1.Intraoral approach for surgical treatment of mandibular cyst in the angle and ramus
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective:To compare the effect of intraoral and extraoral approach for the sugical treatment of mandibular cysts in the angle and ramus. Methods:Cysts in the mandibular angle and ramus were treated by intraoral approach in 57 cases and extraoral in 18 cases. The following data were collected: operation time, peroperative blood loss, postoperative infection, mouth opening, recurrence rate, injury of the submandibular branch of the facial nerve and sensory function of the inferior alveolar nerve. The data of the two groups were compared statistically. Results:Average operation time (min) of intraoral and extraoral appoarch was 84.65?5.16 and 122.78?10.84(P0.05). Conclusion:Intraoral approach is effective in the treatment of cyst in mandibular angle and ramus.

Objective To study 64-slice CT perfusion features of metastatic tumors of liver and its clinical value. Methods 23 cases (40 lesions) with liver metastases underwent CT perfusion scanning.Hepatic arterial perfusion index(HPI) parameters including blood flow perfusion(BF),patlak blood capacity (pBV),vascular permeability (P,permeability),arterial liver perfusion(ALP),portal venous perfusion( PVP ) were analyzed in comparison with that of normal liver .Results (1)BF, pBV , P , ALP , PVP and HPI in normal liver tissue were (47.85?8.11) ml?100ml-1?min-1,41.25?6.32 (1000:1), 64.25?11.10 (0.5 ml?100ml-1?min-1),(24.55?2.96) ml?100ml-1?min-1, (105.24?16.42) ml?100ml-1?min-1,(20.18?3.81),respectively.(2)BF,pBV,P,ALP and PVP between the normal hepatic tissue and the centre of lesions were of statistically significance (P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT and NE for lesions of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus area. Methods 80 cases of nasal and paranasal sinus diseases which were examined by both CT and NE at same period and proved by pathology.were reviewed. Results Compare with results of pathology, the accucy rate of both CT and NE was identical in diagnosing sinusitis and tumours of paranasal sinus,NE was higher than CT in nasal and paranasal sinus polyp and nasal cavity tumour, turbinate hyperplasia CT was higher than NE in paranasal sinus cyst and anatomic variations. Conclusion Pathologic biopsy can be taken under NE guide to understand the shape, texture and colour of the illness focus CT can show the size, shape and anatomy relation between lesion and its neighbor tissue. The diagnosis may more perfectly through NE combined with CT.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2015;(7):658-662
[Summary] Postoperative cognitive dysfunction ( POCD) is a common central nervous system complication after anesthesia and surgery. The mechanisms of POCD are not clear yet.The article reviewed several potential mechanisms that have been reported. Further researches are needed to identify the pathophysiologic progress of POCD, which have great clinical and economic values.

Objective To elucidate the clinical implication of early ST segment changes after PCI for IRA for acute ST segments elevation myocardial infarction. Methods From Jan.2001 to Dec.2001,216 patients with AMI after successful angiographical primary PCI Who were admitted to Beijing Chaoyang Hospital were retrospectively analysed.Forty-one patients with index of ST segment elevation≥50%and 50 randomised patients from 175 patients with index of ST segment elevation

Objective To observe the expression of ? APP and SS in the hippocampus of the rat mode ls with the deficits of learning and memory function, and investigate its mechanism. Methods Using immunohistochemistry (IHC), we detected the expressions of ? amyloid precursorprotein(? APP) and somatostatin(SS) in the hippocampus of the rat brains, using HE staining method, we observed the shapes and structures of pyramidal cell layer neurons in hippocampus of the rats in the experimental group and the controls. Results The learning and memory functions were lower significantly in the experimental group than in the controls ( P

Objective To compare the short-term follow-up cu ra tive effect of primary total hip replacement (THR) in treating fresh and old fem oral neck fractures. Methods Double follow-ups with an in terval of 13 months were performed in patients with femoral neck fractures under going THR in our department from January 1997 to October 1999. Results After a follow-up for 37-62 months (mean 44 months), we obtained f ull data of 47 patients [41-77 years old, (61.8?5.22) years old] with preoperative Harris score of 28.40?10.14 and postoperative score of 85.20?7. 91. The Harris score of patients with fresh femoral neck fractures (FFNF) incr eased from 21.60?8.73 preoperatively to 82.50?9.81 postoperatively〔at age of (63.50?5.53) years〕 and that of patients with old femoral neck fracture (O FNF) from 37.70?13.50 to 90.63?5.79, [at age of (58.90?7.81) years]. Of 47 patients, only one case had dislocation once within six weeks postoperative ly during function exercise and recovered after manual reduction. Another one wi th excellent function evaluation was given again internal fixation three years a fter THR because of femoral shaft fracture and obtained satisfactory recovery. N o complications were found in other patients. The mean Harris score in patients with OFNF was significantly higher than those with FFNF ( P

Objective To observe the effects of complex prescription with the effects of replenishing Qi, activating blood and resolving phlegm on the levels of LN and PC-Ⅲ in BALF and the changes of lung tissue and figure in rat with pulmonary fibrosis. Method The rat model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by injecting pinyamycin, then the changes of the levels of LN and PC-Ⅲ in every group (TCM group, model group and control group) in 7, 28 days respectively were observed. Result There was obvious pulmonary fibrosis morphologic change. Lung quotient increased clearly, and the levels of LN and PC-Ⅲ in BALF increased obviously in 28 days (P

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(09):-
Liu Tea (Sibiraea angustata) at doses of 8.5 and 15.0g/kg ig coild redice TG, ?-LP, TC and elevate HDL-C levels of normal of normal or hyperlipoidemia rat. In vitro experiments indcated that S.angustata may promote the eatabolism of FFA. The contents of FFA in rat serum showed significant elevation in S. angustata treated groups as compared with the control. In addition, fat cells were smaller in S. angustat treated rats and mucoid changes could be seen under microscope. These results suggested that S. angustat could iegulate the metabolism of lipoid.
