Objective To investigate the effect of glycyrrhizin(GL) on the expression of hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg),hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg),HBV DNA levels and cell proliferation in HepG2.2.15 cell line. Methods HBV DNA level was examined by Real-time PCR.HBsAg and HBeAg levels were examined by ELASA,and cell proliferation was examined by MTT before and after stimulated with GL.The GL groups were compared with the blank control group. Results HBsAg levels in the GL groups were inhibited in dose-dependent manner compared with the blank control group(P
2.The effect of acupunctural and moxibustional therapy on the apoptosis of breast cell MCF-7
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 2004;0(05):-
Objective:To observe the effect on the apoptosis of breast cancer cell MCF-7 with acupunctural and moxibustional therapy. Methods:Zusanli and Sanyinjiao neiguan in both sides of female Wistar mice were acupunctured and moxibusted.MCF-7 cell was cultirated with the serum. To detecte the cytoxicity with MTT,and detecte the apoptosic rate and Fas expression rate with flow cytometry after 72 hours. Results:The Fas expression was obviously increased upto 57.70% after 72h.The proliferation of MCF-7 was inhibited remarkably. The inhibition rate were 17.55%,24.71% and 31.85% after 12h,24h and 72h.The apoptosic rate were 8.72% and 10.18% after 72h,remarkably higher than the control group(P

0.05). In hFOB, the expression of P53 was not detected, and that of P63 was weakly positive. The expression of P53 and P63 in HOS transformed by niekel sulfate were higher than that in normal HOS (P
5.Tissue engineering combined with mosaicplasty to promote healing and integration of the osteochondral defects
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(11):-
Objective To develop a new method, the bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs)-mediated tissue engineering technique combined with mosaicplasty, for repair of osteochondral defects and integration of gaps. Methods BMSCs from 12 Chinese goats were cultured and proliferated in vitro. Prior to the BMSCs harvest, osteochondral defects, 5 mm in diameter and 3 mm in depth, were created in the femoral medial condyles of both the goat's hind limbs. When the mosaicplasty (osteochondral autograft transplantation) was performed, the BMSCs, which had been harvested and compounded with hyaluronic acid, were injected into the gaps between the osteochondral autografts in the left hind limb. The right hind limb which only received osteochondral autograft transplantation without BMSCs served as a control. At four, eight and 16 weeks post-operatively, samples of the repaired defects were harvested and assessed by histological evaluation, immunohistochemical analysis and glycosaminoglycan (GAG) quantification. In both groups 16 weeks post-operatively, the GAG quantification was analyzed by one-way ANOVA and least significant difference (LSD) method. Results At all the time points, the cartilage autografts in both groups survived as hyaline cartilage and presented no significant difference from the surrounding native cartilage. In the group filled with BMSCs compound, the gaps were replaced by regenerated hyaline cartilage and disappeared; however, in the control group, the osteochondral autografts were still distinct from the surrounding normal cartilage, though the gaps were replaced by fibrous tissue or fibrous cartilage. Immunohistochemical analysis of typeⅡcollagen showed positive staining in the matrix of transplanted and regenerated cartilage. The Alcian blue method also confirmed a significantly less GAG content in the regenerated tissue in gaps in the control group than in the treatment group and in the normal cartilage. Conclusion Since tissue engineering combined with mosaicplasty can promote gap integration and cartilage healing, the method can be an ideal way for osteochondral defect repair.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
Evaluation of medical ethics aims to combine the estimation forms and the administration.Foundation and management of medical ethics evaluation institution will benefit long-term medical ethics mechanism.More attention should be paid to the following aspects as follows.First, much education is in need to elucidate the essence and importance of medical ethics evaluation institution as well as long-term medical ethics mechanism.Second, stringent management is required to have medical ethics mechanism work well.Third, continuous supervision of the faculty will promoting the long-term medical ethics construction.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(08):-
Objective To explore the pathogenesis-related imprinted genes in osteosarcoma and investigate the role of imprinted genes expression in osteosarcoma pathogenesis. Methods The model of malignant transformed immortalized human osteoblastic cells was established and the malignant transformed cells were collected on day 40,55,70,90.The untreated cells passaged from the normal cells on day 90 served as control. After the total RNA extraction, the finally synthesized biotinylated cDNAs were hybridized to CapitalBio Genechip CAP-F0017.2 of the differentially expressed genes. Two genes were chosen at random to further confirm the array results using the SYBR Green real-time PCR in samples of control, day 40 and day 90. Results By an entrance limit of ≥2.0 or ≤0.5,ten imprinted genes which biological functions are mainly related with cell growth/maintenance and signaling transduction were detectable for notablely differential expression, including down-regulated genes of CD81,GRB10,NDN,MEST and up-regulated genes of H19,MKRN3,SLC22A1L,TSSC3,CDKN1C in the malignant transformation of immortalized human osteoblastic cells. The array results were further confirmed by the real-time RT-PCR.Conclusion Ten imprinted genes were detectable for notablely differential expression. Our results will promote our understanding of the molecular mechanisms of imprinted genes in the course of osteosarcoma pathogenesis.
