OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Deproteinised calf blood serum injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction,and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment.METHODS:Retrieved from Co-chrane Library,EMBase,Medline,CBM,CJFD,VIP and Wanfan database,randomized controlled trials(RCT)about theeffica-cy and safety ofDeproteinised calf blood serum injection(test group)based on basic treatment(control group)in the treatment of cerebral infarction were collected.Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.2 software after data extraction and quality eval-uation with Cochrane system evaluation manual 5.1.0.RESULTS:A total of 18 RCTs were included,involving 2 111 patients.Re-sults of Meta-analysis showed the total effective rate [OR=3.30,95%CI(2.48,4.39),P<0.001],National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score[MD=-1.47,95%CI(-2.06,-0.88),P<0.001] and activities of daily living(ADL) score[MD=9.09,95%CI(6.46,11.72),P<0.001] in test group were significantly better than control group,there were significant differences be-tween the 2 groups;and there was no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Both efficacy and safety of De-proteinised calf blood serum injectionin the treatment of cerebral infarction are good.

Objective: To compare the volatile compounds extracted from Rhodiola renulata respectively by HS-SPME and SD. Methods:The volatile constituents from Rhodiola crenulata were extracted respectively by HS-SPME and SD, and then the contents and the names were confirmed by GC-MS. Results:Totally 39 compounds were identified from Rhodiola crenulata by HS-SPME while 16 ones were identified by SD. Among them, 4 common compounds were detected. Conclusion: There are some differences between the two methods. Compared with SD, HS-SPME is obviously better because more volatile constituents can be extracted from the herb, furthermore, HS-SPME has notable advantages of higher retrieval matching and sensitivity.

Objective: To reconstruct adenovirus vector of breast eukaryotic initiation factor 4E and to observe its effect on the metastasis ability of breast cancer cell line MCF-7. Methods: eIF-4E gene was constructed into adenovirus vector pAD-X by gene recombination technique, which was transformed into 293 packaged cell for high titer adenovirus. Real-time PCR was applied to detect eIF-4E gene expression. eIF-4E siRNA was applied and then transwell cabin assay was used to observe changes of invasion and motor ability of MCF-7 cells transfected with reconstruction adenovirus. Objective To explore the causes of dengue fever resurgence in Guangxi, and to analyze the risk factors of dengue fever. Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis was conduced based on the dengue fever data reported from 2006 to 2015, and the surveillance results of aedes and antibody levels in health population from 2013 to 2015 in Guangxi. Results Before 2013, dengue fever was imported from foreign country in Guangxi, accounting for 95.35％(42/45), and 75.71％of the imported cases was imported from Southeast Asia. The local outbreak of dengue fever was happened in 2014, accounted for 94.02％(849/903) of the total number of 10 years. From onset to diagnosis, Guangxi dengue fever cases need 0-70 d (median time interval is 6 d). Cases were reported year-round, but the peak season for the onset of dengue fever was from September to November, accounting for 96.46％of all cases (871/903). The number of cases reported in Nanning was the most (83.37％), followed by Wuzhou city (7.44％) and Guilin city (4.81％), and all the three cities had dengue fever outbreaks. The cases were mainly commercial service staff (27.80％) and houseworkers and unemployed people (18.16％). Results of aedes monitoring showed that the density of aedes was high in Guangxi. In more than 50％ of the monitoring seasons the breteau index (BI) stayed greater than 20. However, the antibody positive rate was only 3％ in the healthy residents of Guangxi. Conclusion The risk of dengue fever is high in Guangxi. Therefore, it is essential to emphasizing idea of prevention and control, strengthening immigration surveillance, improving diagnosis ability, enhancing public health education, and expanding monitoring range.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of Shiquan Dabu Tang (SDT) on growth and angiogenesis of subcutaneously implanted tumors, hepatic metastases, and incision-implanted tumors after surgical removal of primary colon tumor in mice.

BACKGROUND:Previous studies have shown that different doses of ionizing radiation may have some impact on maturation and immune function of dendritic cells. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of 18 F-FDG with different concentrations on maturation and immune function of dendritic cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro. METHODS:Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells-derived mature dendritic cells were divided into five groups:PBS, 92.5×10 4, 185×104, 370×104, 740×104 Bq/mL 18 F-FDG were separately added into each group. Dendritic cells were col ected 24 hours later. Apoptosis rate, phenotypic expression (CD1α, CD80, CD83, CD86, HLA-DR), ability of mixed lymphocyte reaction and expression of macrophage inflammatory protein 1αand monocyte chemotactic factor-1 in cellculture supernatant were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Apoptosis rate, phenotypic expression of CD86, ability of mixed lymphocyte reaction and expression of monocyte chemotactic factor-1 were down-regulated after culture in 740×10 4 Bq/mL 18F-FDG. However, 18F-FDG at other concentrations had no influence on maturation and immune function of dendritic cells. This study demonstrates that low-concentration 18F-FDG has little influence on apoptosis, maturation, antigen presentation, and migratory capacity of dendritic cells, and it may be selected at an appropriate concentration as a label for dendritic cells in vitro.

Objective To evaluate different post-processing imaging techniques of multi-slice helical CT cholangiography (MSCTC). Methods Fourty-seven patients were suspected of bile duct disease by ultrasound, with no abnormality by ordinary CT. These patients then received MSCTC examination. The original images were post-processed at workstation. The result of post-processed images was compared with that of the laparotomy and surgical bile duct endoscopy. Results Procedures were successful in 45 cases. Thirty-one cases were found with choledocholithiasis. The specificity and the sensitivity of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) for choledocholithiasis group were high. Cholangitis and cholangiocarcinoma were detected in 3 each cases.Three cases were finally found to have gallbladder polypus, in which only CTVE provided the diagnosis. The diagnosis of bile duct disease made by ultrasound were finally excluded by CTVE. Conclusions KG1 The available post-processing methods are CTVE and X-proj, MPR is applicable for observing bile duct wall, it is valuable in the diagnosis of all kinds of bile duct disease. CTVE is better than other methods at displaying intraluminal structure.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy-assisted radical D2 proximal gastrectomy.Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of laparoscopy-assisted D2 radical proximal gastrectomy were analysed retrospectively.Results Laparoscopy-assisted radical proximal gastrectomy was carried out in all of the 22 cases. There was no conversion to open surgery in this series. The mean operation time was 188(162～270) min. The mean operative blood loss was 182(100～260)mL. The number of lymph nodes dissected was 18.6(10～32). The average time for gastrointestinal function recovery was 78(48～140)h. Postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred in one patient who had tumor invasion of distal esophagus, and it healed after 4 weeks of conservative treatment. There were no postoperative deaths in this series. All the 22 cases were followed up for 1～37 months (mean 9.2 months) and revealed no recurrence or metastasis.Conclusions Laparoscopy-assisted radical D2 proximal gastrectomy for early and advanced gastric cancer is feasible, safe, and minimally invasive.

The index components contents of different time and different stubbles in honeysuckle were measured by HPLC, and were analysis by using the method of SPSS. Results showed that the content of index ingredients of different time had differences, and firstly decreased, then increased with time. The content of index ingredients of different stubbles had significantly differences, and firstly decreased, then increased with time. The chlorogenic acid contents were 2.059%-3.593%. The luteolosid contents were 0.110%-0.171%. Results indicated that the best picking buds time is before seven o'clock in the morning and evening at before and after seven o'clock, the index component content is higher. Picking buds in spring and at autumn index component content is higher; Picking buds in summer index component content is low. The experiment provides theoretical support for quality control in the whole process of the honeysuckle harvested and comprehensive utilization of honeysuckle.
