Objective:To evaluate the quality of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate Injection from different manufacturers, analyze the existing problems and provide the reference for the improvement of clinical medication safety. Methods:Statutory testing methods and the exploratory research methods were used to examine the samples, and the quality status of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate Injec-tion was evaluated according to the results. Results:Totally 89 batches of the samples were tested by the current standard. The quali-fied rate was 97. 8%, and the two batches of unqualified samples were carbazochrome sodium sulfonate and sodium chloride Injection with unqualified insoluble particles. Overall, the quality risk of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate for injection was low, and the safety of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate and sodium chloride Injection needed further research. Conclusion:The quality of carbazochrome so-dium sulfonate Injection basically meets the current standard, and the exploratory research suggests that the current standard is imper-fect. It is urgent to improve the related substance detection in the standard and determine the reasonable limits for the degradation im-purities and the other impurities. The clinical medication safety of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate and sodium chloride Injection needs further research.

Objective To explore the effects of citicoline injection into Zusanli point (ST36) on learning and memory function of rats after traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods The model was induced with the improved Feeney method. The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham-operation group, control group, acupuncture point saline injection group, intraperitoneal drug injection group and acupuncture point drug injection group with 8 rats in each group. The rats in the acupuncture point drug or saline injection group were treated with acupuncture injection of citicoline or saline daily. The rats in the intraperitoneal drug injection group and control group were treated with intraperitoneal injection of citicoline or saline daily. The treatment continued for 14 d. The learning and memory function was evaluated with the Morris water maze test and passive avoidance test. Results Acupuncture point injection of citicoline can significantly shorten the escape latent period of TBI rats in Morris water tests and extend the latent period of learning and memory of TBI rats (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture point injection is effective on the recovery of learning and memory function of rats after TBI.

International Eye Science 2010;10(4):618-620
AIM: To evaluate the effects of glycemic control on refraction in diabetic patients. METHODS: Twenty newly diagnosed diabetic patients were included in this study. The random blood glucose, HbA1c levels, fasting C-peptide and postprandial 2h C-peptide were measured before treatment. The patients with random blood glucose higher than 12.0mmol/L and HbA1c level higher than 10.0% were selected. Refraction, intraocular pressure, radius of the anterior corneal curvature, depth of the anterior chamber, lens thickness, vitreous length, and axial length were measured on admission and at the end of week 1, 2, 3 and 4 during glycemic control.RESULTS: A transient hyperopic change occurred in all the patients receiving glycemic control. The maximum hyperopic change was 1.60D (range 0.50±3.20D). Recovery of the previous refraction occurred between two and four weeks after insulin treatment. There was a positive correlation between the maximum hyperopic changes and the HbA1c levels on admission (r=0.84, P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the maximum hyperopic changes and the daily rate of blood glucose reduction over the first 7 days of the treatment (r=0.53, P<0.05). During transient hyperopia, no significant changes were observed in the intraocular pressure, radius of the anterior corneal curvature, depth of the anterior chamber, lens thickness, vitreous length and axial length.CONCLUSION: Transient hyperopic changes occur after glycemic control in diabetic patients with severe hyperglycemia. The degrees of transient hyperopia are highly dependent on HbA1c levels before treatment and the rate of reduction of the blood glucose level.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the efficacy, safety of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(Allo-HSCT)in lupus mice.Methods22BXSB was pre-treated with myleran and cyclophosphamide,12BXSB were treated with CTX and prednisone as the control group.Peripheral blood stem cells of doner mouse(C57BL/6)after mobilizing with G-CSF were infused into recipients after pretreatment.Hematopoietic and immune reconstitution after transplantation were measured by blood cell analysis and flowcytometry.Recipients' renal pathological changes were measured with direct immunofluorescence after transplantation, proteinuria and anti-dsDNA antibody were also determined.Complications and mortality were compared between the two groups.Recipients'genetic map was analysed with PCR.Results Recipients'complete chimerism was observed after60days of transplantation. The lowest value of WBC declined to0.2?0.1?10 9 /L in Allo-HSCT group. The duration of WBC increased from the lowest value up to1.0?10 9 /L was47.5?12.8d in Allo-HSCT group.Early immune reconstitution could not be found in Allo-HSCT group. After transplantation reduction of proteinuria occurred in95.5%BXSB,anti-ds-DNA antibody turned to negative in54.5%BXSB,decrease of kindey immunofluorescence in90.9%BXSB,there was a significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidences of complication of bleeding, pneumonia and mortality between the Allo-HSCT group and the control group. Conclusions Allo-HSCT is an effective treatment method for lupus mice.It may be helpful in improving proteinuria and anti-dsDNA antibody and renal pathological changes of lupus mice. But the incidences of complication and mortality related to transplantation in Allo-HSCT group are higher than those in control group,so the value of Allo-HSCT in the treatment lupu mice has to be further studied.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of different doses of atorvastatin in the treatment of chron-ic subdural hematoma(CSDH). METHODS:One hundred and tweaty-eighie CSDH patients selected from our hospital during Jun. 2013-May 2015 were divided into observation group(n=62)and control group(n=66)in accordance with random number table. Both groups were given conventional treatment of brain cell nutrition. Control group received Atorvastatin tablet 20 mg,po,qd;observation group received Atorvastatin tablet 40 mg,po,qd. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Clinical efficacy,CSS and ADL score, hematoma volume, the levels of serum inflammatory factors (hs-CRP,MMP-9,IL-6,TNF-α) were observed in 2 groups. ADR was recorded during treatment and recurrence rate was also recorded. RESULTS:2 patients withdrew from observa-tion group and 6 from control group. Finally,120 patients met the criteria were included, with 60 cases in each group. Total re-sponse rate of observation group(88.3%)was significantly better than that of control group(73.3%),with statistical significance (P<0.05). After 1,3,6 months of treatment,CSS score, hematoma volume, the serum levels of hs-CRP,MMP-9,IL-6 and TNF-α in 2 groups were significantly decreased, while ADL score was increased significantly;the improvement of above indexes in observation group was significantly better than in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of control group(13.3%)was significantly higher than that of observation group(3.3%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Daily dose of shows ator-vastatin 40 mg better therapeutic efficacy and lower recurrence rate in the treatment of CSDH with good safety.
