The value of Miles procedure as the standard therapy for ultra-low rectal cancer should undergo an evaluation.

Objective To evaluate the effects of sevoflurane on β-amyloid (Aβ)-induced cognitive dysfunction and oxidative stress response of hippocampal tissues in rats.Methods Ninety-six male adlut SpragueDawley rats,weighing 250-300 g,were randomly divided into 4 groups (n =24 each) using a random number table:control group (group C) ; group Aβ ; 1.3 ％ sevoflurane group (group S1) and 2.6 ％ sevoflurane group (group S2).The animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal.10％ chloral hydrate 350 mg/kg.Cognitive dysfunction was induced by injecting Aβ1-40 2 μ1 into the bilateral hippocampi in Aβ,S1 and S2 groups.The equal volume of normal saline was given in group C.At 22 days after injection,C and Aβ groups were exposed to 30％ oxygen for 4 h,and S1 and S2 groups inhaled 1.3 ％ and 2.6 ％ sevoflurane,respectively,for 4 h.Eight rats were chosen at days 1,3 and 7 after exposure and cognitive function was assessed by Morris water maze test.The swimming speed,escape latency and exploration time at the original platform quadrant were recorded.The rats were then sacrificed after the end of the behavioral test and blood samples were taken for determination of serum S100β protein concentration.Hippocampi were immediately isolated and the homogenate was prepared for determination of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content.Results Compared with group C,the escape latency was significantly prolonged and exploration time at the original platform quadrant was shortened,the serum S100β protein concentration and MDA content were increased,and SOD activity was decreased at each time point in group Aβ (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the variables mentioned above between Aβ and S1 groups (P ＞ 0.05).The escape latency was significantly prolonged and the exploration time at the original platform quadrant was shortened,the serum S100β protein concentration and MDA content were increased,and SOD activity was decreased at each time point in group S2 as compared with Aβ and S1 groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the swimining speed among the 4 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Inhalation of 2.6 ％ sevoflurane for 4 h can aggravate the cognitive dysfunction induced by Aβ in rats and aggravation of oxidative stress response may be involved in the mechanism.

Objective To explore the experience of nursing patients with Crohn’s disease.Method The nursing histories of 80 patients with Crohn’s disease were retrospectively reviewed to analyze and summarize the measures for nursing them.Result After active treatment and effective nursing,all the patients were improved and discharged.Conclusion Effective nursing is of positive significance to improve the curative effect of Crohn's disease.
