Renyu GUO ; Shudong QIU ;
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(02):-
In ultrastructural level, this paper shows that the pig bile extracts and its effective constituent, the sodium deoxycholate, could fragment the Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro, The flagellum and caudal projection were splitted up; the plasma membrane, the intracellular membrane system, such as the limiting membranes of hydrogcnosome, phagosome and nuclear envelope were injured too; and cytoplasm was condensed, even the whole body was fragmented. The mechanism of the effeces is probably due to the fact that the surface activity of the drugs accelerated degradation of lipids which are made of the biomembrane system of human trichomonas vaginalis.

Objective To analyze the factors related to the fetal death and to find the effective interventions. Methods 84 women with fetal death were recruited.Clinical data were collected and analyzed based on the retro-spective method.Results Among the 84 women,21 women with pregnancy complications,2 women delivered fetal macrosomia,2 women with oligohydramnios,4 women with polyhydramnios,50 women with abnormal umbilical cord, 1 woman with fetal growth restriction,1 woman with racket -shaped placenta,2 women with unknown causes,and 1 woman with placental calcification.Conclusion The main cause of fetal death was pregnancy complications and umbilical cord abnormalities.The early diagnosis,promptly correct,and timely termination of pregnancy will be the effective interventions to prevent the development of the fetal death.
6.VEGF in the treatment and prognosis of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(4):286-288
Angiogenesis plays a critical role in growth and metastasis of lung cancer.The strongest tumor angiogenesis factor known is the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).Therefore,anti-VEGF therapy which can restrain tumor angiogenesis is an important form of the targeted therapy of lung cancer.The expression of VEGF is also significant to the prognosis of lung cancer.
7.The status of research on estimated glomerular filtration rate and its challenges
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(6):404-407
Chronic kidney disease ( CKD ) is a worldwide public health problem.Glomerular filtration rate ( GFR ) is a key indicator for early diagnosis and accurate classification of CKD , how to estimate GFR accurately and conveniently has been a difficulty and hot-points.We describes the development of several major eGFR equations based on creatinine and cystatin C , analysis the impact of the different research methods on performance of equation , and discusses the issue in research and application of eGFR in China.Accordingly make the following recommendations ( 1 ) Expand the study size ( multiple centers) and participants number , then develop and validate eGFR equations based on Chinese population ;(2) Standardize the gold standardof GFR in the study and unify the analysis and evaluation methods;(3) Promote the consistency and standardization of creatinine and cystatin C which is the basis for the wide range of applications of the eGFR formula.
8.Regulation of expression of TGF-?_1 and TGF -?type Ⅱ receptor in kidney of diabetic rat treated by losartan
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2000;0(06):-
ObjectiveTo investigate the kidney protective e ffects of losartan in diabetic rat and its kidney protective mechanism. MethodsThe rats were randomly divided into the following groups:norm al control (group C), streptozotocin diabetic (group DM) and diabetic rats t reated with losartan (group DL). After eight weeks study, the mRNA expressions of transforming growth factor ? 1(TGF ? 1), TGF ?type Ⅱ receptor (T? RⅡ)and fibronectin in renal cortices of all three groups were measured by quan titative reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR). The prote in expressions of transforming growth factor ? 1(TGF ? 1), T?RⅡ and fib ronectin in renal cortices of all three groups were measured by histoimmunochemi stry.The levels of blood glucose,urea and creatinine were measured by biochemic al assy.The concentrations of blood insulin and angiotensin Ⅱ were measured by radioimmunoassay. The rates of urinary albumin excretion were measured by sulfos alicylic acid assay.ResultsAfter eight weeks, mean glomerula r volume, kidney weight / body weight ratio, urinary albumin excretion ratio, bl ood urea and creatinine were significantly higher in diabetic group than in norm al control group(P

10. The role of tumor-associated macrophages in remodeling tumor immune microenvironment
Tumor 2013;33(10):922-927
Majority of experimental and clinical studies have shown a pro-tumoral function of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) which occupy a large part in matrix cells. TAMs promote tumor cell invasion and migration, and their number is related to malignant degree and poor prognosis. Macrophages plasticity makes it possible to change the tumor microenvironment and remodel tumor immune in cancer immunotherapy. Increasing researches have revealed the TAMs' effect on tumor microenvironment and put forward tumor immune treatments aiming at TAMs. Here this review presents the recent research of TAMs in remodeling tumor immune microenvironment and immune targeted therapies, such as the origin of TAMs, the immunosuppression effect of TAMs on tumor microenvironment, tumor extracellular matrix remodeling, and promotion of angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis Copyright © 2013 by TUMOR.
