Aim: To evaluate the effects of bioactive extracts from Fructus Jujubae in attenuating the inflammation induced by Radix Kansui. Methods: Exoteric splenic lymphocyte ( SPL) of mouse and peritoneal macrophage ( PMψ) of rat were used as cell model to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of fractions from Fructus Jujubae. MTT method was used to assay SPL proliferation, and Griess method was used in NO release of PMψ. Firstly, Radix Kansui fraction was applied to induce inflammatory effects of the cells, and then, the anti-inflammatory effects of five extracts of Fructus Jujubae were investigated to determine the active fractions in Fructus Jujubae, which probably contribute to the attenuation of Radix Kansui. The effects of Fructus Jujubae extract in interfering the gastrointestinal acute damages caused by the extract of Radix Kansui were observed according to the pathological sections of mice. Results: The extract RK-3 ( diterpenes) exhibited the most significant pro-inflammatory effect. The bioactive extracts B (micromolecule saccharides and amino acids), D(flavonoid glycosides), and E (triterpenes) of Fructus Jujubae could attenuate the action of RK-3. The effective extract of Fructus Jujubae protected stomach and duodenum of mouse from acute damages caused by the extract of Radix Kansui. Conclusion: Fraction RK-3 (diterpenes) of Radix Kansui had pro-inflammatory effects, and some extracts of Fructus Jujubae could attenuate this effect of Radix Kansui. The results helped to clarify that Fructus Jujubae attenuates the toxic effect of Radix Kansui in certain cases, and the bioactive extracts of Fructus Jujubae discovered in the experiments offer the basis for further research to the active components of Fructus Jujubae.

Objective To evaluate effection of the myocardial protective in treatment of coenzyme complex to the VR patients .Methods Eighty patients who need to VR were divided into control group ( n=40) and coenzyme complex group ( n =40) with double -blind.The automatic recovery rate of heart beats after cardiac resuscitation , the changes of postoperative arrhythmia rate , postoperative serum CK-MB, cTnI in 12h in two groups were recorded .Results The automatic recovery rate of heart beats was higher in coenzyme complex group than that in control group , (85%vs 67%, P <0.05).The changes of postopera-tive arrhythmia rate (26%vs 38%), serum CK-MB, cTnI at clamp off of aorta, end of operation,6hour of postoperation and 12 hour of postoperation were lower in coenzyme complex group than those in control group respectively ( all P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Coenzyme complex shows positive protection of myocardial in the VR patients.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(1):119-121
As important Internet users, college students need to establish good cyber ethics to promote healthy development of the Internet and meet the needs of their own growth. The characteristics of college students' cyber ethics include hierarchy, self-discipline, orientation and particularity. Self-respect and respect for others;hon-est and trustworthy;fair and mutual benefit;attention to public welfare and participation;patriotic, studious, cre-ate a harmonious network should be college students' network moral norms.
8.Study on endogenesis inhibitory substances in seed of Thesium chinense.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2007;32(17):1737-1739
OBJECTIVETo investigate the activity and the location of the endogenesis inhibitory substances in seed of of Thesium chinense.
METHODThe rough extracts from different concentrations, places and extracting times of T. chinense seeds were prepared and determined by its effect on wheat and Brassica sp seed.
RESULT AND CONCLUSIONThe extract dramatically inhibited the germentation and the growth of wheat and Brassica sp seed and the inhibitory activity was positively related to the concentration of the extracts. When the concentration reached 0. 32 g mL(-1), wheat seed did not germentate. With increasing the extracting times, the inhibitory activity first decreased, then increased. The capsule and kernel both had inhibitory substances and the latter was stronger than the former. Highly active inhibitory substances were found first time in the seed of T. chinense.

Objective To study the clinical application of finger reconstruction by transplantation of two second toes and evaluate the postoperative appearance and function regarding the reconstructed hand and donor feet. Methods Defect of fingers were treated by transplantation and reconstruction with a total of 74 cases, including two second toes transplantation for both thumbs in 2 cases, thumb with index finger in 10 cas es, index finger with middle finger in 8 cases and middle finger with ring finger in 17 cases. Results Sevetythree fingers survived except 1 failed. During the follow up examination made from 3 to 36 months, the reconstructed fingers could move, write and dress with ease, pinch forcefully, show good recovery of manual work and the sensation of pain and warmth. Two-point discrimination found to be between 5 to 10 mm. Both donor feet have symmetrical appearance with normal gait and satisfactory motion. Also, no pain was complained. Conclusion Transplantation of two second toes from both feet is a good method to reconstruct defect of multiple fingers, and has little effect on the appearance and motion of feet.

Objective:To explore the subjective well-being and its influencing factors of female elderly in ur-ban community in Shandong province. Methods: Used the multi-stage stratified sampling method to extract 449 elderly women in 6 communities of 18 cities in Shandong Province. The basic situation and Subjective well-being of their were investigated by using the self-designed questionnaire and Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness ( MUNSH) . Results:The economic situation, the number of children, living conditions, self-care ability, chronic disease severity, and other variables have a significant effect on the subjective well-being of fe-male elderly. Conclusions:To improve the economic situation of the urban community elderly women, pay atten-tion to their physical and mental health level, improve the pension and health insurance system, intensify the con-struction of old-age care institutions, playing the roles of family, children, society in the network to support the community elderly women society, can significantly improve the community elderly women′s subjective well-be-ing.
