[Objective] Systematic review was carried out in quality analysis of literature of Shuang Huanglian Injection (SHI) for acute respiratoiy infections ( ARI) . [Methods] Database was set up according to the principles of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine and the evaluation scale for ARI. The data was managed by descriptive analysis and uniformity test. [Results] In 49 clinical reports, 42.16% adopted the randomized and controlled method but the quality was not so good; the criteria of inclusion and exclusion was absent or not standardized in most of the reports; blinded method was adopted scarcely; drop-out and missed cases were rarely mentioned while adverse effects were reported usually. [Conclusion] The design of clinical study of SHI for ARI has been improved in recent years but there is still a lot of inadequany.

〔Abstract〕 Taking Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example , the paper analyzes problems existing in teaching computer basic courses .It proposes to combine the teaching concept of flipped classroom with the case -based teaching method , reform the teach-ing contents, methods, processes and modes of computer basic courses in medical colleges and cultivate students ′abilities to analyze and solve problems , and analyzes the feasibility .

AIM: To observe the comparison of vitrectomy combined drug therapy ( Ranibizumab injection ) and single vitrectomy for proliferatived diabetic retinopathy ( PDR ) and the influence of the curative effect and prognosis of patients.
METHODS:In this study, 112 cases (125 eyes) with PDR were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group ( n= 56 ) . Fifty-six cases ( 61 eyes ) in experimental group were injected by drug therapy of 0. 5mg ranibizumab and received vitrectomy;In control group, 56 cases ( 64 eyes ) were received single vitrectomy. The intraoperative and postoperative differences of clinical indicators were analyzed in two groups.
RESULTS: The average operation time, intraoperative electric coagulation hemostasis rate and iatrogenic hiatal incidence of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group:(95. 00±13. 00) min vs (133. 00±14.5) min, 11% vs 34%, 5% vs 20%, respectively (P<0. 05). The anterior chamber and vitreous body cavity hemorrhage rate within postoperative 1mo in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group:7% vs 23%, 5% vs 12%, respectively (P<0. 05). The postoperative visual acuity of experimental group was better than that of the control group:0. 375±0. 210 vs 0. 261±0. 170, respectively (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSION: Patients with PDR injected with ranibizumab in vitreous cavity before vitrectomy can effectively reduce the operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, the incidence of iatrogenic hiatus, and intraoperative and postoperative complications. The postoperative visual acuity was better than before.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of port catheter system(PCS)placement in pulmonary artery via percutaneous subclavicle vein treatment for multiple metastatic tumor in the two lungs and discuss the PCS technique.Methods Fifteen multiple metastatic tumor patients(13 hepatocellular carcinomas,one mandible grand adenocarcinoma,one oral bottom squamous carcinoma)were carried out with pulmonary artery PCS placement by way of percutaneous subclavicle vein.FPA/FPM/GP chemotherapy scheme were introduced every 4～6 weeks.Results The success rate of PCS placement technique was 93.3%(14/15).One case failed.Percutaneous subclavicle veins were performed 14 cases in right side and 1 in left one.Following up 2～43 months,2～7 chemotherapy cycles(mean 5 cycles)were accomplished,and the clinical CR and PR were achieved in 1 and 3 cases respectively with clinical efficacy rate 28.6%(4/14).Major side reaction was late wound healing in 1 case.Conclusion PCS placement in pulmonary artery treatment for multiple metastatic tumor in the two lungs is effective,and mastering operation technique is the key for increasing operation suc- cess rate.

AIMTo study the influence of acetylcholine (ACh) on nicotinic receptor(N receptor) beta-subunit of the gastric epithelia and the gastric adenocarcinoma cells, and the difference of both cells.

METHODSImmunohistochemistry method was used to examine the number, number density and surface density of N receptor beta-subunit in both cells cultured in vitro.

RESULTSThe number and number density of N receptor beta-subunit in the gastric adenocarcinoma cells were much more than that in the gastric epithelia (P < 0.05). But surface density of N receptor beta-subunit in the gastric adenocarcinoma cells were lower than that in the gastric epithelia (P < 0.05). ACh at 10(6) mol/L could increase the number, number density and surface density of N receptor beta-subunit in the gastric epithelia (P < 0.01). The increase effect could not be blocked by atropine. ACh had no effect on N receptor beta-subunit in the gastric adenocarcinoma cells.

CONCLUSIONACh at low concentration initiates N receptor desensitization in the gastric epithelia. ACh has no effect on sensitivity of N receptor beta-subunit in the gastric adenocarcinoma cells.
