2.Latest update on diagnosis and treatment of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome in children
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(3):289-292
Steroid-restant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) is often continuously relapsed, and even develops into end-stage renal di-sease. It has been a great difficulty in the treatment of nephritic syndrome in children. In recent years, many researchers of children SRNS on diagnosis, pathology, treatment have been carried on domestically and in abroad. This paper reviews the latest update on the di-agnosis and treatment of SRNS in children.

Chinese Journal of Disease Control & Prevention 2001;5(2):145-147
Exposure to high concentration fluoride could do harm to many systems and organs. Recently, great progress has been mad e on the effect of fluoride exposure on immune function including cell immunity, mucosal immunity and cytokines. The aim of this review is to report it.
4.An in vitro study of fluoride release rate of F-containing thermoplastic resina
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To observe the fluoride release rate of F-containing thermoplastic resina, trying to find a suitable concentration of fluoride in thermoplastic resina to prevent caries in base teeth of partial denture restorations.Methods:Na2(PO3)F-containing thermoplastic resina, respectively 0,10%,15%,20% and 25%(w/w)in concentration were cut into three 1 g blocks and immersed in 100,200 and 500 ml deionized water. These composite resins in 100 ml and 200 ml solutions were replaced every 1,2,3,6,9,16 days(every 7 days after that)until two months later,500 ml solution was reserved after 3,6,9 days every 7 days later until two months,2 ml of which were reserved every time. The fluoride release rates of these thermoplastic resina were tested by potentiometry. Results:All thermoplastic resina containing different concentrations of fluoride could release F-during the period of 65 days. Conclusion:When Na2(PO3)F is mixed in thermoplastic resina,it releases fluoride slowly.Thermoplastic resina containing 15% F-has higher release rates of fluoride.

Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Macrophages are important immumo-active cells,They are integral components in the specific or nonspecific immunologic responses, We report a method for separation of macrophages using serum-coated flasks. The high viability and highly purified acmacrophages can be obtained,There are no apparent differences in basic biological activity between isolated and original macrophages. No soimulus is used in our method

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(10):-
Object To study the antitumor action of KANGXIANLING (KXL), a traditional herbal preparation and its mechanism of action at molecular pharmacological level. Methods Effect of KXL containing serum on cell periferation and protein expression of P 21 WAF1/CIP1 of human hepatic cancer HepG 2 were studied by serologic pharmacologic tests. Results KXL containing serum at concentrations of 18, 9, 3 g/kg inhibited proliferation of ex vivo cultured HepG 2 cells by (63.09?5.08)%,(55.09?4.09)%, and (48.08?4.08)% respectively. Their cytotoxicities were (48.06?4.08)%, (38.09?5.01)%, and ( 25.00? 4.13)% respectively, which were all higher than that of blank serum without KXL (P
7.Advances in the experimental study of the use of mesenchy- mal stem cells for the treatment of inhalation injury.
Chinese Journal of Burns 2015;31(3):238-240
Inhalation injury seriously threatens the survival and quality of life in burn and trauma patients. So far there is no breakthrough in the treatment of inhalation injury. A significant advance has been witnessed in the experimental study of the use of stem cells in the treatment of lung injury in recent years. In this paper, according to the results of our study in the systemic transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of inhalation injury, the effect of mesenchymal stem cells on anti-inflammatory process and repair of lung tissues in inhalation injury, and its possible mechanisms are reviewed.

8.The Effect of Pseudolaric Acid on the Expression of VEGF in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells
Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(1):10-12
Objective To investigate the effect of pseudolaric acid B(PAB) on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human hepatoma BEL-7402 cells. Methods BEL-7402 cells were cultured with PAB (0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0μmol · L-1) for 6 h and stained with 0.4%trypan blue. The cell viability was observed and calculated under the microscope. The cell proliferation was detected by WST-8 analysis. The expression of VEGF mRNA in BEL-7402 cells was detected using RT-PCR method. The expression of VEGF protein in BEL-7402 cells was detected using Western blot assay. Results There was no significant difference in the cell proliferation of BEL-7402 cells between different PAB treat-ment groups and control group. With the increased concentration of PAB, the expressions of VEGF mRNA were significantly decreased in different PAB treatment groups (1.90±0.02,1.31±0.03,0.86±0.04,0.60±0.03 and 0.34±0.02) compared with that of control group (2.53±0.07, P<0.01). The expressions of VEGF protein were significantly decreased in different PAB treat-ment groups (2.60±0.09, 2.42±0.07, 1.85±0.05, 0.92±0.05 and 0.60±0.04) compared with that of control group (3.06±0.15, P<0.01). Conclusion PAB can inhibit the expressions of VEGF mRNA and protein in BEL-7402 cells.
9.THE EFFECT OF PERITONEAL MACROPHAGE CULTURE SUPERNATANTS ON MOUSE HEMOPOIESIS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
BFU-E growth is enhanced significantly after addition of either non-stimulated or LPS-stimulated peritoneal macrophage culture supernatants. This supernatant shows positive and negative control on the growth of CFU-E and CFU-GM, low concentration supernatant shows promoting activity and high concentration supernatant presents inhibition. The LPS-stimulated supernatant shows much stronger promoting activities than non-stimulated supernatant. This supernatant has no obviously action on the proliferation of CFU-S. The mechanism of the regulation of mouse hemopoiesis by the conditioned media of the peritoneal macrophage is discussed. Our results show that this supernatant of cultured peritoneal macrophages may contain EPO-like, BPA-like and CSF-GM-like factors.
10.Relative analysis on clinical characteristics from 52 cases of the collateral circulation establishment with total coronary occlusion
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(12):-
Objective To find out the factors which influence the establishment of collateral circulation as well as its clinical characteristics by analyzing the sufferers' medical records. Methods Review and collect the records of the first coronary angiography, and we can find the total occlusion of one coronary after coronary angiography. There are 52 cases in which people who suffered the establishment of collateral circulation stay in hospital for treatment. Here,we take 52 cases in which people didn't suffer into comparison and analyze these clinical records. Results Use the Logistic regression method to analyze the relationship between general clinical data, past history, habits, current medication and the establishment of collateral circulation, which relates to the diabetes mellitus anamnesis, exercise and drinking habits, with the regression coefficient is 0.408,0.483,0.197(P
