Objective: To reconstruct adenovirus vector of breast eukaryotic initiation factor 4E and to observe its effect on the metastasis ability of breast cancer cell line MCF-7. Methods: eIF-4E gene was constructed into adenovirus vector pAD-X by gene recombination technique, which was transformed into 293 packaged cell for high titer adenovirus. Real-time PCR was applied to detect eIF-4E gene expression. eIF-4E siRNA was applied and then transwell cabin assay was used to observe changes of invasion and motor ability of MCF-7 cells transfected with reconstruction adenovirus. Result:The finding of digestion was coincided with expected. eIF-4E gene over-expression was detected in transfected MCF-7 cells with real-time PCR. OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Deproteinised calf blood serum injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction,and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment.METHODS:Retrieved from Co-chrane Library,EMBase,Medline,CBM,CJFD,VIP and Wanfan database,randomized controlled trials(RCT)about theeffica-cy and safety ofDeproteinised calf blood serum injection(test group)based on basic treatment(control group)in the treatment of cerebral infarction were collected.Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.2 software after data extraction and quality eval-uation with Cochrane system evaluation manual 5.1.0.RESULTS:A total of 18 RCTs were included,involving 2 111 patients.Re-sults of Meta-analysis showed the total effective rate [OR=3.30,95%CI(2.48,4.39),P<0.001],National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score[MD=-1.47,95%CI(-2.06,-0.88),P<0.001] and activities of daily living(ADL) score[MD=9.09,95%CI(6.46,11.72),P<0.001] in test group were significantly better than control group,there were significant differences be-tween the 2 groups;and there was no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Both efficacy and safety of De-proteinised calf blood serum injectionin the treatment of cerebral infarction are good.
4.GC-MS Comparative Analysis of Volatile Compounds Extracted from Rhodiola Crenulata Respectively by HS-SPME and SD

Objective: To compare the volatile compounds extracted from Rhodiola renulata respectively by HS-SPME and SD. Methods:The volatile constituents from Rhodiola crenulata were extracted respectively by HS-SPME and SD, and then the contents and the names were confirmed by GC-MS. Results:Totally 39 compounds were identified from Rhodiola crenulata by HS-SPME while 16 ones were identified by SD. Among them, 4 common compounds were detected. Conclusion: There are some differences between the two methods. Compared with SD, HS-SPME is obviously better because more volatile constituents can be extracted from the herb, furthermore, HS-SPME has notable advantages of higher retrieval matching and sensitivity.
5.Analysis on the risk of dengue fever in Guangxi

Objective To explore the causes of dengue fever resurgence in Guangxi, and to analyze the risk factors of dengue fever. Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis was conduced based on the dengue fever data reported from 2006 to 2015, and the surveillance results of aedes and antibody levels in health population from 2013 to 2015 in Guangxi. Results Before 2013, dengue fever was imported from foreign country in Guangxi, accounting for 95.35%(42/45), and 75.71%of the imported cases was imported from Southeast Asia. The local outbreak of dengue fever was happened in 2014, accounted for 94.02%(849/903) of the total number of 10 years. From onset to diagnosis, Guangxi dengue fever cases need 0-70 d (median time interval is 6 d). Cases were reported year-round, but the peak season for the onset of dengue fever was from September to November, accounting for 96.46%of all cases (871/903). The number of cases reported in Nanning was the most (83.37%), followed by Wuzhou city (7.44%) and Guilin city (4.81%), and all the three cities had dengue fever outbreaks. The cases were mainly commercial service staff (27.80%) and houseworkers and unemployed people (18.16%). Results of aedes monitoring showed that the density of aedes was high in Guangxi. In more than 50% of the monitoring seasons the breteau index (BI) stayed greater than 20. However, the antibody positive rate was only 3% in the healthy residents of Guangxi. Conclusion The risk of dengue fever is high in Guangxi. Therefore, it is essential to emphasizing idea of prevention and control, strengthening immigration surveillance, improving diagnosis ability, enhancing public health education, and expanding monitoring range.

The skin ulceration syndrome of sea cucumber is a kind of desease induced by bacterium.In order to investigate the bacterium of infected sea cucumber and detect the N-acyl-homoserine lactones(AHLs) se-cretion of the bacterium,7 bacterial strains were isolated from the infected sea cucumber.These strains were identified by physiological-biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence.Results show that strain C6 belongs to Tenacibaculum,strain 4 belongs to Shewanella putrefaciens group,strain TB belongs to Vibrio,strain BP2,BP3,BP4 and BP6 belong to Pseudoalteromonas,respectively.AHLs were detected with strain Agrobacterium tumefaciens KYC55.Among these bacterial strains,strain C6,4,TB,BP3 and BP4 can se-cret AHLs,while strain BP2 and BP6 can’t.And the AHLs activity differs,from the highest to the lowest are 4,TB,BP4,BP3 and C6.
8.Sky bone expander kyphoplasty for osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures

Objective To investigate surgical technique and clinical efficacy of Sky bone ex- pander kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures.Methods Eighteen cases with osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures were treated with Sky bone expander kyphoplasty from August 2004 to November 2005.Under the local anesthesia,3.5-5ml of bone cements were injected into each pathologic vertebral body through unipedicle approach after reduction procedure was done with Sky bone expander.Results The postoperative follow-up ranged from 3 to 11 months, with an average of 4.5 months.Back pain was effectively relieved after the operation in all cases.No complications occurred.Conclusion The Sky bone expander kyphoplasty has the advantages of safe- ty,easy operation,minimal invasion,effective restoration of the vertebral body height and fast relief of pain.
9.Variety of corneal endothelial cell in glaucoma by confocal microscope

ATM: To define the causes of corneal endothelial cell damage, to investigate the preventive methods, and to observe the variety of corneal endothelial cell in glaucoma using confocal microscope.
METHODS: Totally, 143 eyes of 97 patients with different types of glaucoma, and matched normal people were 20 cases, all 40 eyes. The cell density, cell area and cell variable coefficient were measured used confocal microscope. These indicatives of every kind of glaucoma were compared.
RESULTS: The corneal endothelial cell density of normal group was 2 893. 88±255. 026/mm2 , the group of acute angle-closure glaucoma ( AACG ) was 1 674. 11±683.95/mm2 , and the group of open angle glaucoma (OAG) was 2687. 22±391. 87/mm2, the group of chronic angle-closure glaucoma (CACG) was 2706. 97±351. 27/mm2. In all index the average cell density of corneal endothelial and the average area have statistical significance ( F =62.950, 8. 795;P=0. 000), especially the group of AACG.CONCLUSION: The index of corneal endothelial cell in AACG is lower than that of normal. All index in OAG and CACG is difference with that of normal, but the difference has no statistical significance. And the dominant factor of damaged corneal endothelial is the time of intraocular hypertension.
10.Laparoscopy-assisted radical proximal gastrectomy for gastric cancer:a report of 22 cases

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy-assisted radical D2 proximal gastrectomy.Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of laparoscopy-assisted D2 radical proximal gastrectomy were analysed retrospectively.Results Laparoscopy-assisted radical proximal gastrectomy was carried out in all of the 22 cases. There was no conversion to open surgery in this series. The mean operation time was 188(162~270) min. The mean operative blood loss was 182(100~260)mL. The number of lymph nodes dissected was 18.6(10~32). The average time for gastrointestinal function recovery was 78(48~140)h. Postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred in one patient who had tumor invasion of distal esophagus, and it healed after 4 weeks of conservative treatment. There were no postoperative deaths in this series. All the 22 cases were followed up for 1~37 months (mean 9.2 months) and revealed no recurrence or metastasis.Conclusions Laparoscopy-assisted radical D2 proximal gastrectomy for early and advanced gastric cancer is feasible, safe, and minimally invasive.
