OBJECTIVE:To probe into the relation between integrated pharmaceutical care and the drug use administration of inpatients with medical insurance.METHODS:The principle and the role of the integrated pharmaceutical care were in?troduced;and the problems in the drug use administration of inpatients with medical insurance were analyzed and some sug?gestions were put forward accordingly.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The key in drug use administration of inpatients with medical insurance is to implement integrated pharmaceutical care in accordance with clinical pharmacy practice program and to keep the medical expenditures under control by means of principles and methods in pharmacoeconomics.
2.Study on the Isolation of Lentinan within Definite Molecular Weights

OBJECTIVE:To study the isolation of lentinan,the average molecular weight of which ranged within400000to600000.METHODS:The fine lentinan was purified by2—diethyllaminoethyl—cellulose anion exchange column chro-matography,which was then isolated by dextran gel G-200column chromatography with the molecular weights determined by high performance gel chromatography.RESULTS:The average molecule weight of the isolated lentinan ranged from400000to600000.CONCLUSION:This method can be used for the isolation of lentinan.
3.Differentiation of CD34~+ cells in human umbilical blood to eosinophils under the condition of cell culture in vitro

AIM: To investigate differentiation of CD34~+ cells in human umbilical blood into eosinophils under the condition of cell culture in vitro.METHODS: CD34~+ cells were separated and purified from human umbilical blood.The cells were divided into negative group,IL-5 group and allergic rhinitis serum group.The differentiation ability of the cells was measured by flow cytometry,HE staining and electron microscope at the first day,second day, 7th day,14th day and 28th day culture.RESULTS: The proportion of CD34~+ cells in IL-5 group and allergic rhinitis serum group were decreased at the second day.The proportion in allergic rhinitis serum group was lower than that in IL-5 group significantly.The typical structure of eosinophils was observed at the second day.CONCLUSION: The allergic patient serum and IL-5 induce differentiation of CD34~+ cells in human umbilical blood to eosinophils.

ObjectiveThis paper aims to probe into the effect of working and studying combined teaching reform of chnical medicine major.MethodsTwo classes containing 46 students respectively were selected at random as observation group and control group,from the six classes of Grade Two majoring in clinical medicine.The two groups of students were trained by adopting working and studying combined teaching model and traditional teaching model respectively,after which they were evaluated in terms of clinical theory,practical skills and operations,and exercitation achievement.ResultsThe observation group does better in practical skills and exercitation achievement than the control group,while they have no difference in clinical theory.ConclusionWorking and studying combined teaching model can improve students' clinical analytical ability,strengthen their awareness of medical morals,and help them achieve more in exercitation.
5.Study on registrations of clinical trials of tumor necrosis factor α antagonist

Objective:To summarize and analyze the clinical status of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) antagonists.Methods: The clinical trials of TNF-α antagonists registered before August 2,2016 were searched on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Trials Register,and SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results: A total of 306 TNF clinical trials were conducted in the world,19 of them were in China.The main research diseases for bone and joint disease,autoimmune diseases,infections,blood tumors.There were 241 items in intervention study,and 56,7,55,60 items in 178 cases,accounting for 73.9% in Ⅱ,Ⅱ/Ⅲ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,respectively.The interventional study of TNF-α antagonist clinical trials mainly focused on intervention research,The main purpose of the practical application of the process after the listing of further validation and evaluation of drug efficacy and safety.Conclusion: There are many kinds of TNF-α antagonists,and clinical indications are wide.The design of clinical trials is diversified and mature.
6.Quantitative biomechanical relationship between the anterior cruciate ligament deficiency and the posterior horn of medial meniscus

Objective To establish a quantitative biomechanical relationship between the anterior cruciate ligament deficiency and the posterior horn of medial meniscus. Methods 10 human cadaveric knees were examined using an in vitro knee-testing apparatus. In response to a combined 134 N anterior and 200 N axial compressive tibial load, the in situ forces in the posterior horn of medial meniscus were measured. Testing was performed on 10 knees at multiple angles of flexion (30?, 60?, 90?) before and after resection of anterior cruciate ligament. Results The resultant forces on the posterior horn of medial meniscus were as follows: intact ACL knees, (22.8?11.5) N in 30? flexion, (27.1?16.3) N in 60? flexion, (26.7?14.5) N in 90? flexion. Objective To provide precise data of encephalic pressure of the patients with higher encephalic pressure.Methods Through a hole bored in the proper position on the top of skull,a 1mm vessel,full of physiological saline,was inserted into the ventricle,whose outside was connected with the sensor through a 3-way stop cock.The sensor transformed the pressure into electrical signals and transmitted them to micro-computer C8051F020 for data processing.The value of pressure was then displayed on the LCD.Results Real-time and precise detection could be acquired by this intracranial pressure gage.Conclusion The digital intracranial pressure gage is easy-to-operate,simple and portable.

10.Clinical and imaging characteristics of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging characteristics of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES).Methods The clinical and imaging data of 7 patients with PRES were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 7 cases with PRES, 3 cases were secondary to pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, 3 cases secondary to renal failure, 1 case secondary to hypertension.The clinical characteristics were that 7 cases presented with headache and disturbance of vision, 6 with epilepsy, 4 with nausea and vomitting, 1 with hemiparesis, 1 with ataxia.Cranial CT examination in 6 cases revealed occipital low density lesions in 3, widely white matter edema in 2, multiple small hematomas in 1, and no lesion in 2. Brain MRI showed that the occipital lobe was involved in 7 cases, cerebellar in 3, brain stem in 2, fronto-parietal subcortical white matter in 2, caudate nucleus in 1, thalamus in 1. The lesion showed gyrus-like abnominal signals in lobes and patchy abnormal signals in the other areas. The lesion showed low or iso-signal in T1WI, high signal in T2WI and Flair. 2 cases enhancement scannings showed no enhancement effect in 1 and gyrus, patchy and ring-like enhancement in another. The lesions demonstrated mild high signals in 2, low signal in 1 and no abnormalmality in 1 on DWI among 4 cases.Conclusions The headache, disturbance of vision and epilepsy are the principal clinical symptom in PRES . The imaging features of PRES are symmetrical long T1 and T2 signals on the bilateral posterior white matters of cerebrum.
