2.Research and application of cardiac reserve data processing and information management system

BACKGROUND: Cardiac reserve indicators obtained under quiescent condition are used as evaluating index for cardiac reserve functions. However, most important aspect of cardiac dysfunction in heart failure is not the depressed cardiac performance noted at basal resting states, but rather the loss of cardiac reserve. OBJECTIVE: To develop a data processing and information management system for detecting cardiac reserve indicator with the widely used B mode ultrasound instrument in the ultrasonography field, and to provide guidance for B mode ultrasound instrument perfection. METHODS: General B mode ultrasound instrument as peripherals was connected with the pc by image acquisition card; ultrasound heart image diagnosis and management system including professional heart image acquisition and process and perfect data bank was develop. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: An efficient and flexible mini picture archiving and communication system system was achieved, which realized image enhancement, geometric parameter measuring, convenient diagnosis report output, archive management and print function. Results demonstrated that with the powerful data process ability of PC, the system could improve the performance of the traditional ultrasound instrument in detecting cardiac reserve, which provide a powerful support for the further study.
3.Clinical Observation of E_2 Transdermal Patch in the Treatment of Menopaus-al Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the security, efficacy and side effects of E_2 transdermal patch (Fem-7) in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods:A total of 60 cases with menopausal syndrome (blood serum FSH >30 U/L,E_2 <109.8 pmol/L) were randomly divided into treatment group ( Fem-7 group) and control group (estrodiol valerate (E_2V) group) for 12 weeks treatment. Fem-7 group changed patch every 7 days and took the 2 mg medroxyprogesterone (MPA) every day. While the E_2V group took the 2 mg MPA and 1.5 mg E_2 V every day. Serum E_2, FSH, lipoprotein and coagulation function were evaluated at baseline and at the 12th week of the treatment. In addition, menopausal symptoms and some other index of security and side effects were also observed. Results:Kupperman indix in both groups was decreased and the mean value of E_2 was increased obviously. Hepatic function, renal function, coagulation function and blood glucose were no obvious change. Lipoproteina was descended markedly in Fem-7 group. Other index of security in both groups was no obvious change. Conclusions:Fem-7 patch is secure and valid for relieving symptom of menopause, especially for the women who is not sutable for oral medication.
5.Determination of Total Flavonoids in Onion Extracts by UV Spectrophotometry

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of total flavonoids in onion extracts.METH_ ODS:UV spectrophotometry was adopted in the determination with the detection wavelength set at270nm.RESULTS:Good linear relationship with the absorbability was achieved when the detection concentration of eldrin was within a range of0.002~0.01mg/ml(r=0.9978),the average recovery was99.15%(RSD=1.52%).CONCLUSION:This method was simple,rapid and accurate.
6.Integrons and Multi-drug Resistance among Pseudomonas aeruginosa Strains Isolated from Blood Samples

OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of integrons in Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated from blood samples in Peking University People′s Hospital and to analyze the correlation between integrons and drug resistance of P.aeruginosa.METHODS Forty-two strains of clinically isolated P.aeruginosa were collected.The antibiotics susceptibility was tested by K-B methods.Integrase gene of integron was amplified by PCR using degenerate primers.The integrons were classified by restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) analysis of positive PCR products with Hinf Ⅰ restriction enzyme.RESULTS The drug-resistance rates of 42 strains of P.aeruginosa against 20 kinds of antibiotics ranged from 9.5% to 100%.Twenty-three strains were resistant to 12 kinds of antibiotics.Nineteen of the 42 isolates(45.2%) contained integrons,all of which were revealed as class Ⅰ of integrons by RFLP analysis.Neither class Ⅱ nor class Ⅲ of integron was detected.The positive percentage of integrons was increased by years.CONCLUSIONS Class Ⅰ integrons are widespread in isolates from blood samples in our hospital.The presence of integrons is closely associated with multi-drug resistance of P.aeruginosa.
7.Research progress of axillary management approach for 1-2 sentinel lymph node positive early stage breast cancer patients

Sentinel lymph node biopsy has been the standard axillary intervention for breast cancer patients with clinical negative axillary lymph nodes.Complete axillary dissection could be omitted for patients with negative sentinel lymph nodes.While, the optimal axillary intervention for patients with 1-2 positive sentinel lymph nodes remained controversial.This review introduced the latest research results of the axillary management for early stage breast cancer patients with 1-2 positive sentinel lymph nodes.
8.Retrospective analysis on cerebral angiography features of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Objective:To investigate cerebral angiography Features of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:One hundred and twenty seven patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2015, statistical analysis of their cerebral angiography differences at different ages, different types of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Results: One hundred and twenty seven patients were found 97 patients(76.4%) had cerebral artery occlusion or stenosis, simple intracranial stenosis 40 cases, 31 cases of simple extracranial stenosis, 26 intracranial and extracranial stenosis cases; on the view of age, young patients with simple intracranial stenosis (69.2%), while the proportion of elderly patients in intracranial and extracranial stenosis was 40.5%, significantly higher than the proportion of old and middle-aged patients; patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease at different types of stenosis and stenosis had no significant difference.Conclusion: Patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in different age have different distribution and different stenosis, especially in the largest proportion of young patients with occlusion, while parts of the brain in patients with vascular stenosis and stenosis and ischemic cerebrovascular disease the type was no significant association.
9.The clinical value of ~(18)FDG PET/CT ondetection of lymph node metastasis and staging for esophageal carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 18FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis and evaluation of node staging for esophageal carcinoma. Methods A prospective study was performed to access whether 18F FDG PET/CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy in lymph node metastasis for patients with esophageal carcinoma, 30 patients underwent esophagectomy with extensive dissection of lymph nodes. PET/CT findings were compared with that of CT. Results The pathological examination confirmed metastasis in 22 patients and 49 out of 243 excised lymph nodes. In PET/CT analysis, the sensitivity in the detection of lymph node metastasis was 93.9%, specificity was 91.2%, with a diagnostic accuracy of 91.8%. The positive and negative predictive value was 73.0% and 98.3%, respectively. 10.Studies on a new experimental system of erythrocyte regulating IL-8 in patients with primary hepatocarcinoma

Objective To approach the capacity of erythrocyte regulating IL-8 in patients with primary hepatocarcinoma (PHC) by a new experimental system of hemaimmune. Methods 0.2ml suspension of cancer cells (S180: 5?10~6/ml) or NS were added into 0.2ml anticoagulant suspension of whole blood cells or leukocytes and 0.3ml plasma, then incubated for 1 h at 37℃. The content of IL-8 was determined by ELISA. Results In the patients with PHC, the IL-8 levels (pg/ml) in experimental and control groups of whole blood cells, and in experimental and control groups of leukocytes were 376.35?243.96, 353.64?271.92, 461.27?277.11 and 424.97?278.93, respectively; while in the normal human, they were 11.36?6.93, 4.98?4.35, 29.41?30.66 and 20.77?24.20, respectively. In the patients with PHC, the activation rates of cancer cells in the experimental groups of both whole blood cell and leukocyte were 0.22?0.24 and 0.25?0.53, respectively; while in normal human, they were 2.49?2.33 and 0.75?0.21, respectively.
