Objective To study the electroacupuncture effects of the single point Zusanli or Sanyinjiao on simple obese rats and to observe the regulation of fat metabolism.M[ethods Before and after the treatment, the body weights and lengths of rats in each group were measured tO calculate the Lee's index;besides, total cholesteriol (TC) and triglycerides (TG) in the rat blood were also determined. Finally, the rats were treated and observed for tWO courses, and SPSS11.5 statistical software was employed to conduct statistical analysis of the experimental data. Results A significant difference was observed about the effects on the height, weight,Lee's index,TC and TG between treatment group and the model group or normal control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),but no significant difference between treatment group and normal control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture of Zusanli and Sanyinjiao points has effects on simple-obesity rats, which can make weight loss and decrease Lee's index,TC and TG levels. The underlying mechanism may relate to the improvements of fat metabolism.

OBJECTIVE:To assess whether Alprostadil plays a role in improving renal function of renal recipi?ents.METHODS:A randomized control clinical trial was designed between January1,2001and February28,2004.Alprostadil was administered in85renal recipients who received60?g Alprostadil while transplanting kidney and each day after opera?tion. The effects of Alprostadil were compared with the control group which included276recipients to determine the influences of Alprostadil on urine, creatinine(Cr)and creatinine clearance(Ccr).Under Doppler Ultrasound the renal blood flow resis?tance_indexes(RI)were measured. The rates of acute renal graft rejection(AR)and delayed graft function(DGF)were also calculated in both groups.RESULTS:Urine and Ccr were significantly higher in Alprostadil_treated group than in control. On the contrary Cr and RI were significantly lower in Alprostadil_treated group than in control.Alprostadil_treated group also showed a significantly lower incidence of DGF,but the incidences of rejection in both groups were equal.CONCLUSION:The findings suggest that the addition of Alprostadil to renal recipients improves early graft function and reduce the incidence of DGF,but does not influence the incidence of rejection.

Objective:To summarize the best evidence for the evaluation and management strategies of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury, and provide a basis for medical staff to carry out standardized evaluation and management of adolescent non suicidal self injury. Methods:According to evidence-based nursing methods and the "6S"evidence pyramid model, the evidences of non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents, including guidelines, standards, case report, evidence summary, randomized controlled trial (RCT) , systematic review, clinical practice and other evidences were searched in BMJ Best Practice, UpToDate, World Health Organization, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, National Guidelines Clearinghouse, Registered Nurses ' Association of Ontario, Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network, American College of Physicians Club, Australian Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-based Health Care Center Library, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO, China Biology Medicine disc, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, Medlive and other databases. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to June 30, 2022. The quality evaluation of the articles was evaluated by two researchers trained in the evidence-based curriculum. Included studies were pre-graded using the Australian JBI Evidence-based Health Centre Evidence pre-grading system and the Evidence Recommendation Level System (2014 edition) . Results:Finally, a total of 18 articles were included, including 5 guidelines, 2 standards, 1 case report, 1 evidence summary, 3 systematic reviews, 1 Meta-analysis, 2 clinical practices and 3 RCT studies. A total of 22 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 6 dimensions, such as screening and assessment, multi-professional and multi-form intervention strategies, training and education, self-management strategies, disposal after self-injury treatment and follow-up.Conclusions:The best evidence based on evidence-based assessment and management strategies of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury is scientific and practical, which can provide reference for the clinical practice of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury.
