1.Research on medical image compression based on shape-self-adapted ROI
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To conduct lossless compression to medical images with lossless regions of interest. Methods Firstly, the shape information of interest regions were segmented and pick up.Then, the self-adaptive wavelet transform was performed to transform interest regions. At last, the modulus of the interest regions and the rest were coded respectively before being stored or transmitted. Results A method for medical image compression based on shape-self-adapted ROI was raised. Conclusion The whole image can be highly compressed with high fidelity
2.2D multi-resolution Wavelet analysis of PET signals
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
By theory analysis,a good method named 2D multi-resolution Wavelet analysis is obtained. This method can effectively eliminate noises and swell signals.Consequently, the reconstruction of PET image is accelerated and the quality of PET image is improved.
3.Section registration method for 3D abdominal ultrasonic images
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
A registration method for 3D abdominal ultrasonic images without added hardware is proposed, whose key is to determine the relative position of the target from the registration substance. The registration involves such steps as registration plane scanning, establishment of registration table, section plane scanning, recognition of registration substance and registration of all sections.

Objective:
To explore the effect of modified cold therapy instrument on postoperative pain and swelling of patients with tibiofibular fracture.
Methods:
Eighty patients with tibia and fibula fracture who underwent surgery in Changzhou Cancer Hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional ice care, and the experimental group was treated with a modified cold therapy device. The Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) scores, tension blisters and skin dermatoglyphics, swelling and complications were observed before and after treatment.
Results:
Before the intervention, the difference in pain score and swelling degree between the two groups was not statistically significant (

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2020;26(20):2746-2750
Objective:To explore benefit finding in patients receiving combined heart-lung transplantation (CHLT) , and provide a reference for improving clinical nursing work. Methods:From September to October 2019, totally 6 patients who survived after CHLT in the Department of Cardiac Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected by purposive sampling for semi-structured interviews in terms of their benefit finding using phenomenological methods. Colaizzi's seven-step analysis was used to organize and analyze the interview results. Results:The patients undergoing CHLT showed a sense of benefit finding, which could be summarized into four themes, namely, changes in mental quality (learning to be grateful and contented, understanding the meaning of life, learning to be open-minded and optimistic) , improved learning initiative (actively learning drug-related knowledge, the knowledge of rehabilitation and exercise, the knowledge of diet and nutrition, and the knowledge of prevention of complications) , perceiving social support (family members changed life habits, family members actively learned disease knowledge, improved communication between patients and family members and friends) , and actively planning future life. Conclusions:The patients receiving CHLT can experience a sense of benefit finding in the rehabilitation after organ transplantation. Medical staff should understand the sense of benefit finding in patients receiving CHLT, promote the early generation of benefiting finding, and provide targeted guidance to patients.
