Objective To investigate the effects of montelukast(MK),a selective cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 antagonist on interleukin(IL)-5 and eotaxin expression as well as serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE) production during MK treatment of mouse acute asthma airway inflammation.Methods Sensitized Balb/c mice were challenged by ovabumin(OVA)to establish the acute asthmatic mo-(del).Twenty-five mg/kg of MK(MK group) or Saline(Saline group)were given by intravenously for 3 days.Cellular infiltration of bronchoalveolar larvage fluid(BALF) were assessed by Wright staining.Production of IL-5 and eotaxin in the lung or BALF and serum IgE were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The expression of IL-5 and eotaxin mRNA were measured by semi-quantified reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Plasma MK level was determined by liquid chromatography.Results After 24 h OVA challenge,the numbers of total white blood cells,neutrophils and eosinophils(EOS)of BALF were(26.0?18.9)?10~7/L,(5.92?8.09)?10~7/L and(0.74?0.88)?10~7/L in MK treatment group.They were significantly reduced compared with those in Saline group,respectively(P80%.The level of IL-5 in BALF and lung tissue were(48.52?14.45) ng/L and(27.40?9.62) ng/g protein in MK group,which significantly declined compared with that in saline group;BALF eotaxin level declined too.Serum IL-5 and total IgE level were also significantly reduced;IL-5 mRNA expression in lung significantly decreased.Eotaxin and its mRNA expression in lung were not decreased significantly.Conclusion MK(exerts) its anti-inflammatory effect mainly through the suppression of IL-5 and IgE production.

Objective To explore the role of Th17 cells in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)with cardiovascular disease (CVD).Methods 61 patients of SLE were collected from September 2011 to March 2013 in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University by revised SLE classification standards of ACR in 1997.These patients were divided two groups:22patients of SLE with CVD and 39 patients of SLE without CVD;the control group include 20 healthy.Th17 cells were measured by flow cytometry,IL-1 7 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The correlation among them and the disease active index were analyzed.Results ①The percent of Th1 7 cells in the group of SLE with CVD,that in the group of SLE without CVD and that in control group were (2.09±0.98)%,(1.75±0.75)% and (0.89±0.44)%,respec-tively.The percent of Th1 7 cells in healthy group were lower than that in SLE with CVD and SLE without CVD group (t=4.717~5.030,P<0.001).The level of IL-17 in the group of SLE with CVD,that in the group of SLE without CVD and that in control group were 85.64±20.76 pg/ml,75.25±28.14 pg/ml and 35.06±6.58 pg/ml respectively,and the serum of IL-17 in healthy group were lower than in SLE with CVD and SLE without CVD group (t=6.275~9.954,P<0.001). There were no significant difference of Th1 7 cells and IL-1 7 between SLE with CVD and SLE without CVD groups (t=1.520,P>0.05;t=1.513,P>0.05).②The level of IL-17 were correlated positively with SLEDAI and the anti-double strand DNA (r=0.393,P=0.008;r=0.558,P<0.001),were correlated negatively with complement C3 (r=-0.423,P=0.005).The percent of Th17 cells in CD4+T cells were correlated positively with SLEDAIand the anti-double strand DNA (r=0.681,P<0.001;r=0.492,P=0.015)were correlated negatively with complement C3 (r=-0.534,P=0.027).Con-clusion The level of Th1 7 cells and IL-1 7 were high in SLE,and they were related with the disease activity.The cardiovas-cular factor had not affect the expression of Th1 7 cells and IL-1 7 in SLE.

Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasonography by bed side in the early diagnosis of HIE in full term neonates.Methods The changes of cerebral parenchymal and cerebral arterial blood stream parameter on 35 cases of neonates clinically diagnosed HIE of mild and moderate degree and 40 cases of normal newborns on the 24,48 and 72 hours after birth were observed by color doppler ultrasonography by bed side.Results 1.The cerebral parenchyma was even echo in normal newborns,but it was maldistributed and reinforced in mild asphyxia neonates and it was more serious in moderate degree.The echo of cerebral parenchyma in mild degree was near normal in 48 hours after birth,while the echo of cerebral parenchyma in moderate degree was still maldistributed and reinforced in 48 and 72 hours after birth.2.There was obvious changes in the cerebral arterial blood stream parameter and hemodynamics of the asphyxia newborns compared with normals.The systolic peak velocity(Vs)and end diastolic velocity(Vd)of the cerebral arteries in mild and moderate degree were obviously lower than that of control group in 24,48 hours after birth(Pa0.05).3.Resistance index(RI)of the cerebral arteries in mild and moderate degree were higher than that of control group in 24,48 hours after birth(Pa0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography by bed side is a convenient,noninvasive method for diagnosing HIE.

Correspondingly propose the ideas and methods of construction of the "Data Element Standard Directory of TCM Clinical Pharmacy Information", sort out medicine clinical information data element standard catalog, divided into basic categories, clinical application class, management class three parts, and set norms and standards of identifying data elements, definitions, allowable value of traditional Chinese medicine clinical information, and discuss the sources and standards of information collection, leaving the interface, standardized and scientific terminology, docking with the existing standards, maintenance and management program and oter issues.

Objective To compare the coherence of serum creatinine,creatinine clearance(Ccr), Cystatin C,and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in each stage of chronic kidney disease(CKD) patients.Methods Creatinine in serum and urine were determined by Jaffe method;serum Cystatin C was measured by particle enhanced turbidimetric method,while eGFR was calculated using the abbreviated Modification of Diet in Renal Disease(MDRD)equation which was mainly based on the serum creatinine concentration.According to the American national kidney foundation-Kidney Disease Outcome Quality Initiative(NKF-K/DOQI)guideline,all cases were grouped by eGFR into 5 stages.Results In these 228 cases,as eGFR decreased gradually,the average levels of creatinine and Cystatin C increased,while Ccr decreased.The level of each items showed a statistic difference among each stage(P0.05);in eGFR 60-89 ml/min group,the average level of creatinine was 83.3 ?mol/L,the abnormal rate was only 6.8%,it was not a sensitive marker to detect the slightly damaged GFR,the levels of Ccr and Cystatin C showed a marginal decrease and increase,with an abnormal rates of 70% and 86%,there was a statistic difference among the three abnormal rates(P

Objective:To investigate the in vitro effect of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) alone and in combination with dexamethasone (DXM), etoposide (VP-16), methotrexate (MTX), bortezomib (BTZ), and suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA) on the growth of human cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) cells Hut-78 and Hut-102. Methods:Hut-78 and Hut-102 cells were cultured with different concentrations of As2O3, DXM, VP-16, MTX, BTZ, and SAHA alone and As2O3 in combination with DXM, VP-16, MTX, BTZ, or SAHA for 48 h. The effects of the different samples on Hut-78 and Hut-102 cell proliferation were determined by MTT assay. Analyses using CalcuSyn software were performed to determine whether the combination of As2O3 with DXM, VP-16, MTX, BTZ, or SAHA in-duced synergistic cytoxicity. Results:As2O3, DXM, VP-16, MTX, BTZ, and SAHA alone significantly inhibited the growth of Hut-78 and Hut-102 cells in a dose-dependent manner, with a 50%inhibiting concentration of 5μmol/L, 500μg/mL, 2.5μg/mL, 1μg/mL, 10μmol/L, and 2.5μmol/L individually after 48 h of culture. As2O3 with DXM, VP-16, MTX, BTZ, or SAHA showed remarkable antitu-mor efficacy compared with that of individual applications. Conclusion:As2O3 alone or combined with DXM, VP-16, MTX, BTZ, or SAHA significantly inhibited Hut-78 and Hut-102 cell growth in vitro. This study demonstrated that As2O3 with DXM, VP-16, MTX, BTZ, or SAHA presents synergistic antitumor effects on CTCL cells and may be an optimal regimen in clinical trials of CTCL.

Methods Relying on the advantages of the discipline,great efforts had been made in step-by-step enhancement of the quality of teachers,teaching contents,teaching methods and administration. Results Through the establishing of fine course,we could improve the curriculum system,enhance the force of education team,and improve the quality of education. Conclusion Establishing fine course of oral and maxillofacial surgery depends on the environment of sharing educational resources,adjusting the curriculum system and establishing an excellent educational team.

Objective To investigate the value of HPV E6/E7 mRNA test combining liquid-based cytology test in cervical cancer screening. Methods A total of 377 samples from Wenzhou People's Hospital from June 2014 to September 2015 were collected and screened by HPV E6/E7 mRNA test combining with liquid-based cytology test , and the results was compared with the findings from the gold criteria of histology and pathology. Results The combination of HPV E6/E7 mRNA test and liquid-based cytology test can enhance the testing sensitivity and specificity. The sensitivity of the combination of HPV E6/E7 mRNA test and liquid-based cytology test for the diagnosis of LSIL was 94.41%, and that for the diagnosis of HSIL was 96.36%. Based on the gold criteria of histology and pathology , the sensitivity , specificity , positive-predictive value and negative predictive value of HPV E6/E7 mRNA test for the diagnosis of HSIL was 90%, 60.67%, 48.53% and 92.49%respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, positive-predictive value and negative- predictive value of liquid-based cytology test for the diagnosis of HSIL was 72.73%, 75.28%, 54.79% and 87.01% respectively. Conclusions The sensitivity of HPV E6/E7 mRNA test is superior to that of liquid-based cytology test , while the specificity of HPV E6/E7 mRNA test is inferior to that of liquid-based cytology test. The negative predictive value of HPV E6/E7 mRNA test is more meaningful than that of liquid-based cytology test. The combination of HPV E6/E7 mRNA test and liquid-based cytology test can enhance the testing sensitivity , but it does not increase the specificity.

Total aerobic plate counts for bacterial colonies in the Bullacta exarata ranged from 7. 3?10 5 to 2. 8?10 6 cells per gram. 217 strains of bacteria were isolated from the Bullacta exarata and 88. 5% of them were Gram-negative rod . The predominant genera were composed of Enterobacteriaceae (61 strains), Aeromonas (58), Vibrio (27), Pseudomonas (21). The results indicate that total bacteria numbers exceeds state standard by 1～2 quantity level in every samples. The coliform bacteria numbers exceeds health standard in sample of seven and nine month. It should be brought to attention. The microflora were composed of ten genus , predominant Bacillus of rearing shoal were few in the Bullacta exarata that may play a special role for regulating and controlling the microbial community .
