In view of the lack of health resources and medical treatment in Cangzhou City, especially at grass-roots level,Cangzhou medical college innovated the training mode for clinical medical students and actively explored the cooperation between school and hospital in the educational practice in an aim to improve the quality of talent training and to cultivate high-leveled specialized talents willing to stay in hospitals at grass-roots level and be useful.

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu Decoction and Compound Red Sage Injection on new infants respiratory distress syndrome.[Method] Randomly divide 42 cases into 2 groups, control group(1)take the integrated therapy:CPAP,oxgen, warming, keeping wet and anti-bacterial;the treatment group(1)take the Shenfu Decoction and Compound Red Sage Injection.Compare their cure rates after 7d.[Result] In group 1,survivable rate was 95.23%,cure rate 71.4%;and 80.95% and 47.62% respectively for other group;the clinical symptoms,signs,blood-gas analysis and X-ray result were all better in group 1 than group 2.[Conclusion] Oral taking Shenfu Decoction and Compound Red Sage Injection for vein drip can help relieve infants clinical symptoms and pass alveolus superficial active substance lack period.
3. Biological characteristics and differentiation potential of fibroblasts
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2020;24(13):2114-2119
BACKGROUND: Tissue engineering technology has emerged to solve the repair and reconstruction of tissues and organs. The selection and application of seed cells become an issue of concern. Fibroblasts are a popular choice in various tissue engineering studies. OBJECTIVE: To summarize the biological characteristics of fibroblasts, their multi-potential differentiation and their effects on the proliferation and differentiation of stem cells. METHODS: A computer-based research of CNKI (2015-2019) and PubMed (2005-2019) databases was performed for the articles about the biological characteristics of fibroblasts and multipotential differentiation. The articles were systematically summarized and analyzed. The newest research process of multi-potential differentiation of fibroblasts was reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Fibroblasts hold strong metabolism and proliferation abilities, which can synthesize and secrete protein. Fibroblasts can differentiate into different cells under different environments, and exhibit the same strong multi-potential differentiation with stem cells. Therefore, it is commonly used in the transdifferentiation, cell culture, injury repair and tissue engineering, and their effects on promoting proliferation and inducing differentiation of stem cells are particularly significant. We should fully utilize the biological characteristics and multi-potential differentiation of fibroblasts, and co-culture of fibroblasts with stem cells can provide seed cells for tissue engineering, which further provide an idea for traumatic repair in clinic.

Objective:To investigate the effect of oral immunotherapy with donor human milk on feeding tolerance in premature infants with very low birth weight. Methods:A total of 94 extremely low birth weight preterm infants admitted to the neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Cangzhou People's Hospital from August 2022 to February 2024 were selected, These infants were randomized at 1:1 into 2 groups (47 cases each) using random number method. The control group were given oral 0.9% sodium chloride (oral drip), while the experimental group were given donor human milk (oral drip). General information were collected, including gender, delivery method, twins or not, small for gestational age or not, birth weight, gestational age, intestinal feeding of dairy products, and so on. Total intestinal feeding time, length of hospital stay and feeding intolerance were compared between groups. Results:The total intestinal feeding time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the experimental group compared with the control group ( P<0.05). The incidence of feeding intolerance in the experimental group was also lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Oral immunotherapy with donor human milk can improve the feeding tolerance in premature infants with very low birth weight and shorten the hospital stay.
