1.Research of Serial Communication in Multi-Axis Controller Based on .NET
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective A solution of serial communication in Multi-Axis Controller which uses programmable multi-axis controller (PMAC) as down processor and PC as up processor is introduced. By the PComm32.dll provided with Delta Tau Data Systems Inc., the serial communication between PC and PMAC is realized based on .NET. Methods In order to realize the programming techniques of serial communication, a new method that managed codes invoked the unmanaged codes in Common Language Runtime environment by using Platform Invocation Services was adopted. The serial communication program was designed by using the program language C#. Besides the single axis locomotion, the debugging procession of the multi-axis joint locomotion was also recounted based on the five-DOF robot. Results The results indicated that the serial communication between PC and PMAC was completely realized. Conclusion The developed serial communication software module is of good correctness, stability and reliability, and also shows that the software is convenient and easy to use, which can accord with system requirements.

Objective To study the expressions of phosphatese and tensin homolog deletedin chromosom ten (PTEN),Fas/FasL system and matrix metalloproteinnases-2 (MMP-2) in human gastric cancer. Methods Seventy-five cases of gastric carcinoma were selected from paraffin wax embodied specimens with full clinicopathological data, and another 15 cases of normal gastric mucosa specimens were selected as the control group.SP immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expressions of PTEN,Fas/FasL and MMP-2 in them. The data was statistically analyzed by ?2 test and relative analysis. Results The expressions of PTEN,Fas/FasL and MMP-2 were correlated with the lymphatic metastasis, degree of infiltration, clinical TMN stage and pathological histological differentiated degree of gastric cancer (P

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2014;34(8):903-906
Qi in TCM is the most essential substance that makes up the body and maintains life activities. All vital substances in the body are transformed by constant motion and changes of qi. Qi in TCM mainly means full of functions. What is the basic material attribute of qi? We don't have a systematic study on it. Therefore, we combined the achievement of modern medicine, and explored further from the origin, functions, pathogeneses, and therapies of mitochondria and qi. Surprisingly, we found out that the origin of mitochondria was similar to that of qi. They are tiny substance constituting the human body. Secondly, the function of mitochondria is similar to that of qi. When the disorder of qi and mitochondria occurs, similar vital signs occur or the same reactions occur. These results suggested that the basic material attribute of qi might be mitochondria.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2014;(9):923-927
Objective Dysfunction of cell cycle regulation is one of the key factors for cellular carcinogenesis .This paper aimed to study the expression and significance of cell cycle regulation protein Cyclin D 1-CDK4-p21 in scar cancer . Methods The expressions of Cyclin D1, CDK4 and p21 protains were detected in scar cancer group , pathological scar group and normal skin group respectively by using immunohistochemical staining (SP).The mRNA expression levels of Cyclin D1, CDK4 and p21 were detected by the use of nucleic acid-mediated in-situ hybridization .Correlation analysis was made on the indexes , and the average optical density and positive area were analyzed using image analysis . Results The expressions of Cyclin D1, CDK4 and p21 protains and the mRNA ex-pression levels of cyclin D1, CDK4 and p21 were high in scar cancer group, low in pathological scar group , and negative in normal skin group. The mean optical density and positive area in scar cancer group were significantly different from pathological scar group and normal skin group (P<0.01).But no significant difference was found be-tween pathological scar group and normal skin group (P>0.05).In terms of correlation analysis , the expressions of Cyclin D 1 and CDK4 as well as p21 and CDK4 in scar cancer tissue were both in posi-tive correlations. Conclusion The occurrence of scar cancer is related to the abnormal expression of Cyclin D 1 and CDK4.The complex formed by Cyclin D1 and CDK4 may promote the G1/S transition, proliferation and tumorigenesis of scar cancer .In scar canc-er, the inhibition of Cyclin D1-CDK4 complex might be caused by other members of CKI family or even inbibitors of other families apart from CDK family.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2003;0(11):-
Objective To compare the short-term follow-up cu ra tive effect of primary total hip replacement (THR) in treating fresh and old fem oral neck fractures. Methods Double follow-ups with an in terval of 13 months were performed in patients with femoral neck fractures under going THR in our department from January 1997 to October 1999. Results After a follow-up for 37-62 months (mean 44 months), we obtained f ull data of 47 patients [41-77 years old, (61.8?5.22) years old] with preoperative Harris score of 28.40?10.14 and postoperative score of 85.20?7. 91. The Harris score of patients with fresh femoral neck fractures (FFNF) incr eased from 21.60?8.73 preoperatively to 82.50?9.81 postoperatively〔at age of (63.50?5.53) years〕 and that of patients with old femoral neck fracture (O FNF) from 37.70?13.50 to 90.63?5.79, [at age of (58.90?7.81) years]. Of 47 patients, only one case had dislocation once within six weeks postoperative ly during function exercise and recovered after manual reduction. Another one wi th excellent function evaluation was given again internal fixation three years a fter THR because of femoral shaft fracture and obtained satisfactory recovery. N o complications were found in other patients. The mean Harris score in patients with OFNF was significantly higher than those with FFNF ( P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nitric oxide(NO) in preventing postoperative adhesion formation in rats .MethodsForty rats were randomly assigned to 2 different treatment groups. All animal models of postoperative adhesion formation were made in a standard manner. 0.9% NaCl and L-arginine were administered into intraperitoneal cavity before closure and during 3 consecutive days after surgery. On the 3 rd postoperative day, blood was collected to evaluate NO levels and the inserted abdominal walls were removed to assess pathology in some rats.On the 14 th postoperative day,the remaining rats were sacrificed by ether overdose before relaparotomy, and the extent of adhesion formation were assessed.ResultsMore severe adhesions developed in 0.9% NaCl control group(mean score of adhesions 3.7?0.7) than L-arginine group(mean score of adhesions 0.9?1.1)( P

Objective To investigate the mechanism of Chinese herb in preventing recurrence of ulcerative colitis. Methods One hundred and three UC patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was treated by Chinese herb and the control group was treated by Sulfasalazine. After treated for three months, fifty three full remission patients were followed-up. CD4+, CD8+ and CD3+ cell count were performed and influence of Chinese herb on recurrence was observed. Results Either the cell count of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ or the percentage of CD8+ in the peripheral blood was significantly higher in recurrence group than those in the control (P
