Objective To explore the feasibility of various compensation approaches and their combination after canceling the drug addition at municipal public hospitals in Anshan city. Methods 2008~201 1 medical services, balance of payments of Anshan municipal public hospitals during 2008~201 1 were analyzed,to calculate the balance of profit and loss of the hospitals with the drug addition canceled,as well as the effects of various compensation models and their combinations on hospitals’balance, government financial burden, costs of health insurance and patients’out-of-packet costs. Results Without drug addition, hospitals are found with surplus drop, and doubled number of years in deficit.Losses incurred by the canceling can be covered partly by pricing adjustment of medical services or collection of pharmaceutical service surcharge, with complete compensation by collection of medical service surcharge;government financial subsidies for large equipment depreciation or medical services offer part of the compensation, which is affordable by government finance.Such deficits cannot be covered completely by any single approach, yet they can be greatly eased by a combination of the approaches mentioned above. With impacts on all stakeholders in consideration, the optimal solution is the combination of the scheme with adjusted services price plus collection of pharmaceutical service surcharge and medical services compensation. Conclusion With the drug addition policy canceled, the establishment and perfection of the compensation mechanism calls for a synergy of pricing, health insurance and government finance.

Objective:To investigate the number and distribution of macrophages (Mφ) and natural killer(NK) cells in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), paraneoplastic, cirrhosis and normal liver tissues and their relationship with the prognosis of HCC patients. Methods:Surgical specimens from 60 cases of HCC, 62 cases of cirrhosis and 23 cases of normal liver tissues were investigated by immunohistochemical staining of CD68 and CD57 with a streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase detective system. The correlation of the number of Mφ and NK cells in different tissues with the clinical tumor parameters was also studied. Results:①The order of the number of Mφ from the highest to the lowest was:paraneoplastic, cirrhosis, normal, HCC(P<0.05);and the number of NK cells from the highest to the lowest was:HCC, paraneoplastic, normal, cirrhosis(P<0.05).②The number of Mφ decreased successively with the decrease of the HCC differentiation(P<0.05);There was no relationship between the number of NK cells in HCC and histological grade. ③There was no relationship between the number of Mφ in HCC and clinical TNM stage ;The number of NK cells in HCC had degressive tendency with the clinical TNM stage(P<0.05). ④The number of Mφ and NK cells in HCC in the cases with metastasis in 15 months was significantly lower than that without metastasis(P<0.05, 0.01).⑤There was a linear positive correlation between the number of Mφ and NK cells in HCC (r=0.344, P<0.05). Conclusion:The number of Mφ and NK cells in HCC in the cases with metastasis is significantly lower than that without metastasis; The number of Mφ has a close correlation with the HCC differentiation, and positive correlation with the number of NK cells; The number of Mφ and NK cells might be important markers to estimate the immune status and useful factors to predict the prognosis of HCC patients.

Objective To conduct a Meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of interfer on-α for treating HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B in children. Methods PubMed and Chinese Biomedical Database were searched from the beginning to April 2006,and the references of eligible studies were manually screened.Randomized controlled trials published in the English and Chinese literature comparing interferon-α with non-antiviral interventions(placebo or no treatment)in children with chronic hepatitis B were eligible for inclusion.Studies were included if patients were treated for at least 3 months and followed up for at least 6 months after cessation of therapy. Two investigators independently assessed the quality and extracted the data. The methodological quality of trails was assessed by the Jadad-scale plus allocation concealment.Heterogeneity was examined by Chi-square test.Fixed effects model or random effects model was used to pool the data.Sensitivity analyses were used in the treatment course. Results Seven randomized controlled studies with a total of 360 child chronic hepatitis B virus carriers who were positive for hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis B e antigen werc identified. It was found by Meta-analysis that, compared with the control,at the end of therapy,interferon-α could significantly clear HBeAg[22.1%vs 6.7%,OR 3.56,95% CI(1.74, 7.28),P=0.000 5],HBV DNA[33.7% vs 12.6%,OR 3.50,95% CI(2.03,6.06),P<0.01], HBsAg [6.5% vs 0.5%,OR 7.10,95% CI(1.52,33.12),P=0.01],and achieve HBeAg seroconversion [17.3% vs 2.9%,OR 5.62,95% CI(1.65,19.18),P=0.006],but was not more effective in HBsAg seroversion[2.0% vs 0,OR 3.55,95%CI(0.35,35.93),P=0.28]and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)normalization[24.2% vs 16.2%,OR 1.72,95% CI(0.84,3.52), P=0.14].Conclusions Interferon a may be efficacious in clearance of HBeAg,HBV DNA and HhsAg, and achievement of HBeAg seroversion.Little evidence is available on HBsAg seroversion and ALT normali zation.Rigorously designed large sample size randomized double blind clinical trials with large sample size are required to further confirm and support the conclusion.

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
Enhanced biological phosphorus removal (EBPR) is widely accepted as one of the most economical and sustainable processes to remove phosphorus from wastewater.Poor performance or complete failure of EBPR processes has been substantially reported because of the proliferation of glycogen-accumulating organisms (GAOs) in the system. This paper presented the GAOs' metabolic mechanism and the impact factors, such as influent substrate, P/C ratio, pH value, temperature and SRT, on competition between GAOs and PAOs to better understand GAOs' characteristics and improve the performance and reliability of EBPR systems.

International Eye Science 2017;17(8):1469-1472
Epiretinal membrane (ERM) is a relatively common macular disease that forms along the surface of the internal limiting membrane (ILM) of the retina to some reason. The pathogenesis is not clear.Microincision vitrectomy surgery has been confirmed as a minimally invasive and very safe modality of treatment.Deciding when to perform a vitrectomy can be difficult. There are many factors which can affect the postoperative visual acuity, such as age,the thickness of macular, integrity of photoreceptor inner segment/outer segment (IS/OS) junction.
