Objective To investigate the effect of co-stimulatory molecular CD137 and CD28 on the cell proliferation, IL-2 secretion and cell apoptotic rate of activated T cells in naturally senile mice and subacute senile mice induced by D-galactose. Methods Seven-week-old BALB/c male mice were divided into D-galactose induced subacute senile group (D-gal group) , control group and young group randomly. Subacute senile mice model was established by back hypodermic injection of D-galactose (120 mg/kg, dissolved in 0. 1 ml distilled water) everyday for five month. Control group was established by injection of 0. 1 ml distilled water everyday for five month. Young group was injected with nothing. And 16-month-old BALB/c male mice was taken as aged group. The spleen T cells of each group were isolated and activated in vitro stimulation with ConA + IgG, ConA + CD137mAb or ConA + CD28mAb. The cell proliferation, apoptotic rate and IL-2 concentration in cell culture supernate of T cells were detected. Results (1) The cell proliferation (0.422?0.057, A), IL-2 secretion(0.632?0.066, A)and apoptotic rate(68.0%?2. 4%) of T cells in D-gal group stimulated in vitro with ConA+IgG showed no significant difference when compared with those of aged group. Compared with young and control group, activation of T cell in D-gal and aged groups were significantly decreased; (2) Cell proliferation, IL-2 secretion and cell survival of T cells in D-gal group and aged group were significantly promoted by both ConA + CD137mAb [(0. 639?0. 053, A) , (1.119?0.035,A), (53.3%?2.4)%, respectively] and ConA +CD28mAb. CD137 mAb had less effect on both groups than did CD28 mAb. Conclusions (1) Similar age-associated alterations happen in T cells of both D-gal group and aged group. (2) CD137 and CD28 can promote the activation and survival of T cells in aged and D-gal group. But CD28 has stronger effect on regulation of T cells than CD137.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of distant collateral needling in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method Eighty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by distant collateral needling, while the control group was by ordinary acupuncture treatment. The symptom and sign scores were observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Result The symptom and sign scores were changed significantly after intervention in both groups (P<0.01). The symptom and sign scores of the treatment group were significantly different from that of the control group after intervention (P<0.05). The total effective rate and the recovery plus markedly-effective rate were respectively 94.9% and 84.6% in the treatment group versus 89.2% and 64.9% in the control group. The between-group difference in the total effective rate was statistically insignificant (P>0.05); there was a significant difference in comparing the recovery plus markedly-effective rate between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Distant collateral needling is an effective method in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.

Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the surgical procedures and curative effect through a small incision on both sides of the scapula for surgical resection the ribs tumor which located un -der ventral surface of the scapula .Methods The group included 11 patients,6 males and 5 females, aged 18 to 49 years.Lesions were bilateral scapula deep square 2~4 single rib bone tumors .Among them there were five ca-ses of fibrous dysplasia ,case of bone cyst ,2 cases of plasma cell tumors and metastatic tumors in 3 cases.Surgery incision through cross-scapular ,to determine which lesions ribs ,cutting the lesions on both sides of the stripping and junction. Results The group obtained a satisfactory excision extension ,one case appeared hemopneumotho-rax postoperatively.Secondly, none of patients occured local recurrence .Thirdly, two patients with metastatic carci-noma died after one year because of multiple metastases .Conclusion Straddling scapular notch is the ideal way to cut off the rib tumor of ventral surface of the scapula .Possessing advantages of a little damage and effect on the function, and rapid recovery .

Novel intraductal radiofrequency ablation for malignant biliary stricture indicated good therapeutic prospect. In traditional intraductal radiofrequency ablation, the radiofrequency catheter was placed through endoscopic retrograde cholangiography or percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram under the supervision of X-ray.In February 2014,a patient with intrahepatic adenocarcinoma of the bile duct and malignant common hepatic duct stricture was admitted to the Shenzhen People's Hospital. The patient received cholecystectomy + choledocholithotomy + T tube drainage 3 months prior to the admission. The results of histopathological examination indicated reactive hyperplasia. The patient recovered uneventfully after the operation. One week before the admission, the patient had jaundice and umber urine and received choledochoscopy + common bile duct dilatation + histopathological examination + biliary stent placement. The results of pathological examination confirmed that the patient had intrahepatic adenocarcinoma of the bile duct. The patient received intraductal radiofrequency ablation through T-tube fistula under direct vision of choledochoscopy, and recovered well after the operation.Intraductal radiofrequency ablation under direct vision of choledochoscopy not only has the advantages of accurate positioning and real-time monitoring, but also facilitate cyclical repeat treatment.

Objective To study the MR imaging features of intracranial epidermal cyst. Methods 18 cases(include 7 male,11 female) epidermal cyst pathology confirmed were analysed. Results The epidermal cyst usually exhibited heterogeneously low signal intensity on T 1WI(88.9%),and only 2 patients showed high signal intensity on T 1WI(11.1%).After contrast medium enhancement 16 cases had no obvious enhancement, only 2 patients had rim light enhancement .Conclusion Typical epidermal cyst commonly show heterogenously low signal intensity on T 1WI. A typcal epidermal cyst has high signal intensity on T 1WI.Differential diagnosis shoud be consider on these kind of epidermal cyst.

Kinematical alignment during total knee arthroplasty is an emerging process, and draws more and more attentions from scholars. Knee joint is close to normal joint after TKA through kinematical alighment, which has good clinical results and functional scores, and not increase failure probility. Thus, it may increase joint stress of patella-femur joint, lead to patellar maltracking and increase abrasion. The paper summarized defination and basical principle, operative method, clinical outcomes and deficiency of kinematical alignment during total knee arthroplasty, in order to choose a better way for kinematical alignment during total knee arthroplasty.

Object To establish an analysis method for determ in ation of irone in Iris tectorum Maxim. f. alba Makino. Methods The three isomers of irone were quantitatively analyz ed by GC-MS. Irone in I. tectorum extract was determinated by GC. Results The three isomers of irone, ?, ?, ?- irone were s p eculated according to the MS splitting decomposition law. Irone contents in the extract were 687, 238 ?g/g (n=6), which h ad much difference. Conclusion The analysis method for irone by GC-MS and GC is hig her efficiency, precise, and the analysis time is acceptable.
