1.2D multi-resolution Wavelet analysis of PET signals
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
By theory analysis,a good method named 2D multi-resolution Wavelet analysis is obtained. This method can effectively eliminate noises and swell signals.Consequently, the reconstruction of PET image is accelerated and the quality of PET image is improved.
2.Section registration method for 3D abdominal ultrasonic images
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
A registration method for 3D abdominal ultrasonic images without added hardware is proposed, whose key is to determine the relative position of the target from the registration substance. The registration involves such steps as registration plane scanning, establishment of registration table, section plane scanning, recognition of registration substance and registration of all sections.
3.Research on medical image compression based on shape-self-adapted ROI
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To conduct lossless compression to medical images with lossless regions of interest. Methods Firstly, the shape information of interest regions were segmented and pick up.Then, the self-adaptive wavelet transform was performed to transform interest regions. At last, the modulus of the interest regions and the rest were coded respectively before being stored or transmitted. Results A method for medical image compression based on shape-self-adapted ROI was raised. Conclusion The whole image can be highly compressed with high fidelity

The influenza A virus (IAV) belongs to the family Influenza Virus and subfamily Orthomyxoviridae. The IAV can cause acute infections of the lower respiratory in human and animals. Recently, many studies have been performed to reveal the lung CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells and Tregs via multiple effector and regulatory mechanisms to against IAV. In this paper, we review the state of progress with regards to various strategies of IAV escape from T cell responses, T cells and innate T cells immunity against influenza virus, which will provide a useful reference tool for future related reseach.
