Objective To investigate effect of edaravone on serum inflammatory factors, 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α), thromboxane B2, endothelial function and serum copeptin and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2013 to September 2014, 213 cases of acute cerebral infarction were selected in the hospital and randomly divided into control group (n=101) and observation group (n =112).Control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment, and observation group were given edaravone injection on the basis of control group.The serum inflammatory cytokines, 6-keto-PGF1α, thromboxane B2, endothelial function, serum copeptin, NT-proBNP and nerve function score and activities of daily living ( ADL) score were compared between two groups.Results Serum CRP, IL-8, IL-10 in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Plasma thromboxane B2 in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).The levels of 6-keto-PGF1αwas significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Serum copeptin and NT-proBNP levels in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Plasma ET-1 in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than control group ( P<0.05 ) , and plasma NO was significantly higher than the control ( P<0.05 ).Neurological function in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), and ADL score was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The preliminary study shows that edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction may be associated with decreasing serum inflammatory cytokines, increasing 6-keto-PGF1αand reducing thromboxane B2, improving endothelial function and reducing serum copeptin and N-terminal natriuretic peptide.

Objective To investigate impact of rosuvastatin on cardiac function, lipid levels, blood rheology level and endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 149 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n=76) and control group(n=73).Control group with conventional symptomatic treatment, treatment group on the basis of control group combined rosuvastatin treatment.Cardiac function, blood lipid levels, blood rheology changes and endothelial function levels before and after treatment were comparative analysis.Results LVEF significantly increased after treatment than before treatment between two groups (P<0.05), while LVESV, LVEDV after treatment than before treatment were significantly lower ( P<0.05 ) , LVEF in treatment group was significantly higher than control group ( P<0.05 ) , LVESV, LVEDV was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The two groups of LDL-C, TC, TG after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), but HDL-C was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).LDL-C, TC, TG in treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), whereas HDL-C after treatment was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood viscosity was lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), which in treatment group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).NO, FMD was significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05), and ET was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05).NO, FMD in treatment group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05), and ET was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin can significantly improve cardiac function, improve blood lipid levels, lower levels of blood rheology, improve endothelial function.

Objective To evaluate the expression of IL-6,TGF-β,matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) in the peritoneal fluid of different stage of endometriosis (EMs) patients.Methods Peritoneal fluid samples from female without EMs (n =35) and 45 patients with EMs (36 cases with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ;9 cases with stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ)were obtained for detectionof IL-6,TGF-β,MMP-7byELISA.Results TheconcentrationofIL-6,TGF-β,MMP-7 was (736.5 ± 526.6) ng/L,(936.5 ± 523.5)ng/L and (5.63 ± 1.98) μg/L in EMs patients,which were higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.01).The concentration of IL-6,MMP-7 was (948.6 ± 485.4) ng/L,(8.69 ± 1.23) μg/L in stage Ⅲ,Ⅳgroup,and (453.6 ± 256.8) rng/L,(4.23 ± 1.08) μg/L in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ group,there were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The concentration of MMP-7 was positively correlated with IL-6(r =0.789,P ＜0.01),and was negatively correlated with TGF-β(r =-0.458,P ＜0.05).Conclusion IL-6,TGF-β,MMP-7 may play roles in microecology immune imbalance and the development of EMs.

Objective To analyze the urodynamic abnormalities of incontinent stroke patients,and evaluate the effects of acupuncture,moxibustion in combination with physical therapy.Methods One hundred and six in- continent stroke patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the treatment group with acupuncture,moxibustion and physical therapy modalities such as ultrasound and EMG biofeedback.The Urodynamic examination was performed before and after treatment.Re- sults It was found that the uradynamic abnormalities in the incontinent stroke patients include detrusor hyperreflexia and uninhibited sphincter relaxation.Combined use of acupuncture,moxibustion and physical therapy can significant- ly improve the patients' symptoms.Conclusion Common urodynamic abnormalities.are detrusor hyperreflexia and uninhibited external sphincter relaxation in incontinent stroke patients.Combined use of acupuncture,moxibustion and physical therapy is effective for treating this condition.

Tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF ?) is a potent proinflammatory cytokine. In human, TNF ? gene is located within the highly polymorphic major histocompatibility complex(MHC) region on chromosome 6p21.3. TNF gene cluster contains many polymorphisms including microsatellites and single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs).Many of these polymorphisms were found to be in linkage disequilibrium with HLA class Ⅰand Ⅱ alleles. Some of the TNF ? gene polymorphisms were found to influence TNF ? production in vitro , for example the 308SNP. Many studies have shown that this SNP and others within the TNF ? gene associate with different inflammatory conditions. Whether this phenomenon is due to the direct influence if the SNP in question and/or due to linkage disequilibrium with other polymorphisms within the TNF ? gene or the HLA system is still controversial.

This paper reported one patient who was treated through transphenoidal-upslope approach by lateral rhinotomy and the tumor was successfully removed. The patient was male of 38 years old. He suffered intermittent headache with blurred vision and left eye outreach disorder for more than a year. The visual inspection showed there was dark area of the left eye lateral. CT showed slopes density placeholder and bone window showed the slope of bone quality had been severely damaged. MRI showed T1 image slopes parts and other low signal placeholder forward to invade the sphenoid sinus. In addition, there was undermine the slope bone and brain stem boundaries clearly and T2 images showed high-signal, inhomogeneous enhancement. We found during the operation that the slope was partially destroyed and part of the tumor was prominent to the pharynx tumor. The pathologic examination confirmed that it is chordoma.

Objective To research the effect of Bifid Lriple Viable on validity for adjuvant treating ulcerative colitis,colon mucosa IgA and sera immunity indexes in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods The patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from November 2004 to June 2006 were randomized into experiment group and control group.The patients in experiment group were treated with Bifid Lriple Viable and routine treatment,however the patients in control group received only routine treatment.The clinical symptom score,colon mucosa inflammation score,colon mucosa IgA expression,sera T lymphocyte subgroup,sera immunoglobulins and complement C3 and C4 were compared between two groups before treatment and two months after treatment.Results The clinical symptom score and colon mucosa inflammation score and colon mucosa IgA expression,sera T lymphocyte subgroup,sera immunoglobulins and complement C3 and C4 had no significant difference between two groups before treatment.Two months after treatment,the clinical symptom score and colon mucosa inflammation score descended significantly(P0.01),but the ascending value of ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ T lymphocyte was more in experiment group than control group(P

Objective To observe the perfusion pattern of hepatic angiomyolipomas using contrastenhanced ultrasound(CEUS) and compare diagnostic efficacy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound with contrastenhanced helical CT(CECT).Methods Nineteen patients with 21 resected and pathologically proven hepatic angiomyolipomas were included in this study.Low mechanical index (mechanical index less than 0.2) realtime CEUS was performed in nineteen patients (5 patients with pulse inversion harmonic, 14 patients with contrast pulse sequencing, CPS) after 2.4ml bolus injection of contrast agent SonoVue.CECT was performed using 16-slice helical CT and contrast agent Ultravist.The diagnostic performance was calculated by considering histologic results as the reference standards.Results Fifteen tumors were correctly diagnosed as hepatic angiomyolipomas,4 tumors were misdiagnosed (including 1 hepatocellular carcinoma,2hepatic adenomas, 1 hemangioma) and 2 tumors were characterized as benign lesions by CEUS.Eight tumors were correctly diagnosed as hepatic angiomyolipomas, 13 tumors were misdiagnosed (including 7hepatocellular carcinoma, 1 liposarcoma, 2 lipomas, 1 hepatic adenomas, 2 hemangiomas) by CECT.The preoperative diagnostic accuracy was 71.4% for CEUS and 38.1 % for CECT(P＜0.05 ).Conclusions CEUS can demonstrate typical imaging characteristics of most hepatic angiomyolipomas, and has higher diagnostic performance than CECT in characterization of hepatic angiomyotipomas.

Objective To investigate the effect of neutral amino acid on preventing Parkinson disease.Methods Mice were injected with L-Valine,L-Pheylalanine,D-Valine or L-Lysine before or after paraquat administration,by which prakinsonian mouse model was constructed.The paraquat immunoreactivity was observed within nigral cell bodies.Then neurodegeneration and ?-synuclein aggregation were observed by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results Paraquat immunoreactivity was abolished by the administration of L-Valine,L-Pheylalanine before paraquat exposure.Pre-treatment with these two amino acids also protected the paraquat-induced loss of nigrostriatal dopaminergic cells and formation of thioflavine S-positive aggregates.In contrast, paraquat-induced toxicity was unaffected if animals were injected with these two amino acids after paraquat exposure or pre-treated with D-Valine or L-Lysine.Conclusions L-type neutral amino acids such as L Valine and L-Pheylalanine can prevent paraquat-induced neurodegeneration and a synuclein pathology through a competitive inhibition mechanism with stereospecificity in the central nervous system (CNS).Neutral amino acid could protect the dopaminergic neuron in substantia nigra and may prevent Parkinson disease.
