1.Observation of comprehensive effect of different drugs for ectopic endometrium after laparoscopic surgery

Objective To observe the comprehensive effect of different drugs for ectopic endometrium after laparoscopic surgery.Methods According to random number,75 intrauterine membrane patients with endometriosis treated by laparoscopy were divided into control group(25 cases),mifepristone group(25 cases)and gestrinone group (25 cases).The patients of the control group were not taken medication,the patients of mifepristone group in postop-erative clothing were treated with mifepristone,the patients of gestrinone groups in postoperative plus gestrinone treat-ment.All of the patients were taken 6 months treatment,therapy,pregnancy rates,and adverse reactions of three groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76.0%,which of the mifepristone group was 96.0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 =4.15,P <0.05),which of the gestri-none group was 92.0%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2 =2.38,P <0.05). The incidence rate of side effects in mifepristone group was 12.0%,which was lower than 36.0% of gestrinone group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =8.39,P <0.05 ).The patients combined infertility were 17 cases,after the treatment for pregnancy 8 cases,the cumulative pregnancy rate of mifepristone group was 66.7%, which was higher than 20.0% of gestrinone group,and the difference was significant (χ2 =4.15,P <0.05).Conclusion Simple using abdominal mirror operation treatment uterine within film different bit syndrome patients of effect not too ideal,but operation through taking meters non -division ketone or pregnancy three ketone can obviously improve treat-ment has efficiency,reduced recurrence rate,while can increased pregnancy rate and reduced patients of bad reaction occurred rate,is a security efficient of treatment programme,worth promotion in the clinical treatment.
2.Correlation between behavioural and psychological symptoms and cerebra white matter lesions in patients with Alzheimer's disease

Objective To investigate the correlation between behavioural and psychological symptoms and cerebral white matter lesions (WMLs) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods Sixty patients with AD aged more than 60 years (AD group) and 40 age-, sex-matched subjects with normal cognitive function (control group) were recruited. data of cerebral CT were analyzed blindly. The sum of WMLs in 8 regions, such as bilateral frontal region, parieto-occipital region, temporal region, and subtentorial region, etc were used as the total score of WMLs, and the cerebrovascular lesions revealed on CT were detected. The AD group was assessed with the Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI). Results There were significant differences in total WML score (1. 450 ±2. 310 vs. 9. 640 ± 1. 566, P =0. 000), left frontal WMLs (0. 340 ± 0. 340 vs. 1. 720 ± 0. 248, P = 0. 001), fight frontal WMLs (0. 310 ±0. 560 vs. 1. 680 ±0. 312, P =0. 001), left parieto-occipital WMLs (0. 240 ±0. 360 vs. 1. 550 ±0. 244, P =0. 012), right parieto-oecipital WMLs (0. 140 ±0. 230 vs. 1. 450 ± 0. 231, P = 0. 006) and cerebrovascular lesions (0. 120 ± 0. 330 vs. 2. 230 ± 0. 378, P = 0. 002) hetwsen the AD group and the control group. Spearman correlation analysis showed that NPI was correlated with the total WML score (rs =0. 487, P = 0. 016), left frontal WMLs (rs =0. 490, P = 0. 014), right frontal WMLs (rs = 0. 502, P = 0. 014), left parieto-occipital WMLs (rs =0. 507, P =0. 012) and right parieto-occipital WMLs (rs =0. 521, P = 0. 014), and it was not correlated with the cerebrovascular lesions (rs = 0. 132, P = 0. 590).Conclusions WMLs and cerebrovascular lesions are essential in the onset of AD and disease development. WMLs are closely correlated with the behavioural and psychological symptoms in patients with AD.
3.Expressions and significances of microRNA-21, PTEN, NF-κB and caspase-9 in colon carcinoma

Objective To investigate expressions of microRNA-21 (miR-21),PTEN,NF-κB,and caspase-9 in colon carcinoma and their possible mechanisms in progression of tumor.Methods Expressions of above-mentioned indexes and percentage of apoptotic cells in colon carcinoma,colon adenoma,and normal tissue specimen were detected.Results Expressions of miR-21,PTEN,N F-κB,and caspase9 in normal tissue were 0.39 ±0.02,50%,25%,and 50%.Expressions of them in colon adenoma were 0.62 ±0.06,50%,35%,and 55%,and those in colon carcinoma were 0.88 ±0.04,30%,75%,and 20%.Percentage of apoptotic cells were (24.64 ± 7.66) %,(15.86 ± 1.44) %,and (6.20 ± 2.57) %,respectively.The above P-values were all less than 0.05.Expression of miR-21 was positively correlated with TNM stage,depth of infiltration,differentiated level and expression of NF-κB while inversely correlated with PTEN and caspase-9 expressions and percentage of apoptotic cells.The r-values were 0.647,0.297,0.259,0.519,-0.299,-0.388,and-0.931,respectively.Conclusions Hyperexpression of miR-21 participated in progression of colon carcinoma probably through down-regulating expressions of PTEN and caspase-9 and up-regulating expression of NF-κB and then suppressing cell apoptosis.
4.Expressions of p63 mRNA and murine double minute 2 in esophageal cancer and molecular mechanisms involved

Objective To explore the expressions and the roll of p63mRNA and murine double minute 2(MDM-2) protein in esophageal squamous cell cancer and the prognosis of the cancer.Methods The expressions of p63mRNA and MDM-2 protein in 38 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and the corresponding esophageal normal tissues were detected using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of deltaNp63 mRNA in all malignant and normal tissues were 63.5% and 52.63% respectively,without significant difference.The expression of the DeltaNp63 mRNA was significantly higher in low differentiated group than in well and moderate differentiated group,without significant difference in age,gender,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.Only 1 of 38 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues presented TAp63 mRNA expression and all esophageal normal tissues had no TAp63 mRNA expression.The positive rates of MDM-2 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and normal tissues were 65.79% and 5% respectively,with significant difference.The expression level of the MDM-2 protein was higher significantly in low differentiated group than in well and moderate differentiated group,with significant difference in clinical stage and without significant difference in age,gender and lymph node metastasis.The DeltaNp63 mRNA expression in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was positively related to MDM-2 protein expression.Conclusion The major isotype expressed in the esophageal cancer and epithelia is DeltaNp63,which may play an important role in the carcinogenesis,development and prognosis of the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.TAp63 is not the major isotype expressed in the esophageal cancer and epithelia,and not related to the carcinogenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.High expression of MDM-2 protein is associated with the carcinogenesis of esophageal squamous cell cancer and related to the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.DeltaNp63 regulates the cell cycle and apoptosis through the pathway of MDM2 and causes the carcinogenesis of esophageal squamous cell cancer.
5.The use of autohemodilution and intraoperative retransfusion of the blood loss during orthopaedic surgery

6.Comparison of the effect of myomectomy and uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To compare the effect of myomectomy and uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine fibroids .Methods 158 patients who were pathologically diagnosed uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the uterine artery embolization group and myomectomy group ,79 cases in each group .The blood loss 3 days after operation,pelvic pain and pressure symptoms ,hospitalization time,follow-up and time of normal activity were recorded and compared.Results The pelvic pain,pressure symptoms,hospitalization time,cure rate,incidence rate of compli-cations and recurrence rate of the two groups had no statistically significant differences ( t=1.21,0.97,1.06,χ2 =0.98,1.21,1.32,all P>0.05).The postoperative bleeding score ,time of return to normal activity in the uterine artery embolization group were (5.8 ±0.5) points,(9.8 ±1.8) d,which were better than those of the myomectomy group[(4.9 ±0.4)points,(25.9 ±5.1)d](t=3.76,5.98,all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the myomec-tomy and uterine artery embolization treatment for uterine leiomyoma is similar ,and both have high efficiency and safe-ty,but the uterine artery embolization treatment has less impact on the body of patients .
7.Growth, reproduction and blood physiological and biochemical indexes in an atopic dermatitis mouse model

BACKGROUND:The skin lesions, pathological and immunological characteristics of Nc/Nga mice are consistent with human atopic dermatitis, and as an atopic dermatitis animal model, it has great research value. But there are no reports on the physiological and biochemical parameters of Nc/Nga mice in China. OBJECTIVE:To observe the growth and reproduction and blood physiological and biochemical parameters of atopic dermatitis model of NC/Nga mice METHODS:The data of reproductive performance of NC/Nga mice from the first to the third generation was analyzed, including mean litter size, weaning rate, pregnancy rate and generation interval. The body mass of 60 Nc/Nga mice with 1-56 days old was measured, 30 mice of female and male, then the growth curve was draw. The blood samples from the infraorbital vessels were col ected to detect the blood physiological and biochemical parameters in the mice. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The mean delivery interval of Nc/Nga mice was (25.8±3.1) days, mean litter size was (7.5±2.5) mice, mean weaning rate was (97.2±1.2)%, the mean pregnancy rate was (97.0±1.4)%, and there was no significant difference among the three generations of these mice (P>0.05). The body mass of Nc/Nga mice was increased with the time increasing of days, the body mass of the mice was maximal within 1-2 weeks post-weaning, and there was no significant difference in body mass between males and females at 6 weeks post-weaning (P>0.05). Comparison of the blood physiological and biochemical parameters of mice at the same age between males and females showed that the levels of red blood cells and hemoglobin in female mice were significantly higher than those in the male mice;the platelet count in the male mice was significantly higher than that in the female mice (P<0.05);the triglycerides and albumin levels in the female mice were higher than those in the male mice (P<0.05). The results indicate that the gender and age may influence the blood physiological and biochemical parameters of Nc/Nga mice.
8.Clinical observations on the efficacy of total glucosides of paeony combined with ebastine in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of total glucosides of paeony combined with ebastine for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods A randomized,open-labeled,positive drugcontrolled,parallel-group study was carried out.Sixty patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups using a random digit table:combined group treated with total glucosides of paeony 600 mg thrice daily combined with ebastine 10 mg per day,control group treated with ebastine 10 mg per day only.The treatment lasted 12 weeks followed by a four-week follow-up.Adverse reactions were recorded and treatment efficacy was evaluated by using urticaria activity score over seven days (UAS7).Results The UAS7 was 9.28 ±4.59,5.83 ± 4.44 and 7.52 ± 5.57 in the combined group on week 8,12 after the initiation of treatment and week 4 after the withdrawal of treatment,respectively,significantly lower than that in the control group at the three time points (13.29 ± 4.72,P < 0.05; 9.86 ± 5.46,P < 0.01; 16.21 ± 5.34,P < 0.01).Significant differences were observed in the response rate between the combined group and control group at the end of the 12-week treatment (75.9% vs.42.9%,x2 =4.56,P < 0.05).There was a decreased recurrence rate in the combined group combined with the control group at the end of the follow-up (13.6% vs.50.0%,x2 =3.90,P <0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were noted in either of the two groups.Conclusion Total glucosides of paeony could markedly enhance the efficacy of ebastine for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria with a reduction in recurrence rate.
9.The Effect of a Selective COX-2 Inhibitor on Cell Growth in Human Colorectal Cancer Cell Line

Objective To study the effect of a selective COX-2 inhibitor Celecoxib on cell proliferation and apoptosis of human coloretal cancer cell line HT-29 to seek an effective and safe drug for colon cancer chemoprevention. Methods Using MTT assay, flow cytometry(FCM), acridine orange and ethidium bromide staining, the effect of celecoxib on the proliferation and apoptosis of HT-29 cells were investigated. Results The growth of HT-29 cells was inhibited by celecoxib in a dose- and time- dependent manners. FCM analysis showed that the treated HT-29 cells had typical Sub-G 1 peak, the apoptotic rate of which was (7 31?2 37)%~(48 3?2 86)%. The cell ratio of G 0/G 1 phase increased, whereas the cell ratio of S and G 2/M phases decreased after treatment, which was in a dose-dependent manner as well. The treated HT-29 cells exhibited some morphological features of apoptosis, including cell shrinkage, nuclear condensation, DNA fragmentation, and the formation of apoptosis bodies, the apoptotic index of which was in a dose- and time- dependent manners. Conclusions Celecoxib inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis of human colorectal cancer cell line HT-29, which may be related to blocking the cell cycle progress of HT-29 cells.

Using inverted microscopy and circuit TV, the morphological type, diameter of arteriovenous anastomoses (AVAs) in 11 rabbit's ear chambers were observed. According the joining forms with arterioles and venules in 68 AVAs, there were 4 types: type Ⅰ 58.8%, type Ⅱ 19.4%, type Ⅲ 11.1%, type ⅣV 10.7%. The inner diameters of the AVAs when dialated, measured 36.6?1.67?m at their arterial ends, 16+0.6?m at their narrow points, 66?4?m at their venous ends.This study showed that dilation of AVAs in the rabbit's ear is a graded response which correlates with the rise in intravertebral canal temperature. Some AVAs have multiple venous segments which vary in diameters. It was observed that the behaviour were different after intravertebral canal warming.
