1.The situation and enlightenment of management and research on chronic patients'health
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(8):1264-1267
Objective At present, health care for chronic diseases is the highlight of medical extended serv-ice.The article has systematically demonstrated the development and management modes of health care for chronic diseases both at home and abroad, and also raised various problems in the current management model. It is necessary to find the correct objects and standards, and build an inter-connected and all-round mechanism based on informa-tion and a powerful grass-root medical group backed up by the government and law.We call for the classified imple-mentation by joint efforts of all departments to provide valid theories for health care for chronic diseases.
2.Mechanisms of heterogeneous electrophysiology in heart and the relation to electropharmacology and toxicology
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2001;15(2):95-104
It is believed that cardiac electrophysiological properties are not homogeneous, and the heterogeneity exists between pacemaker and conduction cells, atrial and ventricular cells, and among endocardium, midmyocardium, and epicardium of the transmural ventricular wall. The heterogeneous electrophysiology is related to the differential distribution and expression of transmembrane ionic channels. The present review involves literatures regarding the intrinsic biological basis of cardiac heterogeneous electrophysiology.

Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(8):868-870
Objective To investigate the early period cesarean scars pregnancy diagnosis and its influence on prognosis. Methods Clincal data of 42 cases diagnosed as cesarean scar pregnancy from May 2006 to February 2011 treated in our hospital were retrospective analysed. Results All cases underwent B ultrasound examination, which showed gestational sacs or inhomogeneous echo-enclosed mass in the lower segment of anterior wall of uterus. Thirty-nine cases were successfully eonservatively treated,3 cases underwent cleanrance of focal lesion and neoplasty. Conclusion The cesarean scar pregnancy diagnosis depends on a B ultra-sound examination, and the color Doppler ultra sound is reliable for the diagnosis. Floss plants in the crater of scar and developed to uterus wall. Curettage guided by B ultra-sound after uterine artery embolization is a safe and efficient treatment method.

Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(4):387-388
Objective To investigate the best dignostic cut-off point of non-typical ectopic pregnancy(EP) through the determination of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in 154 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy patients. Methods The serum level of VEGF in 154 cases with suspected EP was determined by means of immunossay technique, and the results were made into ROC-Curve.Results The acreage behind the curve was 0.95,illustrating that the VEGF can be as a better marker for early diagnosis of EP.The serum VEGF level of 200pg/ml was the cut-off point for early diagnosis of EP throash ROC-Curve.Condusion The serum VEGF can be considered as an early diagnostic marker of EP,which cut-off point is benifical to reducing misdiagnosis of EP.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(8):1739-1742
In order to solve difficulties in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine integration of information resources, based on the research of distributed technology, this article used Web service technology based on SOA architecture associated TCM and western medicine treatment of the same disease. It finally put forward the integrated model of TCM and western medicine information resources based on distributed technology and in-depth design. It solved the problem of professional TCM or western medicine doctors who cannot use combined TCM and western medicine scheme. It realized the integration, reusability and expansibility of TCM and western medicine information resources. It provided important reference for the development of modern medicine.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2006;4(5):274-278
Objective: To research the clinical curative effect and explore the mechanism of penetrating of scalp-point on acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups: one is the scalp-point therapeutic group, the other is the western medicine group. The two groups were all treated by dehydration, etc. In addition, there are 20 normal people to be set as the healthy group. To select the nervous functional deficit mark, activity of daily living (ADL) form, the amount S-100B protein as indexes and analysis the results. Results: the recordings indicate the patients' Serum S-100B protein are related with nervous functional deficiency mark. After 28 days, the recovery of patients' nervous function of scalp acupuncture group was obviously superior to that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The results suggested that the patients' Serum S-100B had positive correlation with nervous functional deficit; The penetrating of scalp-point had the better regulatory effect on the level of Serum S-100B, and could improve the nervous functional deficit and ADL, so as to improve the coordination and compensation function and the general nervous function between cortical functional areas

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(08):-
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the petroleum and chloroform extracts of Galla Chinensis. Methods Using chromatography on silica gel column and thin-layer chromatography to isolate and purify the compounds;using spectroscopy methods to elucidate their structures;using double dilution to screen antibacterial activities on Fusarium oxysporum. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 2-hydroxy-6-pentadecyl benzoic acid(Ⅰ),4-(pentadec-8-enyl) phenol(Ⅱ),plamitic acid-1,3-dipropyl ester(Ⅲ),?-sitosterol(Ⅳ),pentacosane(Ⅴ),4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoic acid(Ⅵ),plamitic acid(Ⅶ),lauric acid(Ⅷ),myristic acid(Ⅸ),and gallic acid(Ⅹ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ are obtained from Galla Chinensis for the first time.Compound Ⅰ shows moderate inhibitory activity on F.oxysporum.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
Tetrandrine, a bis-benzy 1-i soqui noline alkaloid isolated from Radix Stephania tetrandra S. Moor, was proved to be a calcium antagonist. Its effects upon the heart conduction system were investigated in anesthetized rabbits.Tetrandrine 8 mg/kg iv could prolong the sino-atrial conduction time & the sinus node recovery time from 50 ? 13 ms & 286? 36 ms to 75?19 ms ( n= 8 , P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Neferine, an alkaloid, isolated form Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn, has antiarrhytbmic effect. The present report deals with its action on the ECG in rat & the surface potential of toad sciatic nerve.Neferine could prolong ECG, P-R & Q-T intervals, and widen QRS in a dose-dependent manner, The effects are similar to quini-dine, and dissimilar to tetrandrine. The inhibitory effects of neferine & quinidine on the surface potential of toad sciatic nerve are similar in potency.
