Objective To investigate the protective efficacy of anisodamine against heart injury after ischemia reperfusion in patients with right coronary artery acute myocardial infarction during percutaneous coronary intervention, and to explore the possible mechanism. Methods Totally 80cases with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEAMI) were received primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:anisodamine group (40 cases),5 mg anisodamine was administered when the blood flow recovery after the balloon extension, and control group (40 cases) received saline. The rhythm and rate of heart were observed through the electrocardiogram (ECG) monitor in 30 min after the blood flow recovery. The pressure of aorta were observed through the pressure sensor connected to aorta through catheter.TIMI flow grade (TFG)and corrected TIMI frame count (cTFC) were used to evaluate coronary flow during PCI.Electrocardiography was performed to analysis ST segment resolution 30 min and 24 h after PCI.Venous blood was obtained before and 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h,24 h and 48 h after PCI to test the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD),malonyldialdehyde (MDA),creatine kinase isozymes (CKMB) and cardiac troponin I(cTNI) in plasma. Results There were 20 cases(50.0%)of sinus bradycardia,7cases(17.5 %) of high degree atrioventricular block (AVB),20 cases (50.0 % )of frequent ventricular premature,14 cases (35.0%) of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, 5 cases (12.5%) of ventricular fibrillation,19 cases(47.5 %) of hypotension,3 cases (7.5 %)of no-reflow phenomenon in anisodamine group which were lower than control group,31 cases (77.5%)of sinus bradycardia,14 cases(35.0%) of high degree AVB,17 cases(72.5%) of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,8 cases (42.5%) of ventricular fibrillation,30 cases (75.0%) of hypotension,6 cases of no-reflow phenomenon (P<0.05).There were more ST fall>50% after rise in anisodamine group than control group after PCI 30 min,but no difference was found after 24 h. The CKMB and cTNI peak value occurred earlier in anisodamine group than control group (P<0.05).The level of SOD was increased,MDA decreased in anisodamine group compared with control group after PCI 30 min and 24 h (both P<0.05). Conclusions The use of anisodamine as the blood flow recovery after the balloon extension can reduce no-reflow phenomenon, various of arrhythmia and hypotension during PCI.The underlying mechanism involves the inhibition of oxygen radicals and the improvement of microcirculation.

Objective To study the clinical characteristics, pathology, and treatment for papillary carcinoma of the breast. Methods The clinical data of 17 patients of papillary carcinoma of the breast admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wen Zhou Medical College were retrospectively analyzed. Results Papillary carcinoma of the breast accounted for 0.64% of all breast cancer cases hospitalized during last 10 years. All cases had palpable lumps in the breast.12 cases received modified radical mastectomy,2 cases received simple mastectomy,2 cases underwent breast conservation therapy,1 case underwent simple mastectomy plus sentinel lymph node biopsy.15 patients received postoperative chemotherapy, among those 5 cases also received radiotherapy.During a 32.5-month median follow-up ( 1 month to 8 years),one case with bone metastases died 2 years postoperatively and another one died of multimetastases 7 years later. Conclusions The prognosis of papillary carcinoma of the breast is closely related with its pathology type. For intraductal papillary carcinoma low-traumatic therapy is applicable, while in case of infiltrating papillary carcinoma or invasive micropapillary carcinoma ( IMPC ),more aggressive therapies like that adopted for infiltrating ductal carcinoma are recommended.

From the perspective of portable monitoring devices,we use an analog front-end AFE4490 design a module of Non-invasive blood oxygen measurement, used to collect human pulse wave signal and peak (valley) value detection and then use the principles of non-invasive oximetry calculated oxygen saturation (SPO2). This design of noninvasive oximetry module has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption, and the results of test show that the measurement of oxygen saturation are correct.

Objective To evaluate the endothelial function in diabetic patients by high resolution sonography. Methods The intima-media thicknesses (IMT) of the bilateral carotid artery, femoral artery and the iliac artery of 22 elderly patients and 142 non-elderly patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and 20 elderly and 20 non-elderly healthy persons were measured. The changes of the diameter of brachial artery were determined by measuring the diameter of brachial artery during reactive hyperemia and after sublingual nitroglycerin. Results The increased percentage of the brachial artery diameter under reactive hyperemia was significantly lower in elderly patients with DM (10. 03?6. 39)% than that in the elderly healthy control (15. 87?4. 79)% (P 0. 05). The IMT in elderly patients with early-stage DM incrassated significantly(P

Objectives: To investigate the effects of adhesion and proliferation of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in the surface of lactic acid/glycolic acid/asparagic acid-co-polyethylene glycol PLGA-[ASP-PEG] tri-block polymer scaffolds, try to find a new biomaterial to induce seed cells in vitro for bone tissue engineering. Methods: Modified PLGA with polyethylene glycol (PEG) and asparagic acid (ASP) that has many ligands, and synthesis PLGA-[ASP-PEG] polymer material. BMSCs were cultured in PLGA-[ASP-PEG] polymer material and PLGA used as control group. Through precipitation method, MTT assay and total cellular protein detection to test the adhersion and proliferation of BMSCs. Scanning electron microscope is used to observe cells appearance. Results: BMSCs on the surface of PLGA-[ASP-PEG] polymer scaffolds are adherention to the culture flask, the number of cells is much higher than PLGA’s. The precipitation method suggest that adhesion and proliferation of BMSCs on the surface of PLGA-[ASP-PEG] is much higher than the control group(P
