1.QUANTITATIVE ANALYSES OF MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF MYOCARDIAC CELLS ASSOCIATED WITH AGE IN RATS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(05):-
Objective To study the regularities of myocardiac cells with age increasing. Methods 30 male rats were used in the experiment and divided into three groups:infant group (20\|25 day), young group (3\|5 month) and old group (13\|15 month). Routine paraffine sections were made for PTAH staining and data of cell area, nuclear area, ratio of nucleus to cytoplasm, nuclear ellipticity were measured by image computer analyzer. Results With advancing age:1\^ Cell area and nuclear area became larger; the ratio of nucleus to cytoplasm was declined; nuclear ellipticity turned high. 2\^The cell area of ventricular myocytes was bigger than that of atrial myocytes, the cell area of left atrial myocytes and left ventricular myocytes was bigger than that of right ones, and the cell area of interventricular septum was between that of right ventricular myocytes and left ones. 3\^ Myocardiac cells became thicker and longer; intercalated disc got distinct and complex. Conclusion The growth of nuclei seem to slower than that of myocardiac cells; the morphology of nucleus changes from round to ellipse; Round nucleus is one of important features of young cells; the cells in atrium is younger than that of ventricle.
2.Effects of Suanzaoren Decoction on Learning and Memory Ability and Brain Neurotransmitters Content of Senile Insomnia Model Rats
China Pharmacy 2016;27(22):3085-3087
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Suanzaoren decoction on learning and memory ability and brain neurotransmit-ters content of senile insomnia model rats. METHODS:Rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive group [Estazolam tablet,2 × 10-3 g/(kg·d)] and Suanzaoren decoction low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose groups [5,10,15 g/(kg·d)],with 10 rats in each group. Except for normal group, those groups were given D-galactose ih on the back+sleep depriva-tion to induce senile insomnia model. 6 weeks after modeling, treatment groups were given relevant medicine intragastrically for one week, and normal group and model group were given normal saline intragastrically. The escape latency, the percentage of swimming time and the time of original platform crossing were observed, and the contents of Glu and GABA in cerebral tissue were determined as well as the contents of IL-1β and 5-HT in hypothalamus. RESULTS:Compared with normal group, escape la-tency of rats prolonged and the contents of IL-1β and 5-HT in hypothalamus decreased, while the percentage of swimming time of original platform quadirant, the time of original platform crossing and the contents of Glu and GABA in cerebral tissue increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, above index of treatment groups improved significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with positive group, the changes of above index were more significant in Suanzaoren decoction middle-dose and high-dose groups, with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Suanzaoren decoction could markedly enhance the learning and memory ability of senile insomnia model rats, and reduce neurotransmitters content and relieve the delayed neuronal damage which led by Glu and GABA.

4.Impact of parents' occupational class and intergenerational occupational mobility on children's health in the future
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2012;(6):367-370
Objective To assess the impact of parents' occupational class and intergenerational occupational mobility on children's mental health so as to provide evidence for improving health equity. Methods Chinese general social survey 2005 (CGSS2005) dataset was used for multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA).Results The proportion of children whose father or mother was of lowerclass occupation was 59.0% and 62.9%,respectively.When grew up,this figure dropped to 49.8%.Those whose father was in the higher-class occupational group reported better mental health status (F =1.449,P=0.015).Downward occupational class mobility experience also increased the risk of mental illness (F =3.050,P =0.048).Conclusion This study suggests an independent relationship between mental health and parents' occupational class and intergenerational occupational mobility.
5."Outcome evaluation for the ""10,000 primary care doctors to rural households"" campaign in Jining city"
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;31(2):96-99
Objective Overall evaluation of the outcomes of the 10,000 primary care doctors to rural households campaign in Jining city,to provide a reference for further implementation of the policy. Methods Multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used for field questionnaires and interviews of rural residents, village doctors and medical workers sent from cities engaged in the campaign. Results The 90.0% of the rural residents under contract feel satisfied with the level, items, attitude and activeness of the service provided by doctors from cities; 98.3% of the village doctors said they have been trained by medical workers from cities; 87.0% and 68.4% of the village doctors and such medical workers hold that this campaign helps with sinking high quality health resources into rural areas. Conclusion The campaign and policy are conducive to upgrading health service in rural areas, which can be proliferated with further optimization.
6.The relationship between oxidative stress and estrogen receptor levels in ectopic endometrium and pelvic pain
Tianjin Medical Journal 2016;44(1):88-90,130
Objective To discuss the role of oxidative stress (OS) and estrogen receptor (ER) levels in ectopic endome-trium in patients with pelvic pain. Methods The ectopic endometrium was taken from patients with mild, moderate and se-vere pelvic pain, and samples were divided into mild group (n=29), moderate group (n=34) and severe group (n=26). The nor-mal samples of endometrium (n=30) were used as control group. Xanthine oxidase method was used to detect the level of su-peroxide dismutase (SOD), thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method was used to detect the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the level of estrogen receptor (ER). The correlation of MDA, SOD and ER lev-els was analysed between three ectopic endometrium groups. Results The SOD levels were significantly lower and MDA and ER levels were significantly higher in three ectopic endometrium groups than those in control group (P<0.05). The SOD levels were decreased, while MDA and ER levels were gradually increased with increased pain intensity in three groups of ec-topic endometrium (P<0.05). There was no correlation between MDA level and ER level in mild group (P>0.05). A posi-tive correlation was found between MDA and ER levels in moderate and severe groups (P<0.05). There was no relationship between SOD and ER levels in three ectopic endometrium groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Over-expression of OS and ER presents in ectopic endometrium, and both participate in the occurrence of pelvic pain, and create synergies in pelvic pain of ectopic endometrium.
