Objective To study the influence of cognitive behavioral intervention on the quality of marriage and family function in patients with depression. Methods 146 hospitalized patients with depression were divided into study group and control group according to the set sequence. The study group were given cognitive behavioral intervention and the control group were given routine nursing. All patients were assessed by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), family functioning (FAD), marriage quality questionnaire (ENRICH) to evaluate the depression and family function. Results The difference in ENRICH total score, marital satisfaction, conflict resolution, children and marriage, leisure activities and the relationship with family and friends,FAD total score, problem solving, emotional response was statistically significant between before and after the intervention of the study group ( <0.05) . In the 6th weeks, the difference in ENRICH total score, marital satisfaction, conflict resolution methods, children and marriage, leisure activities and the relationship with family and friends, FAD total score, problem solving, emotional response was statistically significant between the two groups ( <0.05);The difference in HAMD,HAMA score was statistically significant between the 0th and 6 th weeks of the two groups ( <0.05) . There was a negative correlation between HAMA and conflict resolution factor (=-0.48, <0.05) . There was a positive correlation between FAD and the HAMD total score (=0.43,<0.05) . There was a negative correlation between ENRICH and HAMD total scores (r=-0.46, <0.05) .Conclusion The cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the family function and the quality of marriage in patients with depression.

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on the defense style of patients with depression. Methods One hundred and forty-six patients with depression in hospitalized were divided into study group and control group according to the set sequence. The study group and the control group were given cognitive behavioral intervention and routine nursing, respectively. All patients were assessed by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), and Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ) . Results The differences of conceal type and positive coping factor were significantly before and after intervention in the study group ( < 0.05) . In the 6th week, the differences of conceal type and positive coping factor were significantly between the two groups ( < 0.05) . The differences of HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly between the 0 th and 6 th weeks of the two groups ( <0.05) . There was negatively correlated between HAMD and positive coping factor ( <0.05) . There were positively correlated between HAMD and the cover up defense mode ( <0.05),HAMA and the cover up defense mode ( <0.05) . Conclusion The cognitive behavior intervention could improve the depression and anxiety symptoms and defense style in patients with depression.

China Oncology 2009;19(7):528-531
Background and purpose: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare complex reticulocndotheliai disease that often invades the head and neck. There in no consensus of treatment. Radiation is one of the treatment options for the localized lesions. Our aim in the study was to analyze the radiotherapeutic efficacy for LCH in the head and neck region. Methods: 8 patients with eosinophilic granuloma (EG) and 1 case with Hand-Schuller-Christian disease (HSC) were treated with radiotherapy in our hospital from July 2000 to May 2007. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 5 cases of EG were treated with tumor partial excision and radiation, while the other 3 cases of EG were given radiation alone after biopsy. The HSC was administered with radiation and endocrine therapy. All the patients were followed up for 1.5-8 years. The response rate was 89%. Conclusion: Radiotherapy of LCH is an effective modality, but the optimal dose needs to be further studied.

Objective To discuss CT and MRI manifestations and the differential diagnosis of hepatic tuberculosis. Methods The imaging manifestations of hepatic tuberculosis proved by pathology in 2 cases were analyzed retrospectively with literatures review. The plain and contrast-enhanced CT scans were performed in 2 cases and 1 case underwent plain MRI.Results On plain CT scan, the lesion was non-homogeneous low density with even more low density in the center in 1 case, and nearly isodensity in another case.On contrast-enhanced CT scan, the lesions were no enhancement in arterial phases, and slight enhancement in venous phase and balance phase. In 1 case, slight enhancement was also shown surrounding the necrotic area.On MR plain scan, the lesion demonstrated low signal intensity on T_1WI,iso-and high mixed signal intensity on T_2WI.Conclusion Hepatic tuberculosis is rare seen,so it is easy to misdiagnosis.CT and MRI scanning can demonstrate some features of hepatic tuberculosis, especially dynamic enhanced scanning is very helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.

Objective To explore the CT and MR imaging features and differential diagnosis of the prostate sarcoma. Methods CT and MRI findings of prostate sarcoma in 4 patients confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed with literature review. Results All cases underwent plain CT scan and one case underwent contrast-enhanced CT scan,MR imaging was performed in 2 cases. The prostates were increased obviously in volume, the average anterior-posterior diameter was 60.5 mm in all cases, lobulated heterogeneous low-density with lowest-density in the center and the tumors were undefinitive with surrouding structures in 3 cases,1 case showed oval homogeneous low-density with sharp margin on plain CT scan.On contrast-enhanced CT,the lesions appeared as heterogeneous enhancement in periphery of prostates and no enhanced at the centre.MRI showed heterogeneous hypo-signal intensity on T1WI and miscellaneous slight high-signal intensity at center and hyper-signal intensity at periphery on T2WI.Conclusion CT and MRI are the effective methods in diagnosing the prostatic sarcoma.

Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery 2016;32(1):21-25
OBJECTIVETo compare the clinical effects of different surgical methods for the epicanthus corrective surgery.
METHODSCanthoplasty with asymmetric Z-flap is applied in 46 cases, Y-V advancement procedure for epicanthoplasty is applied in 42 cases. The epicanthus aesthetic measurement were measured and calculated by software before and after surgery, the diameter of the iris was measured as a reference value, and the postoperative scar was assessed by VSS scale. At the same time, by measuring the lateral canthal distance, the accuracy of the measurement method can be verified.
RESULTSAll patients were satisfied with the long-term results and there were no recurrences of the epicanthal fold. The shortening ratio of the ICD is 8.36% in the group with the Z-plasty, and 5.88% in Y-V plasty. the lateral canthal distance have no diffrence before and after surgery.
CONCLUSIONSTwo surgical methods can get good results. The magnitude of correction in Z-plasty may larger than Y-V plasty, but postoperative retraction may existed in Z plasty.

OBJECTIVE To assess the prevalence and analyze the influence factors of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD) in the Fuzhou region, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of prevention and control measures for LPRD. METHODS A questionnaire survey in residents in Fuzhou by a random cluster sampling was carried out. Individual information, reflux symptom index(RSI) of Belafsky and risk factors were included. Patients more than 13 scores of RSI were defined as LPRD. Data were statistically analyzed. RESULTS A total of 4100 residents were investigated, 4063 of them were available. The prevalence of LPRD was 5.00%. Often eating too much, often drinking strong tea, menolipsis, rhinitis, tonsillitis were closely related to LPRD. CONCLUSION The prevalence of LPRD in Fuzhou region were closely related to many factors.
