Objective Accelerated junctional rhythm (AJR) always occur during slow pathway catheter ablation for atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT), the clinical significance of it has not been gotten in agreement. The aim of this study is to search for an association between AJR and ablation target site or tachycardia recurrence. Methods The data of 247 patients with AVNRT who received radiofrequency ablation procedure during April 1995 to October 1999 was analyzed. All these people were divided into two groups (212 patients in the successful ablation group or group 1, 35 patients in the recurrence group or group 2). The AJR was divided into two distinct pattern:type Ⅰ(continuous AJR that persisted until the end of energy delivery) and type Ⅱ (intermit AJR alternated with sinus rhythm during slow pathway ablation, which was eliminated immediately when stopping energy delivery ). Results\ The results showed that patients in group 1 exhibited better AJR response, most of them were seen with type Ⅱ AJR. However most of the people in group 2 had no AJR response throughout energy delivery , few of them had type Ⅰ AJR response. The AJR response of group 1 started relatively earlier than that of group 2(3 2?1 8 vs 5 7?2 5 ,P

Objective To study CT and MRI manifestation of untypical cystic lymphangioma. Methods CT and MRI findings of 8 cases of cystic lymphangioma proved surgically and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively.7 cases were performed by CT and the other by MRI.Results 3 lesions are located at facies cranii,2 lesions at neck,2 lesions are located at mesostenium and 1 lesion is located at chest wall.CT and MRI findings include:(1)dense mass(5 cases);(2)lesion contain solid and water dense(2 cases);(3)lesion contain high dense hematoma(2 cases);(4)calcification in lesion(2 cases);(5)infiltrate the adjacent tissue(3 cases). Conclusion Most majority cystic lymphangioma can be identified by CT and MRI which also helpful to evaluation lymphangioma before surgical treatment.

Objective To discuss the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma. Methods The clinic data of traumatic delayed intracranial hematoma patients in this hospital were retro- spectively analyzed.According to clinic observation and CT re-examination,47 cases were diagnosed as delayed trau- matic intracranial hematoma(45 cases by operative treatment, and the other 2 by conservative treatment). Results There were 21 cases of recovery,10 cases of slight disability,8 cases of severe disability,8 cases of death. The total mortality rate was 17 %.Conclusion Brain contusion, subarachnoid hemorrhage and skull base fracture were impor- tant factors of DTICH.Fine-observation and prompt CT re-examination offered excellent results for DTICH.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of dibutyl phthalate on demodicidosis. Methods A single blinded and controlled study of human demodicidosis treated with dibutyl phthalate was conducted. One hundred and forty three patients with demodicidosis, including 81 acne and 62 rosacea, randomly divided into trial and control groups. The trial group was treated with dibutyl phthalate and control group with "new fumanling" cream twice a day in the early morning and evening respectively for six weeks consecutively. Results The rates of excellent, good, and fair efficacy and total effective rate in the trial group with acne were 53\^7%, 41\^5%, 4\^9% and 100% respectively, with a significant difference to the control group (P0\^05). No complaint of side effects in the trial group was recorded. Conclusion Dibutyl phthalate is highly effective to demodicidosis without prominent adverse reactions.

Object To investigate the effects of ultra-fine powder technique and granularity of pellets on dissolution rate in vitro. Methods The dissolution rate of ultra-fine ERMIAO PILL with different granule diameters in vitro was measured and compared with the index of berberine by UV spectro-photometry. Results The dissolution parameters T 50 and T d of four kinds of ultra-fine ERMIAO PILL are 61.60, 19.48, 17.84, 8.97 min and 102.3, 33.29, 26.98, 14.77 min, respectively. Those of general powder ERMIAO PILL with granule diameter of 2.4 mm are 89.61 and 155.68 min. Conclusion The dissolution rate of ultra-fine powder is quicker than that of general powder, and the rate increases with the granularity of PILL decreasing.
