Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(22):1-4
Objective To understand the attitude, compliance and obtainment of nursing students from high vocational school in the application process ofTBL teaching method in The Basic Technology of Nurse Occupation. Methods 115 students from 2 classes of nursing specialty in Higher Vocational Education were chosen and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group from October 2011 to January 2013.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, the experimental group adopted TBL teaching method. The teaching effect was compared by stage test of the same chapter aswell as through the way of questionnaire. The approbation of students in the experimental group to the TBL teaching was also recorded. Results The results of stage testing in the experimental group were obviously better than those of the control group. The questionnaire results showed that the approbation of students in the experimental group to the TBL teaching reached 93.3% to 100.0% in the aspects of developing team cooperation spirit, activate classroom atmosphere,no absence and preparation before lessons, mobilizing the enthusiasm of learning, promoting bilateral communication of teachers and students, increasing the application ability of knowledge and critical thinking ability. Conclusions TBL teaching method can mobilize the learning initative of students, deepen the understanding and memory of knowledge, consolidate the textbook knowledge, widen knowledge and increase the application ability of knowledge, cultivate the team cooperation spirit, and reach the aim of both benefiting teaching and learning.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of long-term external use of Goupi Gao on renal function and lead accumulation in rats.
METHODRats were externally administered with Goupi Gao at different doses (7, 3.5 and 1.75 g x kg(-1)) for 90 d. At 45 days and 90 days after administration, the renal indicator, levels of blood urea nitrogen (BU) and creatinine (Cr) in serum, beta2-microglobulin (beta2-MG) and N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) in urine were determined. Lead content in kidneys was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry.
RESULTA 90-day administration with Goupi Gao significantly enhanced the renal indicator, levels of NAG in urine and lead content in renal, when compared with the normal rats. However, the levels of BUN and beta2-MG as well as renal pathology in Goupi Gao treated rats were not obviously changed.
CONCLUSIONConsecutive administration of Goupi Gao for 90 days can increase the renal indicator and levels of NAG in urine, enhance the accumulation of lead in renal, but with no effect on excretory function of kidneys and organic changes.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the histogenesis and pathologic features of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (SH) and its expression of thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1).
METHODSSeventeen cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma were reevaluated and 12 cases were immunostained with a panel of antibodies including TTF-1, EMA, cytokeratin, etc. Six cases were studied by electron microscopy.
RESULTSAll cases exhibited the classic histologic features with variable proportions of solid, papillary, hemorrhagic or hemangiomatic, and sclerotic pattern. The tumours consisted of solid sheets or aggregates of pale polygonal cells and papillae and clefts lined by cuboidal or columnar cells. Both TTF-1 and EMA expressions were observed in the surface lining cuboidal cells and the pale polygonal cells. In only one case both chromogranin and synaptophysin showed weakly positive in few polygonal cells and a small number of granules with high electron density was found in the polygonal cells by electronic microscopy.
CONCLUSIONSIt is suggested that pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma is an epithelial neoplasm derived from primitive respiratory epithelium capable of differentiating toward pneumocytes or Clara cells. The immunohistochemical markers such as TTF-1, EMA and CK play an important part in diagnosis of SH.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinicopathological features and prognosis of 22 cases of central neurocytoma (CNC), representing 0.48% of a series of 4 528 patients undergoing biopsy for central nervous system tumors.
METHODSThe histopathological, ultrastructral, immunohistochemical and clinical features of CNC were studied by electron microscopic examination and immunohistochemical stain for Synaptophysin (Syn), neuron special enolase (NSE), Leu-7, glial fibrillary acid protein (GFAP), MBP and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA).
RESULTSThe age of the cases ranged from 4 to 44 (average 27.9 years) with all tumors localized in the ventricles. In the 18 patients followed up, 14 were alive for 8 months to 14 years and 11 months after the operation, and 4 died. The average survival period was 70.7 months. Histologically, the tumor in all 22 cases had the oligodendroglioma-like pattern with honeycomb appearance and cell-free islands of eosinophilic matrix. Cellular anaplasia, mitosis and necrotic areas were rarely seen in the tumors. Immunohistochemical study demonstrated strong positivity for Syn, NSE and Leu-7, and negative for GFAP and MBP. Ultrastructural features showed presence of round tumor cells with abundant cell processes containing microtubules, neurosecretory granules, clear vesicles and lysosome-like structures.
CONCLUSIONSThe differential diagnosis between CNC and oligodendroglioma could not be established by routine light microscopy. The importance of immunohistochemical and electron microscopic studies for making a correct diagnosis is emphasized. The prognosis of patients is usually favorable, even if the tumor was resected subtotally. The relationship between the presence of anaplastic histological features in CNC and patient outcome remains unclear.

Objective To evaluate whether perinatal personalized self-efficacy can improve the rate of breastfeeding six months after delivery in primiparas by applying it in the breastfeeding by primiparas. Methods Totally 76 pregnant women who were admitted by the outpatient service of the Obstetrics Department from January to February 2016 were selected as the object of intervention by convenience sampling. Pregnant women admitted in January 2016 were divided into the control group (n=38) and received conventional nursing, while those admitted in February 2016 were divided into the observation group (n=38) and received perinatal personalized breastfeeding self-efficacy intervention. Then the breastfeeding self-efficacy one week and one month after delivery and the rate of pure breastfeeding one week, one month, three months and six months after delivery were compared between two groups. Results The pregnant women in the observation group showed higher breastfeeding self-efficacy than the pregnant women in the control group (t=25.43,22.78;P<0.05). The rates of pure breastfeeding one week, one month, three months and six months after delivery were 88.57%, 85.71%, 80.00% and 77.14%, respectively, higher than those of the pregnant in the control group, which were 66.67%, 55.56%, 47.22% and 36.11%, respectively (χ2=4.878, 7.749, 8.215, 12.146;P<0.05). Conclusions Perinatal personalized self-efficacy intervention can improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy and the rate of pure breastfeeding six months after delivery.
