In order to solve difficulties in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine integration of information resources, based on the research of distributed technology, this article used Web service technology based on SOA architecture associated TCM and western medicine treatment of the same disease. It finally put forward the integrated model of TCM and western medicine information resources based on distributed technology and in-depth design. It solved the problem of professional TCM or western medicine doctors who cannot use combined TCM and western medicine scheme. It realized the integration, reusability and expansibility of TCM and western medicine information resources. It provided important reference for the development of modern medicine.

Objective To investigate the best dignostic cut-off point of non-typical ectopic pregnancy(EP) through the determination of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in 154 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy patients.Methods The serum level of VEGF in 154 cases with suspected EP was determined by means of immunossay technique,and the results were made into ROC-Curve.Results The acreage behind the curve was 0.95,illustrating that the VEGF can be as a better marker for early diagnosis of EP.The serum VEGF level of 200pg/ml was the cut-off point for early diagnosis of EP throash ROC-Curve.Condusion The serum VEGF can be considered as an early diagnostic marker of EP,which cut-off point is benifical to reducing misdiagnosis of EP.

Objective:To share the experience of clinical cooperation of physicians and clinical pharmacists in the treatment of one case of rodenticide poisoning. Methods: One case of rodenticide poisoning was early diagnosed by physicians according to the con-sciousness disorder and coagulation dysfunction. Clinical pharmacists participated in the drug treatment actively through providing vita-min K1 at the dose of 30 mg·d-1 as the treatment dose and monitoring the effectiveness. Toxicology analysis was recommended, and 718 ng·ml-1 bromadiolone was found out in the blood samples. According to the long half-life of bromadiolone, the initial duration of treatment was set at 2-3 months, while follow-up plan and final duration of treatment were defined based on coagulation parameters and poison concentration monitoring results. Results:The patient recovered rapidly after hospitalization due to the cooperation of physicians and clinical pharmacists through quickly correcting diagnosis of physicians and actively participating in medication of clinical pharma-cists. After the 3-month treatment, the coagulation parameters of the patient were normal and the patient was discharged with follow-up. Conclusion:The collaboration of physicians and clinical pharmacists leads to the optimal regimen with early, full dose and long course of vitamin K1 therapy.

Objective To explore the effect of dichlorvos and omethoate exposure on reproductive cells of male animals and to provide the scientific evidence for the integrated precaution and protective measure of the agricultural byproduct pollution.Methods 42 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 7 groups,6 in each group.The 6 groups were dichlorvos and omethoate treated groups,the other was the control group.The mice were treated with dichlorvos or omethoate for 21 consecutive days by gavage,dichlorvos doses were at of 5.0,10.0 and 20.0 mg/kg,omethoate doses were at of 2.5,5.0 and 10.0 mg/kg respectively,the mice in the control group were given physiological saline by gavage at the same volume.The changes of frequency on the sperm abnormality were examined after 21 days.Results Compared with the control group,the frequency of the sperm abnormality in each treated group increased significantly(P

Cavernous transformation of the portal vein in children is a non-hepatic disease of portal hypertension.Color Doppler flow imaging was performed in 7 children with cavernous transformation of the portal vein.All cases were operated and diagnosis was confirned by pathology.The accuracy of diagnosis reached 100%.Some of these cases were examimed by portogram and CT.Three types of sonographs were classified by CDFI:I-extrahepatic I-intrahepatic and extrahepatic;II-intrahepatic.It is suggested that the combination of characteristic color Doppler flow and reahime appearance of cavenous transformation is virtually diagnostic.

Objective To evaluate the antireflux effect of hepaticoduodenostomy plus mucosal papilloplasty.Methods 16 dogs were divided into 3 groups receiving hepaticoduodenostomy plus mucosal papilloplasty (group A), cholecystojejunostomy with antireflux intussusceptive valve preformed in group B, and cholecystojejunostomy in group C, respectively. Objective To observe the effect of different stimulative ways of scalp penetration acupuncture on acute stroke. Methods 90 inpatients with acute stroke from July, 2011 to July, 2014 were randomly divided into manual acupuncture group (n=30), electroacupuncture group (n=30) and simple acupuncture group (n=30). All the groups accepted scalp penetration acupuncture from Baihui (GV20) to Taiyang (EX-HN5) and stimulated manually, electrically and simply maintained, respectively. They were assessed with Neurological Deficit Score (NDS), measured with neuron-specific enolase (NSE) before and 14 days after treatment. The incidence of improvement was observed. Re-sults The NDS was the least in the manual acupuncture group (P<0.05), as well as the serumal level of NSE (P<0.05). The incidence of im-provement was the most in the manual acupuncture group (P<0.05). Conclusion The manual stimulation of scalp penetration acupuncture is more effective on the acute stroke.

Objective To explore the effect of duraphat varnish on reducing orthodontic tooth enamel demineralization around brackets.Methods We Selected 30 patients aged 12 to 14 years old in orthodontic Departrnent of Shenyang Stomatological Hospital from Jan 2011 to Dec 2013 and carried out rectification scheme to pull out the first premolar after test.The full mouth dental were divided into four parts by the quadrant and the first premolars of different groups were coated with Tooth Mousse,Fluor Protector and saline (as control group),duraphat varnish (as experimental group) respectively.Every group included 30 teeth.Three months later,We observed the demineralization of the teeth.The enamel decalcification of all quarters were detected by DI-AGNOdent.Results The rate of enamel demineralization in the experimental group was 10.0％,that in the Tooth Mousse group was 13.3％,the 0.1％ Fluor Protector group 23.3％,the saline group 53.3％.There were significant statistical difference of the rate of enamel demineralization between the Duraphat varnish group and 0.1％ Fluor Protector group,and that between the Duraphat varnish group and the saline group (P ＜ 0.01).There was no statistical difference of that between the Duraphat varnish group and the Tooth Mousse group (P ＞0.05).There were no statistical difference of DIAGNOdent reading between the experimental group and the control groups before bonding(P ＞ 0.05).After bonding,one month later and three months later,there was no statistical difference of DIAGNOdent reading between the Duraphat varnish group and the Tooth Mousse group (P ＞ 0.05).There was significant statistical difference of that between the Duraphat varnish group and 0.1％ Fluor Protector group(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Duraphat varnish can reduce the tooth enamel demineralization more effectively than 0.1％ Fluor Protector and saline in orthodontic treatment,and also can be used for children who were wearing fixed orthodontic appliances.

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of implementation of blending learning in teaching of Fundamental of Nursing.Methods 234 nursing undergraduates were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted blending learning method,while the control group used traditional teaching method.The final term exam and technical test results were compared between two groups.Results Students' practice scores in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.In the experimental group,about 90.2％ undergraduates accessed learning resources through online teaching platform,82.4％ students considered that their nursing skills improved and 78.4％ students thought that their self-learning capacity strengthened.Conclusions Blending learning gives students a potential time,environment and recourse to learn.By integrating in-class and after-class studying,undergraduates' self-learning ability and nursing skills improved.
