1.Clinical Characteristics and Misdiagnosis Analysis of the Enosinophilic Gastroenteritis
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
Objective To study clinical characteristics of the patients with enosinophilic gastroenteritis(EG) and analyze the cause of misdiagnosis. Methods 6 cases of EG were analyzed in clinical characteristics, laboratory tests and endoscopy. The clinical characteristics of EG and the possible cause of misdiagnosis were studied. Results ⑴EG have a various clinical manifestation. The mucosal type have the commonest symptoms, such as epigastric pain, diarrhea. The serosal type was presented with abdominal pain, bloating.and ascites, accompanied with nausea, vomiting and low fewer. The patients in the muscular type had bowel obstruction symptom.⑵Enosinophilic counts in peripheral and bone marrow had high level(43 5?20 5)%,and it was related with condition of illness.⑶ESR,CRP and FIB were in normal range, but the IgG was low level.⑷The ascites were effusion with eosinophilia.⑸Endoscopies showed erosion and edema in antrum, duodenum and cecum, accompanied with eosinophilia infiltration in mucosa.⑹The steroid hormone therapy responsion was sensitive and all symptoms were relieved and eosinophils was recovered to normal value within one week.⑺Though their symptom recurrence was probable, good prognosis was got. Conclusions The key point for diagnsos is eosinophilia counts in peripheral blood and ascites. The biopsy of the gastrointestinal tract mucosa is also very important and helpful.
5.Functional and appearance improvement of a new modified neck dissection with cervical sensory nerve preservation in thyroid papillary carcinoma treatment
China Oncology 2016;26(12):1037-1040
Thyroid papillary carcinoma harbors higher rate of lymph node metastasis, so neck dissection is an important part of the treatment. Due to better prognosis, attention to postoperative function and appearance of the patients increased. Low-collar incision with cervical sensory nerve plexus preservation modiifed neck dissection can improve appearance and function in postoperative patients and is gradually applied in clinic. This review mainly examines the thoroughness and safety of this new neck dissection in thyroid papillary carcinoma patients.
6.An observation on clinical use of PPN support in newborn infants
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(01):-
Nine patients with neonatal malabsorption syndrome and low birth weight infants were treated with PPN support. 10 cases of newborns were as control. The results showed that increases in weekly average body weight and plasma albumin after treatment were higher in the therapeutical group than in control group ( P
7.Modification of brain GABA_A receptor subunit ?1,?3,?5,?2L and ?2S expression in audiogenic seizure rat following tolerance to clobazam
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
AIM To investigate the modification of GABA A receptor subunits in audiogenic seizure rat cortex and hippocampus when rendered tolerant to clobazam. METHODS Rats were administrated with clobazam for two weeks, resulting in tolerance to clobazam. GABA A receptor subunit ?1, ?3, ?5, ?2L and ?2S were assayed using quantitative competitive RT PCR in rat FrPaM and hippocampus. RESULTS In FrPaM,the content of mRNA encoding for ?1,?2L and ?2S were all significantly decreased (27%,43% and 37% respectively),whereas that of ?5 was significantly increased (73%) compared with the control. In hippocampus, ?1, ?2L, and ?2S mRNA content was significantly decreased (28%, 32% and 31% respectively). CONCLUSION The accomodated change in GABA A receptor subunit ?1, ?5,?2L and ?2S in FrPaM and hippocampus may be associated with the mechanism for tolerance to clobazam in audiogenic seizure rat.
8.Comparison of the effect of TACE and TACE combined with PEI and RF on liver metastasis
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1999;0(04):-
Objective:To evaluate the different effect of TACE and TACE combined with PEI and RF in treating liver metastasis.Methods:67 patients with liver metastasis were classified as group TACE(46 cases)and combined group including TACE+PEI(7 cases) and group TACE+RF(14 cases). All patients were analyzed after treatment by follow-up、CT and their blood biochemical tests. Results:The rate of tumor shrinkage and necrosis was 46.8% and 20.7%,while the contrast group was 78.9%,49.2% respectively(P
9.Complications of augmentation mammoplasty: ultrasonic diagnosis
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2002;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the significance of using 2-dimonsional ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the complications of augmentation mammoplasty. Methods 21 cases were diagnosed by the 7.0~11.0 MHz high-frequency 2-dimonsional ultrasonography and color Dopplar ultrasonography, which were proved by the second operation. Results There were characteristic 2-dimonsional voice pictures in the implants folding, moving, oozing, and sclerosis of membrane, and the tissues around the implants had more or less color blood picture and Dopplar frequency expression. Conclusion Ultrasonography has great diagnostic value and clinical significance in the detection of complications after augmentation mammoplasty.
10.The protective effect of hemodilution on the lung against ischemia-reperfusion injury
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(01):-
C. Conclusion Adequate hemodilution can attenuate the lung injury induced by I/R. The protective effect is better if hemodilution is performed before I/R.
