Longnon-codingRNAs(lncRNAs)areagroupofRNAslongerthan200bpwithoutprotein-coding capacity and play an important role in epigenetics , transcription regulation and post-transcription regulation .Recently, studies have shown that dysregulation of lncRNAs caused cell cycle disorders , and abnormal activities of cell apoptosis and autophagy , contributing to a variety of diseases .Therefore , the role of lncRNAs in regulating cell death is expected to lead to the discovery of potential novel diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets .

Objective To investigate the molecular epidemiology of GJB2 mutations as a causative effect of prelingual deafness in northwestern China. Methods The medical history of 274 deaf-mute students was collected. Blood samples were obtained from them with informed consent. GJB2 gene sequences of genomic DNAs were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a pair of primers, and bidirectional sequencing of PCR products was performed and analyzed with DNAStar Software. Results A total number of 274 deaf-mute students were diagnosed as non-syndromic hearing impairment, and profound prelingual deafness. Two kinds of polymorphism, seven pathologic mutations and one novel mutation were revealed in the GJB2 screenings of them, and 79G→A and 341A→G were polymorphism with high frequency. Conclusion GJB2 gene mutation is the causative gene in the prelingual deafness with a high incidence of 10.95% in northwestern China. Based on the investigation, it is clear that screening of GJB2 gene mutation should play a significant role in early diagnosis of deaf-mutism in this region.

Objective TO study the effect of trimetazidine on patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods The pa-tients with unstable anglna pectoris with routine treatment were divided randomly into trimetazidine group(T) and nitro-glycerin group(N). They were given such treatment two weeks. Results There is decreased incidence of angina pectorisand less amount of nitroglycerin consumption in both groups. compared with before. There was no significant difference be-tween the two groups. Conclusion There are no signficantly. Trimetazidine has a definite effect in treating unstable angi-na pectoris, and it is similar to nitroglycerin in effects.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for reasonable and safe use of drugs in children. METHODS:580 prescription drug instructions of chemical drugs and chemical product for treatment were collected from our hospital. Children information stated in drug instruction of exclusive drugs for children and special drugs, and in dosage and usage, clinical trial, pharmacokinetics and other items were all analyzed statistically ratio analysis and sequence analysis. RESULTS:The exclusive drugs for children were few,and major dosage form were injection. The instruction of special drugs were lack of children’s information. Usage and dosage based on monotonous evidence. The pharmacokinetic parameters were incomplete, and there were slender amount of data about chil-dren clinical trials. CONCLUSIONS:The drug instruction of drugs for children are looking blue. It is urgent to standard drug in-struction and complete medication information for children,so as to ensure safe and effective of drug use.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of bicyclol tablet on hepatic lesions caused by Epstein-Barr virus( EBV) infection in children. Methods A single-center controlled retrospective study was conducted in 121 children with hepatic lesions caused by EBV infection for evaluating safety, tolerability, and efficacy of treatment with bicyclol tablets or Glycyrrhizin capsules.Childer n in bicyclol group ( n=63 ) were treatedw ith bicyclol at blets and cotn rol group ( n =58 ) were treated with Glycyrrhizin capsules. The course of the treatment were both 8 weeeks for two groups. The level of the EBV load pretreatment and plas-ma aminotransferase, blood routine, urine routine pretreatment and 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treat-mentw ere analyzed er trospectively.Rse ults (1) The pal smaA LT level sigin ficantly decreased in theb icy-clol group compared with that in the contro l group(P<0.01), se pecai lly the levle after 8 weeks treatm ent. (2) Bicycol l was more effce tive in the bicyclol group than Glycyrrhizin capslu se in the control group( P<0.01).(3) Both grousp had no significantlya dvesr e events. Conclusion Bicyclol tablet can derc ease plas-ma aminotransferase level, espce ially ALT,inc hildren caused by EBV infection with better efficiency and safety.

Objective To analyze the flavonoid content of common vegetables consumed in China.Method Forty-six vegetables were sampled from Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Hangzhou. The contents of quercetin, kaempferol, luteolin, myricetin, apigenin were determined with high-performance liquid chromatography. Results Mei celery sampled from Hangzhou was the highest in content of 5 flavonoids among 46 vegetables.Quercetin distributed more widely and was more abundant than other flavonoids in vegetables. The daily intake of 5 flavonoids from vegetables by Chinese people was estimated to be 13.90 mg,in which quercetin accounted for 51.1%.Conclusion The content of flavonoids varies significantly among different vegetables and quercetin is the most common flavonoid contained in vegetables. The dietary intake of flavonoids was more from vegetables than fruits in Chinese people.
